Dumping all holdings in this company. NOW! Suggest all do the same. Second screwing in a year. Enough. See how long this POS CAN LAST WITHOUT INVESTORS. Stupid stupid stupid. Greed greed greed.
If you say so. Was simply suggesting a new market possibility. Do you know anybody in the area that might be interested in solar power? Seems you are familiar with he area.
I think I know where Sunworks should expand to next! The Bainbridge Island Wa area. It has got to cost residence a fortune in that area for electricity. They have to build so many transport towers over the water to get the electricity to the residence. Seattle all the way across the bay. Imagine how thrilled someone living around say, West Point Madison rd. Way out there in the boonies getting cheap solar electric from Sunworks.WHOA. A whole new area to explore.
Yes they do. And no I am not going to post the page at SEC where you can find the answer. Do your own DD.
107 million
Does look like they need CDNL product after all. Maybe the Prez and PM have little or nothing to say about it.
This says a world about need.
Who's selling? Not me!
Perhaps someone could explain how a shell company can be a fraud when they actually had shipped their product to China prior to the deal falling through. Seems to me that a shell company would not be able to manufacture anything since they would only exist on paper. Any thoughts as to how they worked this magic?
Just finished a autobahn Christmas bird count Monday. Like CDNL we had a positive outcome. Found 15 cardinals in the San Sebastián inlet state Preserve. But then we were out there for 13 hours. Like CDNL the count is growing year over year. Good investment for those that know.
Everyone has an opinion. That doesn't mean that I need to agree with yours. If you are in retail of any kind in any country you know that you do not have a deal until you have the customers money in your bank account. Until then you have nothing but a "be back". Even after they say they are going to buy your product you still have nothing without a signature on a contract. In the case of government contracts you still have nothing without the money in the bank. Governments are notorious for backing out even with a signed contract, and there is not a damn thing you can do about it. In this case I would believe that the management has learn a hard lesson. No talk until you have the money. This learning curve doesn't mean they are a fraud or are crooked. Just a little naive.
It seems to me China is old news now. So who cares? It is no longer on the playing field so why bother bring it up?
Yep, that's right. I consider myself to be on remote, isolated hardship duty liven in Florida.
Apparently a crystal skull has come into the possession of some investors. It seems the skull is telling everyone who will listen that CDNL is a fraud and not a real stock. Hmmm, next it will be telling them they should try the coolaid for fast relief of their pains and fears. After all it did work for Jones and party. Right?
As a Texan living in Florida I'm curious as what being a Texan has to do with social issues here?
Now there's a post I can totally agree with. Particularly in penny land.
So what is your interpretation of KJ going to Cameroon by himself? Going just for S&G or doing business?
The conspiracy theories are exactly why I have bought in. It has been my experience that any stock that as this type of thing going on is more often than not a legit investment.
I am aware of that.
All insider trades, regardless of stock status, i.e. OTC, are required to file form 4. Btw wives are considered insiders.
Just wondering, do you have any Form 4's to show where the CEO has recently sold shares? I mean in the last two or three weeks?
Alrighty then! I have used up all my good will allocation for today. Actually I have probably over indulged. So I think I'm going to play with my pet pigs. They are just about the smartest animals I have ever been around. Really a relief after posting all day. Best wishes for the new year to almost everyone, and Sunworks and JN ESPECIALLY. As we all know sink holes never last forever, something always fills up the hole, and the sun shines again. Sunworks is the best and it's management is the most professional and honest bunch I have ever encountered. So goodnight, tommorow will be better, especially when the winter pests around here in Florida and elsewhere go away.
I'm sorry are you posting to me. I thought I said this conversation was over.
I believe they are clear enough for everybody else. Subject closed.
Thank you for demonstrating your total lack of understanding where the law is concern. A grand jury document is simply an opinion. It is not a judgment of guilty, simply a statement that someone MIGHT BE.
To this board I'm new
And I note some of you are blue
However I think CDNL won't screw you
So I'm going to stick with it like glue
To bad some think this is a zoo
Personally I'd move on if I were you
First off, your self published sentencing only applies to Jonathan Lei, there is no mention of the other two. Secondly indictments 2and 3 were dismissed. And probation was the sentence along with fines. BIG DEAL.
He was working for the HB FUND none of our past companies or SUNWORKS.
Also the Grand JURY indictment was for three defendants meaning that the government for whatever reason did not see fit to take all to trial. Furthermore a search for Lei's criminal record turns up zero, nada etc. which probably means that the case was overturned on appeal thereby leaving no criminal trail for all three. Good try though.
Also why is it you did not point out that you had published those two items, and that you chose to only publish parts of them?
Someone halled away 13000 today. What's that say?
I repeat, they are NOT REQUIRED to file however they have been filing some critical forms.

