consider this one: RBYCF/RMX.TO Rubicon Minerals Corp.: looks like it's finally going to breakout soon. the 200 dma is getting close...i think RBYCF should head toward the .50-.60 cents range soon after it goes through the 200 dma. i think the stock should stabilize in this range until they raise some more cash for drilling & such and/or until gold moves several hundred dollars higher. seems like a good possibility to me. i think there's a large short position here still. we shall see, perhaps. do your own research as well. - success to those & that which is good -

in fact, all "shorting" creates an extra share of stock in essence.

let's say i buy 1 share of a company's stock from someone who was an actual buyer (not "short seller") originally & is now a seller...this 1 share of stock has 2 owners over the course of it's normal/legitimate two trade (selling/buying) cycle time frame. one owner sold this share & a new owner bought it, thus completing the transaction/trade. assuming this transaction occurred in the way most retail investor trades occur, consider what happens when an a "legitimate"/"legal" "short seller" comes in and also sells this same share at any time:

"shorting" claims to sell/take one share of stock from non-certificate/non-direct registration share holders (all of these are in essence considered to be in "street name" or not the buyer's/owner's name) and sell it into "the market" to another buyer. thus we get a situation where one share of stock can be sold or bought twice. this extra "share"/position on a company's stock, perhaps only disappears when the "short seller" "buys back"/"covers" the shares of another that "it" sold. if the company dies or the shares no longer trade, then these extra positions will likely never be removed.

thus "shorting" does becomes fraud, stock dilution, theft and so on. if it succeeds in destroying a company's stock value completely, then there is no corresponding 2x buying to the upside (called "short covering"/buying back shares sold "short"). "shorters" gains are legitimate stock owners'/holders' losses.

where's the justice in this? there is none. it's more like: just-us & f-u.

this co. ANV/ANVGQ could've raised a lot more $'s much more easily most likely if it's share price were still in the $20-$40/share range or even $10...than when it sold (?) 26 million shares for $1 each(?). eh, who knows? do the courts care? perhaps not...most likely more of the same results. we shall see perhaps.

this stock was massively shorted prior to the chapt 11 filing. crazy trading occurred that day w/ massive volume. retail/regular investors like myself could basically do nothing but watch until the following trading day. could've been very large short covering on the inside on day 1. w/ some still pushing the no equity value/cancellation of common stock possibility...plus some of the intervening trading action for this US co. ANV/ANVGQ ... it looks to me like there's still a large/to very large short position on this stock.

bought some shares @ ~ .80c ~ 7-8 months back...bought 3-4x more shares @ ~ .12c or so. so i am a "long" in that sense and that's my interest in this co. i've been aware of ANV since the Fall of 2012.

if the shares O/S were ~ 100 million prior to the late 2014 share & warrant issuance/sale & the co had a stock price at it highs in the $40+/share range, then this company's market cap was $4+ billion. now w/ what? 126 million s/o & a pps of .17c ='s a current market cap of $21.42 million. i suspect much of the share price & market cap difference has ended up in short sellers accounts.

fwiw to anyone: i believe "short selling" is theft, fraud & destructive. just because these systems allow shorting & naked shorting does not make them good things. it is easier to destroy most things in this world than it is to create them. murder is still murder even if a Government says it is legal for some to do it. shorters sell what others have bought/claim to own...& of course naked shorting goes beyond this. why? to in essence/the intent is to: steal the wealth of others, take what they have/their assets and/or to flat-out wreck/destroy something. ANV/ANVGQ seems to have lots of these issues.

i have no idea how ANV/ANVGQ will come out of chapt. 11...but i will say this: i think humanity is pretty darn close to being terminally corrupted...the internal human rot plague continues, for now.

if people only understood the importance of consent-not forcing others-of choice w/ responsibility for one's actions....someday, i will try (i hope) to write down what i think are the foundational principles for the-way-of life (a book of ideals i seem to keep calling it). i do the best i can (don't expect perfection. i will never get it completely right. that is the nature of things from the individual perspective and the way it is w/in the whole.). we are talking about and discussing ideals. ideals should guide. they will never actually be achieved. they are not absolutely achievable. although closer approximations to them should make life better and again should always be sought (although sometimes like with a work of art...one must just say that's good enough for now). the results/what results will-should confirm this. it is a learn as we go (learn as one goes) and as we live thing. the whole is complete and always has been. there was never "nothing"/no-thing...there has always been something. it is always NOW...and all is always in motion to varying degress. all is connected. how is the question. we give meaning to life. we are it/it is us. we are conscious and we are also this lifeverse becoming conscious/aware of itself. we are able to change and create within what is possible-within the potentail of the whole. for those who believe in and value life (especially the human kind) Truth should be the ultimate guide and it must always be checked against one's self. the indivdidual is sacred. i build from here. others hopefully will choose to do so as well. more later....

