They stated out with 30 million shares of common stock and 10mil of preferred stock.

They were allowed to cut the common stock making it 5trillion (not billion but trillion) common shares. However they did not touch the preferred stock.

LOL if this company ever does anything, I’m offering to have my hand chopped off.