OTC Link LLC
OTC Link LLC (OTC Link) is owned by OTC Markets Group Inc., formerly known as Pink OTC Markets Inc. OTC Link is an electronic inter-dealer quotation system that displays quotes from broker-dealers for many over-the-counter (OTC) securities. "Market makers" and other broker-dealers who buy and sell OTC securities can use OTC Link to publish their bid and ask quotation prices. OTC Link is registered with the SEC as a broker-dealer and as an alternative trading system, and is a member of FINRA. OTC Link does not require companies whose securities are quoted on its systems to meet any listing requirements. With the exception of some foreign issuers, the companies quoted on OTC Link tend to be closely held, extremely small and/or thinly traded. Most of these issuers do not meet the minimum listing requirements for trading on a national securities exchange, such as the New York Stock Exchange or the Nasdaq Stock Market. Many of these companies do not file periodic reports or audited financial statements with the SEC, making it very difficult for investors to find current, reliable information about those companies. For all of these reasons, companies quoted on OTC Link can be among the most risky investments. That's why you should take extra care to thoroughly research any company quoted exclusively on OTC Link. Be aware that some broker-dealers are required by Rule 15c2-11 under the 1934 Act to have some information about the issuer. Ask your broker-dealer whether it has any Rule 15c2-11 information before you invest.
The OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB) eligibility rule requires companies whose securities are quoted on the OTCBB to file updated financial reports with the SEC or with their banking or insurance regulators. If these companies failed to file current financial reports, their securities would be removed from the OTCBB, but could be quoted in another system, such as OTC Link. On the OTC Bulletin Board's website, you can find data concerning companies that were removed from the OTCBB. If you are considering investing in a company that trades on the OTCBB, you can find reports filed by the company on the SEC's EDGAR database.
It is totally irrelevant. Pinks are not required to file. However to uplift they probably should get caught up, however the SEC could care less.
It would appear that Sunworks supporting the California almond industry is very very smart move. Could really be an economic boom for us in sells to almond producers don't you think?
Ya know it would be beneficial to post the entire article so there is some perspective.
And maybe the negative thinkers can develope a better understanding of what the PR WAS REALLY ABOUT. PICK AND CHOOSE WHAT YOU WISH TO POST ABOUT DOESN't help anybody. Try to get the whole story instead of your favorite part.
Sunworks Commits to Almond Board Leadership Program with 2017 Sponsorship

ROSEVILLE, CA, 12/21/16 (Marketwire)
ROSEVILLE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/21/16 -- Sunworks (NASDAQ:SUNW), a leading provider of solar power solutions for homes and businesses, announces today its commitment to sponsor the 2017 Almond Board of California Leadership Program. The Almond Board Leadership Program (ABLP) provides a year-long mentoring and training experience for individuals that are interested in immersing themselves with California's almond business. The program involves over 100 hours of seminars and events that cover leadership training, communication strategies, networking, and educational assignments.
For Sunworks, sponsoring the 2017 ABLP was a natural choice for its relationship with the agriculture industry. It reaffirms the company's commitment to its customers by immersing its employees with farming related experience and gaining valuable insight into the everyday concerns of the almond business. It's also part of the company's code of ethics; a practice that requires its employees to uphold their responsibility for honest business practices, carry themselves with virtue, and properly represent their customers.
Rita Edwards, Director of Marketing for Sunworks, recently graduated from the 2016 ABLP program. "Our team has worked diligently to provide sustainable energy solutions to almond farmers in the state. This was a great opportunity to build on my experience in learning more about their operational needs."
Faced with rising and often unpredictable electricity costs, growers and shelling facilities have increasingly approached Sunworks to design, engineer, and construct space saving roof systems. Through the company's agriculture-based financing incentives, customers have experienced immediate savings during their first year; achieving long term trajectories that approach zero-cost electrical usage.
In conjunction with the 2017 sponsorship, Mrs. Edwards has been actively involved in each new almond related project, providing a consultative approach that helps farmers enhance their bottom line and improve their profit margin. "I feel that the leadership training was vital in replicating what almond farmers deal with each day, especially in lieu of topics such as rising electricity costs and conservation. In addition, an in-the-trenches education will help me better strategize with almond customers to help them succeed."

About the Almond Board of California
At the request of the almond industry, a Federal Marketing Order for almonds was established in 1950. At that time, it dealt primarily with compliance issues, and accordingly, was called the Almond Control Board. In the 1970's, recognizing a need to address market development, the name was changed to the Almond Board of California. While compliance is still a crucial part of its activities, the Board now engages in production, nutrition and market research, advertising and promotion in domestic and international markets, quality control and statistical analysis and dissemination. The Board is responsible for establishing policy, recommending budgets and programs to the Secretary of Agriculture for approval, and reviewing program results and effectiveness.

Damn! Misjudged the bottom this morn. Bought a couple of big bundles of SUNWORKS. If only I had waited a little longer could have been cheaper. Oh well that's the way the stock market goes. Do wish I had more funds though would still be buying.
Oh, as to predictions I'll leave that to you as you have such a keen understanding of how SUNW works. As to prizes? I hav everything I want whatever could you possibly give me I don't already have?
Yep really.
Jerry does his best screw jobs behind closed doors 100% of the time. The rest of the time he's looking for a new bikini bimbo.
Well gee. Here I am, one of the very early investers and still acquiring Sunw stock. Plan on staying long unless of course I die first. BTW have absolutely no plan or plans to ever sue JN. OF COURSE IF ANYONE BELIEVES HE'S A FRAUD THEY SHOULD BE TALKING TO THE SEC, NOT THIS BOARD.
Phineas Taylor Barnum Said it best. " The people like to be humbugged,”. He never said “there’s a sucker born every minute.” But he should have.
I can't believe Jerry is still sucking in the innocents. But as some leave others take up his cause. "Make me richer" so I can continue to live the good life in Cocoa Beach Fl. Come on down, I'm sure you can find him hanging out at " COCONUTS ON THE BEACH" any hour of the day or night. Generally has a new beach bikini bimbo hanging off him.
Oh, and let's not forget his annual pilgrimage to Canada for the great Banff Springs get together with his biking buddies. Special body warmer is brought along in case he gets cold. All this on his investors peeny.