i don't know whether others should pay my way here. i don't ask for this. it becomes a burden of a sort. i started my own google blog. that may suffice with a link back to here. i always have the option of paying myself if i think i really need to post here. i appreciate e.s. giving me a free ride here for a time/at this time/now. but, so much of this stuff makes me sick that i cannot focus on it too much for my own health. i know it's importance, but i must have balance too. i require time to think about, consider things and live. i cannot be forced to just produce. no one here is attempting this and for the record it cannot be done anyway. consent like self-defense is primary. again, i tend to bore rapidly and intensely. this is not personal against the folks here. it is only my own personal problem-issue. it is personal and specific to me. it is about the information, my conceptions of things...we must never stagnate. i for one fight this almost constantly. kinda expect it to be this way for me 'till i'm no more. i've sought and lived the way-of-life path. i have chosen consistently: knowledge, truth, understanding and goodness/what is good (& just) over all else. i plan on continuing to be this way. hopefully others with a similar focus will continue to aim and live life in this direction as well. perhaps, as the mindfog clears and other good folks (by degrees individually always) begin to see it all boil-down to TRUTH vs. THE LIE (in essence)...then perhaps the direction for humanity will be positive...and not as i see it now: dominated-owned by some who seem to want to end humanity as it has been and merge-become-one with machines. they are machine-like to a high degree now. plus, their foundation has been built upon that which is not life promoting. they have built upon and championed death...and by doing so they are most likely to become it. what is opposite the way-of-life is the way - the path to death...species death. eternally alive or if uncaring enough...forever dead. within the whole things expire (energy levels change) and one becomes one with the whole again. no thing, event, or transition is ever exactly the same twice. if the human species dies...to my mind it will never exist again. know what you are, what you are for and what you are against. this is a 3D world with change-direction and quality of life (issues)...and more. the nature of things and your choices will and should determine the future. to life!

i do the best i can to express myself all things considered (imperfect individual and by extension obviously...imperfect langauge and communication). always seek the best. Love Good.

there is no answer/no solution to all of these human messes to my mind except to seek truth and find the best way to live always. far too much is failing in this regard now from my pov. my perspective and focus is on the individual. the quality of one's life is what matters. treat yourself and others well. force only to stop force...freedom with responsibility...just money and fair exchanges...truth is like God...truth should guide...nothing else seems to suffice and nothing else will likely matter in the end. question everything always. do not just trust "authorities"/claimed "experts". think for yourself. be aware of how things feel/how you feel. know yourself and know others...learn to trust yourself and give trust to others based on actions not just words. seek understanding. understanding is wisdom. respect and trust in others is earned. the current environment makes unvalidated trust tantamount to insanity. too much of humanity seems to be following insane guidance, unquestioned beliefs and systems. be very wary, and still i say: seek the way-of-life and find a way to live a satisfying life (your own specific life your own particular way...based on the correct/the best principles/the best possible foundation). i believe this is the only life each of us will ever have. i will live mine as well as i possibly can/as well as i am able to.

after posting this (my previous message)...things became even clearer to me. i've thought about it rather consistently for more than a day now. here is what my mind is telling me:

this male prostate issue is probably THE REASON FOR SECRET SOCIETIES NOW EXISTING. it is also most likely (to my mind again) to be the reason for the 10:1 ratio of psychopathic behavior occurring in men vs. females. consider how religions tend to say this fact about so many men is bad. so many people have forced these folks to go underground...to hate themselves often for what naturally occurs. the facts are facts. humanity ignores, denies or shuns them at its' own peril. for these folks now seem to have become, over a great stretch of time, the ones who are controlling our societies. it is time to accept them for what they are. not bad...just different from perhaps most (epsecially if women are included). people are not inherently evil. it is the spectrum of good though bad acts/actions that must be considered. from this we will know ourselves and others. do not make the odd ones pariahs just for differences. we are all different in all respects. we must learn to get along a well as possible, if we are to survive and flourish. wake-up to the truth. if anything is like God/or will be the best guide...it is truth. truth is not hypocrisy...though the truth often is that people are far too hypocritical. i suggest people work on being more consistent. in a just and decent world, there would not really be much need at all to conceal or to hide things. we must work toward this kind of world always.

