... instead, up 50% for the day, so far.
At first when I looked at it, I thought: OMG: there are 1.21 Billion common shares, but additionally 1.21 Billion preferred shares, that can each convert to 25 common shares ... so that could be an equivalent of over 26 Billion common shares.
But then I looked again and it was 1.21 Billion common shares, plus 1.21 MILLION preferred shares.
Not as bad as what I first (momentarily) thought I was looking at.
Haha - good one! Yup: "it's me". Still got a bit of a NWBO investment ... nothing significant, but I did add a bit more after listening to Linda Powers at ASM.
10K, page 1: "Change of Control
On August 28, 2022, the Company entered into a Stock Purchase Agreement by, between, and among Adam Thomas and Richard Goulding (the “SPA”) pursuant to which Mr. Goulding sold to Mr. Thomas 9,078,000 shares of Series A Preferred Stock (retaining 640,000 shares of Series A Preferred Stock) and 5,000 shares of the Series B Preferred Stock (together, with the shares of Series A Preferred Stock acquired, the “Acquired Shares”) for $5,000."
$5,000 seems like a low price for that many shares of preferred stock? Does the preferred stock have option to convert at a certain ratio to common stock?
10K, page 5: "Our business is seasonal. We grow shrimp in outdoor, open air ponds which are subject to weather conditions. Our process starts in January where we mate the broomstick to produce nauplii, this is the first larval stage of the shrimp."
Do they mate broomstick to produce nauplii or do the mate broodstock?
I got some at $0.0012 ... but then it went even a bit lower soon thereafter.
As of the close of business on May 9, 2024, we had 1,210,879,427 shares of common stock outstanding and 1,211,971 shares of preferred stock outstanding.
Each share of common stock entitles the record holder to one vote on each matter to be voted upon at the Annual Meeting.
Each share of preferred stock is convertible into 25 shares of common stock and hence entitles the record holder to 25 votes on each matter to be voted upon at the Annual Meeting.
So:
1,210,879,427 shares of common stock
plus
1,211,971 shares of preferred stock - each of which can be converted into 25 shares of common stock. If this would take place, then this would equate to 25 x 1,211,971 = 30,299,275.
1,210,879,427 plus 30,299,275 = 1,241,178,702

Yup, SNOW, I remember some of your posts. Also on the PCTL board.

Correction *0.002 range
Actually, $0.002 equals 2/1000 of a Dollar.
Which equals 2/10 of a Cent.
Which equals 0.2 cent.
Which is what was in my post.
Regarding 510 Hamilton St, Somerset, NJ 08873 - this looks to be an apartment building with main floor retail, including the Korean restaurant you reference. (as well as Little Honors Child Care: https://www.littlehonors.com/contact)

Yeah, I got back in to a little bit of SPZI today. I has some shares of SPZI end-2021, but gave up & sold those. Starting a new (cautious) position here around the 0.2 cent range.

From post 232, it appears you just purchased BSFC 16 days ago (under a buck), and now you opine it is likely heading for bankruptcy?
I just made 1st initial small purchase of BSFC today around $0.67. Hoping that chart trend will bottom out & start going up. In your opinion, might BSFC reach profitability next year?
What caused the recent run-up from $0.60 to $2.30 and back down to $1.05? I did not find any "news"?

did you try the Ashkan link in post 482747?
Thank you. That gives a nice "taste" of what it was like to attend the booth & the Industry Theater ... and even your experience during dinner. Great!
I appreciate your insight on that & their brilliance does give a certain level of additional comfort.
By the way: were you at the ASCO Industry Expert Theater?
Are you able to provide an estimate of the number of folks attending .... I saw some folks stating they believe it was a full room of 200 attendees ... but a picture made it appear that the room may have had far fewer people attending.

I believe it is. Her voice and some facial features seem to be alike to the Linda Powers I have heard and/or seen on occasion on video during past few years.

I am curious too.
