If there is no one in the public willing to buy then they can not convert and sell a dang thing. Since I started trading in 2013 I can tell that the game they play is dying. Volume is weak, far less "runners" than there used to be, regulators have toughened up a little, everything just seems so dormant for the most part... Finra has gotten more strict on allowing the R/S, even on pink-current tickers I have now seen denied a R/S.
I do so much better on nasdaq and even nyse tickers that playing in pinks is a lost cause. Don't get me wrong I still have millions of .000 shares of a few dormant pink shells for some lotto fun, but I certainly do not actively trade or seek OTCM plays anymore. I have refined a criteria system for choosing the lottos that seem to have better odds, most important rule is- SEC delinquent is to always be avoided, but on the flip-side buying anything current info with convertible debt on the books is the fastest way to lose money. Some day in our lifetime I do believe the OTC scammery will be a distant memory.

Sadly you are likely right.. but that is why it was a two part finishing move I suggested. The first being the increasing lack of interest in OTC crap stocks resulting in the toxic share diltion scams becoming extinct since no one wants to play. I am already seeing signs of this over the past 2 years. Not seeing the MM's that do conversions on the L2 anymore and most pump and dumps now seem to revolve around dormant shell hi-jacking and putting out fake news releases after front-loading. That whole toxic lender scam where they loan company $$$, insiders pocket it (salaries and "conslutant fees") and lenders get millions and billions of sub-penny 50% discount shares in return is no longer a lucrative endeavor, at least to me it appears that way... So in short order I do not see where the future here is going. The boards here for some actively traded and volatile bigboards I follow are like ghost towns. Imagine if OTCM up and decides to do away with pink-sheets all together, that is the best thing that could happen I think for putting and end to the OTC sub-penny scammery. I see the move torwards engaging crypto-markets as a hail mary destined for failure. What currency is more fake and intangible than non-backed fiat dollars? hint- its digital...

Fact is they allow you to "delete" your profile, going into what exactly that means is obvisouly another discussion in itself.... I recently did it with an old myspace account. Im not sure why you are red-highlighting info about facebook sent messages from the facebook helpcenter...? I never said anything about permenately removing everything, obviosuly that is not entirely feasible. I am well aware of data collection by agencies , etc, etc. Now facebook does state they do remove your data from their servers sometime after deletion, whether they do or not I am not sure. Point is ihub should allow a user to "delete" their profile, not just "deactivate" as other sites allow deletion. I believe this site will likely not survive into the next decade in its current format anyways, stocktwits and even twitter capturing marketshare and offering a more free and open discussion (for better or worse is debateable...) has really reduced the posting on ihub, also a fizzled out OTC market and perhaps even an end to the toxic lender pump and dump scammery(one can hope) will be the final straw.

Okay the whole "context" argument just does not hold water. There are plenty of twitter streams, facebook streams and STOCKTWITS conversations with missing comments from users who have since been removed (both voluntarily and involuntarily) yet those sites thrive and no one is complaing about missing context.

I get where you are are coming from with the legal situation regarding nefarious posters who may have (multiple)accounts used to manipulate or engage in other fradulent schemes, like paid promoters and coordinated pump and dumps, etc.... but we know they are more than likely wise enough to carry out said activites using a VPN which essentially negates their need to erase anything. Having said that I am sure plenty of fradulent activities occur on STOCKTWITS and Twitter and they still allow users to delete profiles. I believe ihub should as well, and my reasons are this- I have had my hotmail account hacked 10 years ago and was luckily able to get it back, I also had My Facebook hacked as well in 2011, the person even changed my password but had yet to change the email linked to the account so I was able to regain access and then use two step-verification, with a code sent to my phone before logged in so it would not happen again. I found out exactly how it happened - with my mobile phone staying logged in while I was traveleing to DC someone picked up my signal, via femtocell or stingray device and was right in without even trying. So any users here (and any other account/profile) who stay logged in via APP on their mobile device are at risk of a femtocell/stingray interception.

Your site is SEVERLY LACKING in the SECURITY department in several ways.

Password requirments are nil. Users should be required to have a number and a symbol and over 8 (or better yet 12) digits. You do not offer two-step verification and there is no account recovery options here aside from your single email connection (if someone gets in and changes that you are SOL). When logging in there is no CAPTCHA pop-up if you password attempt is wrong and as far as I know (have not tried incorrect password more than 5 times in a row) there is no time-out for multiple failed log-in attempts, meaning a hacker could run a brute-force algo on users here with nothing to stop them until they hit the password.

The increase in hacking and data breaches at some of our most guarded instutions in the past 5 years has prompted me (and millions of others) to reduce our digital footprint to the bare minimal that is possible. I have removed unneeded email acccounts, shut-down now unused online game acounts, Stocktwits, an ancient myspace and a host of other online profiles and accounts I do not care for and wanted gone out of precaution. Yet I have found this site is literally the ONLY one I have an account on that I can not delete and that is unnacceptable and irritating beyond words.