i will continue to think about this stuff and i often do. we must come to terms with who are...what we really are right now. the insanity, animosity, misunderstanding, predation in some quarters and that is being stoked and held among some people, is now far too much to allow to remain in place or certainly to allow to fester even more. we must come to grips with and solve these problems...our human problems now...before there is oh so much more to regret...perhaps forever so.

the new issue is this: the male prostate gland. this is a major difference between men and women. assumptions abound and so too ignorance. i am not passing judgement on the males who prefer to have this gland stimulated to get-off. that is their thing. it is not mine. the soles of nice female feet are my thing and always have been. this is a transference of something that developed very early-on in me which i have transferred to women over time. these preferences seem to develop very early in one's life and they tend to become wrapped-up-in and become the main libido driver-hormonal balancer over time as one matures. this is how i understand things. some people are programmed. i am largely not programmed by others...especially so now.

not only is my fascination and area of main sexual interest very different from those men who focus on ass...but, there tends to be a difference in the overtones and what is radiated...what results just from the facts in the acts themselves. consent is a must. all else is theft. that said, what turns me on is something that is in essence not pain related. either for myself or the woman. there are hormonal factors as well. probably so for both divergent areas of interest. with sweat...there can be erotic triggers/stimulators/beneficial hormones present. these things...these things that turns folks-on tap into not just the cerebral cortex, but they are also being driven by the more interior and ealier developed part of the brain just under the cortex. the more primative brain part makes one's gearing rather unchangable. it is very much programmed/hardwired. so as in all things, each must learn to control one's self. the higher level part of the brain/mind must do it's part and do it well.

so fwiw to anyone, my mind perceives the structure of things human now to be very much shaped by those males who are direct prostate gland stimulation focussed. this is a big difference/a defining difference between myself and these folks. for me, the truth is rather clear although these truths tend to remain well hidden for whatever reason. i see no need for hidden things. i see no need to lie. i see no need to force others. most probably do not get most aroused by pain most often. if there are problems, the problems must be stated as clearly as possible so that perhaps with the desired effort, need and will they perhaps can be well solved.

ignorance will not be the path to a better or the best future. i think people really should know what the hell is goin' on out there. i like knowing, i like good decent others, i like fair just trades/exchanges, i like freedom and i tend to like finding the best way to do all things regardless.

eh, one more thing which is certainly likely present in INTJ types and in being primarily a type 5 Enneagram-wise (probably also a real lefty issue given my environment often and so on) is that i can have extreme problems with boredom. used to call it my best friend. it's not funny though...'cause when it shows up...it's very personal with me. it's my problem and i've got to find a way to deal with right-away...like damn fast. so yeah, i can bore rapidly and intensely...and when it happens it's my own issue and i tend to deal with it first. everything else must wait...basically, nothing else matters. just the way it is, seems to be, has been, etc...for me...things do change though over time.

so, Enneagram stuff translates for me in this way partly sometimes: 5 ='s strong need not to be bored...1 ='s very strong idealism & values...8 ='s high testosterone level and all these related issues...9 ='s i like peace & balance...6 ='s i like a safe and stable environment (home).

it's too bad the system and it's pushers do not clearly explain the slavematrix to the rest of us right from the start in plain language...as clearly as can possibly be done. because of this lack of clarity the onus for the sick power-trip shell-game con rip-off falls largley on those who benefit from it. to make it so that voluntarily withdrawing from the system is exceedingly difficult or almost impossible also shows that the system is and always has been designed to forever enslave most for the glory of a few. no, this is not acceptable. truth, justice and freedom were not the guides. this system is not ideal based. it was designed to screw/steal/crush. it is a fraud...it is a lie...and so it is not valid. it only continues to exist (for the most part) by use of force. this violates the individual consent primary principle (at best, one consented to an unknown lie & was sold a bag-of-air...so contractually to my mind...the contract is invalid/not binding/should be quite easily breakable)...and so once again...the system, those riding it fail. SS is a ponzi scheme. the trust money appears to been spent. it appears to be a pay as you go thing. it appears to have been just another way to steal wealth from people and continuously make them weaker & more indentured over time. the mindscam is still working. it is a human predation system also. it fails on this count too. too many failures. new ways required. it is false...it fails.

