I only have 10 shares left since it’s R/S. Not planing to buy anymore.

Based on the 1-1-2020 filing, some managing company owned 48million shares. The amount of shares is expressed to be 9.99% of the company common stock.

Some math:
485 million common stock(X) current share value (0.0002)= 97k dollars.
If 485 million common stock shares equal 10%, the that means the total common stock value available is 485 million (X) 10= 4,850,000,000 shares of common stock.
Since 4.85 billion shares exist and 10% ownership equals 97k dollars.
4.85billion shares (X) 10 to equal 100%= 970,000 dollars in value.

What does all this mean?? I don’t fucking know

It’s been done before and plenty of times. Nothing you said couldn’t be said of the other companies. You can’t defend and OTC pink sheet . Read the actual company statements. They don’t believe they can continue at this rate. LOL , having a hard time understanding what it is that you believe in.

Just going to take a couple simple steps first such as apply an R/S. Reduce common shares and up the price to something nobody will touch. Let it trail back down and they have a company and we have worthless shares. Instead sell what you have because there is only hundreds of millions more in common shares. LOL. Make a simple 3-5% gain and move on to the next

I have 10 shares left after the R/S . The changed the ticker name when they did that and my company was trying to charge me 17$ because of that. I truely wish I could understand how they were granted 3 R/S options and 5trillion shares

I have 2400 shares . At an R/S of 1:100, that means it’s valued at 24 shares. Even at 100 a share I’m loosing. What a way to do someone. Especially when supposedly they are in a better financial situation as they claim.

Is this thing dying? Wouldn’t make sense for it to go up at all. Too much purchasing at low costs to make anyone above 0.017 anything.

They stated out with 30 million shares of common stock and 10mil of preferred stock.

They were allowed to cut the common stock making it 5trillion (not billion but trillion) common shares. However they did not touch the preferred stock.

LOL if this company ever does anything, I’m offering to have my hand chopped off.

The company was granted to apply 5 R/S of which the ratio is 30,000 to 1.

If having 10 shares out of 300k shares doesn’t share you enough to not invest in this company then by all means reach for the starts until they apply 2/3 R/S.