Bowing to the EU? For one I support brexit and think the EU, UN, NATO and any other multination power structure should be dismantled with participating nations leaving and nations should be completly sovereign. I also believe that indviduals should have control over their data and service providers should have to allow them to remove their profiles, which as I have stated is able to be done with-

and I could go on and on here with more examples. Ihub should not be able to restrict users from deleting their pofiles just for the sake of "context" as Janice has argued. Their is plenty of Facebook conversations and comments that are missing a person who once was in the stream and with that "context" missing the enitre site did not become obsolete nor did their servers gears suddenly stop spinning. Facebook is a company with a 500 BILLION DOLLAR marketcap whereas ADVFN has a measely 5.9 million dollar marketcap on the London exchange. They have no good reason to deny users the ability to have their profiles removed.

Stocktwits is a "discussion site" and they will delete your profile upon request. Stocktwits is in fact thriving as well and it has appeared this site has wilted somewhat since the ST debut. A lot of traders have given up on the otc penny pump and dump trading, wisely so I might add. I myself no longer really use this profile for stock discussions since I rarely play an OTC crap stock anymore and the discussions here on many nasdaq/nyse stocks is minimal and far less entertaining than what is happeing at stocktwits, add to that they have bot posters who constantly update streams with SEC filing notifactions, ER dates, and much more useful info that the flow of information there is light years ahead of what ihub has going on. This still looks like a site from 1999...

Twitter, what about when someones twitter is hacked and people post things under someone elses name? It does happen, but thats not the principal of the matter as you should be (and you are) able to delete a Twitter account just because you no longer want it open. Hacking is just another reason why you should be able to delete any profile/account you have on the web. Things are constantly being hacked.

Yahoo had 3 BILLION user accounts that were at risk after one of the largest data breaches in history just happened there in 2017. Many accounts were in fact hacked and taken over by malicious indivduals/entities.

Facebooks does have tons of problems yes, which is exctly why they would never stop users from deleting profiles or having control over their data (that was the point I was trying to make). So many scandals, lawsuits and current government oversight occuring there that one more straw will break that camels back.

Clearly David is you, me and every and any individual user, while Goliath is the service provider/data miner where your online profile exists. You should not act coy as it does not bolster your case or exhibit any sharp intellect or deep thought on the truly concerning issues of data privacy, user control and account hacking.

I believe the user should have control and authority over said data and not the service provider, and as we have witnessed over the last few years the law/governments have begin to come around to the side of the individual as opposed to the mega-tech corporate greed monsters.

So then EU users here should have the legal right to purge their information from this site per the law. Paid users would have a credit card on file here, no? And everyone has an email on file here. If people want that information gone from this site than they should have the legal right to have it deleted.

It has nothing to do with me or my posts. It has to do with new user data laws going into effect and the recent proliferation of account hacking and stolen personal information occuring on the web in just the past few years. If someone wants their profile erased out of caution for those very reasons it should be an available option, which is exactly why it is at EVERY OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER. What is private about a "tweet" or a facebook post? I can delete them though. Direct messages and private messages are in fact private though... Peoples credit card information is VERY private. The email adress linked to this service provider is private. So a user should be able to delete his/her profile bottomline.

I can also delete those entire accounts for much larger and far reaching service providers, but yet not ihub, Why is that? No one can seem to answer that question...

Actually when you delete your facebook or any other profile it is no longer seen and they state that your (facebook) data is in fact purged from their servers after a certain amount of time. Regardless of what account deletion means or doesn't, all those other sites give you the option to remove/delete your profile but why not ihub? Considering the amount of data breaches occuring in the last few years (at much far larger and more guarded instutions than ihub) and the proliferation of account hacking the ability to protect your privacy and data by being able to purge it from an unwanted service provider servers should be mandatory by law. Bingo. Everyone here is seeing what concerned me from the start. Taking to twitter and divulging info and then removing it all is very suspect. I been holding a few shares here for awhile and should have dumped on the pump, my own foolish decision to hold thinking .00's or even .01 was possible, but am I going to sue the company or controller of the shell over it? NO. In my opinion what George did was essentially reverse engineer a pump and dump with these two Schaefer shell stocks.

I do not see how Sharps actions are beneficial for shareholders and I am no fan of Bill either, but I interpret it as - "I want to name the board of directors and I am suing you regardless". If the company ends up owing him money that otherwise could have been put towards the business and getting current than he is actually harming shareholders while only serving his own interests (getting $ from litigation).

The good news is the other Bill shell scam is trading very stable and trading at TWICE the price of this one. I remember it being said that CCT* would be the one that needs a reverse split, well the market seems to disagree as I had suggested. How do you come to that conclusion? That it just skips .0023 and .0038 (two common sub-penny peak points) with no problem and goes right to .005? Breaking .0018 is more of a milestone as that is often a peak on many triple zero to sub-penny runners that never can quite get to the .002's or above.