obviously there is more at work here. are we all ideal focussed to a better than average degree. my ideals have caused me about as much or more trouble than anything else in my life. high testostrone levels, intelligence, creativity and so on and more all considered. are we talking about having a conscience maybe??? about actually caring about others and ourselves. is it that we really do give-a-shit/care? are we the ones who actually do like ourselves???...and thus, we don't turn a self-hatred/build from self-hatred outward to screw & control others for whatever sick-corrupt-harmful--wrong-ass reason/excuse?

support not human predation in any form. force only to stop force. wake-up and get wise to yourself humanity...now...while you still can.

if it gets through $17.90, it looks like it goes right through $18 fast. the paper-pushers/paper-hangers continue to scramble & throw a blizzard of contracts at truth. it is not physically possible for all of humanity to have too much of any of the precious metals. the scam ends when most people demand physical asset money over the banksters' fiat crud-con-slavenote "money"/currency/credit. end this damnable scam-mare now. no more human predation. let truth, freedom and ideals live. get off the path of death now. support the way of life...accept not the opposite.

i am way past tired of having to see/bump into Obie's face and damnable arrogant lying voice. another thing i can't stand is how these short people (lots of 'em...i'm 6' 1"+) are made to look "tall"/taller than they are...important-valuable??? by continuously using camera angle shots from below these conartists eye level (a forced pov of always having to look up at them).

here's another one for you: recently i noticed that i tend to get along best with Enneagram type 9's (fortunately on the Net, this is the most common type - no wonder i spend too much time on it/within it :) ...especially the females (they can really mellow me out...although the guys do this in their own way as well). i know you've said you're an INTP (many INTPs seem to be combinations of 9 & 5 most often/primarily) basically...but, what about the Enneagram? there should be some links here toward the bottom of the Box: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=7424

another thing about the Enneagram which i think is very accurate is the ordering of one's nine motivational/sector scores-totals. for me: they are 5-1-8-9-6 (with #'s like this: 48-44-43-39-36 respectively with the rest from 26 heading lower)...the rest are gapped away and i tend not to do and/or value them too much comaparatively speaking.

i tend to cycle through my top 5...i am most often in and motivated by the sectors i score highest on. i am often a combination of two at the same time: 5-1 or 5-8 for instance. another INTP found his ordering for this test to be very revealing as well. i do not subscribe to the "wing theory". what i have said about the Enneagram is what i find most useful about it. plus, there are many studies about compatibility between one's main # and the main # of another. more than anything else...type 9's seem to be the best for me. it sure helps if they are bright, interesting and good as well. all are individuals regardless. others should/are welcome to comment on the above stuff too. i'd like to learn more about others involved here and why each is interested in the stuff covered here. i'll take a look back here later today.

i think silver takes-off when it fianlly gets past $17.50 (US). the futures pay ya to go short silver...and with gold (yesterday when i last looked) it was in backwardation...the 3 months was paying folks more to lease than either the one or two month "contracts". yeah, normally one has to pay the "man" to use...now short-term the hiddenhand(pickpockets) will pay others. looks like a very desparate situation for some cruddy folks. as some have speculated...the fedsters have probably lent/loned all the gold supposedly at Ft Knox out many many times over. just like fractional reseve bankstering. oh yeah, humanity has a severe curruption-human-self-predation problem. for survival of the species these things must be overcome.

Question for the board and all who come here:

there's at least one thing (actually there are many) that only i seem to really be talking about now, get, focus on, think is key to understanding our dire situation as a species and it is this: those who do not or cannot use the right side of their brain well will not be able to see the big picture, the context of things and/or be able to create-solve the problems around or in themselves...find new ways to do things better (by degrees spectrumwise). and so, the question is this: how many here are lefties, ambidextrous or at least do some things well with their left hand (left side of their body)? i am ambidextrous with a lefty bias...though i have learned to do many things well with the right side of my body from necessity, because it is practical, because i can and because this failing society in essence demands it.

put in the original 13th Amendment: no titles of nobilty and honors. the lawerys guild basically screws and rapes people. no more human predation. gotta get past all of this garbage....
