4.5 billion corrected
They would announce an at the market (ATM) dilution. They increased shares by 4.5 million but that is not driving this down. If they are selling shares they need to be stated as doing so and that has not been announced shares being increased but not an ATM!. In my opinion. Looks to be big boys selling this naked! IMO Yes, I agree the action has been only to destroy the business model.
Value is below the $50 million dollar Nasdaq requirement! Something us up!
Naked short selling by brokers in my opinion and it is relentless!
It's traded its total float? Wow something is really wrong!
Something is seriously wrong. pre-spllit volume is now at 350 million shares traded out of 500 million. Post split should be only 2 million shares but we have traded 1.5 million. This is not ATM this is a war going on!
[btThanks Bob for your contribution It will go unnoticed next week!
Bob stay short but your right MP is not like Comparing HMNY to TSLA, Amazon, Netflix etc. is like comparing turd nuggets to gold nuggets. It's not the same.
HMNY has around 360 million in sales and growing. I agree there losing money but they go cash flow positive way before either of the companies you listed!
Tesla has never made money and is trading at $321 a share Elon Musk according to Yahoo Finance has exercised 1.2 billion shares.
In my humble opinion MP will be successful based on losing money. Subscribers are growing and the information is extremely important. Not pumping just own a ton! Stock will turn or be bought.
This is Bobby Pineapples thoughts back on 9/20/2019 on MP

$428 a share is my modest calculation. Young whipper snappers (the newer generations) like to go out to the movies. 36% of Americans enjoy going to the movies, or 115 million+ Americans. Even if less than half of them bought Movie Pass, at 50 million, we take half at 25 million (51% stake in the company) x $10 per month x 12 months = $3 billion annual revenue. Netflix does $8 billion and their market cap is $80 billion. So if we take $3 billion x 10 = $30 billion, we can say that’s probably about the same market cap. Assume there's been a lot of dilution then, say 70 million shares instead of 7 million shares. $30 billion / 70 million shares = $428 per share. What’s going to happen is there will be a lot of stock splits along the way, increasing liquidity. This is a no brainer hold. At the very least hold like $5K in this stock and watch your future come to you. It’ll grow to $350K+ in a few years.

So we have dilution and based on your post the whipper snappers should have sold back then?
Sorry Bob MP is here to stay model is working and they will prevail. Mark this post!
Where's Bob? As I said there is something at play and someone wanted to destroy the Stock value. They did a pretty good job while the company is in a quiet period. We can say Dilution didn't help and we can say they are running out of cash but they are not BK. That being said after this Am Bear route on 1 million shares tells me something is on the horizon. If MP is closing on 3.5 million users the sales numbers are 35 million a month! Yes, they are losing money but the company will be making money at some point and the statistical information is worth a ton! In my opinion. The value of this company is not 18 cents!
Given the offering it’s my opinion the company has plans to stay with the big boys.[/b[ What does this mean for common? Bob tells whoa with the shareholder ! I say we are at close to 4 million subscribers and counting! Taking on water? Yep? Do I see the common having a life raft ? Yep! The offering is not to hurt the current holders but to raise funds! Dilution is taking place and in my opinion it’s deeply priced into the stock! According to some people’s math we would be valued st $200 a share with the dilution. People are playing this company as a penny stock. It’s not and has revenue and sales to back it. Proxy battle and internal politics seems to be the problem. Why? Look at some company’s trading at 100’s of dollars for years and hasn’t made a penny! Ever! We have value in subscribers and monthly billables. Worth more than 20 cents in my opinion, but I don’t own a pineapple plantation like some may be presenting distorted facts.
Bob your math is flawed. Dilution has taken its toll but subscribers are growing. You keep bashing Ted. Your assumption is that you think the usage far outweighs the monthly burn rate. You are correct until about 5 million members and users start to not use the product as much as you have explained. Combination of AMC trying to do the same thing tells you they see a need and IN MY OPINION you have a huge client base that cost about a billion dollars with a real cash operation at 50 million a month. Burn rate will decrease but its not in your calculations. I think it has much more value even with dilution and reverse splits. I am voting 'NO' to all. I would rather it be picked up by a bigger player who is willing to buy the platform and make changes.

Diference between this time and current time there are 3-5 million subscribers with dilution as been said and the stock is in the tank because of proxy battle.
Filing was to dilute and raise capitall to pay off a noteholder? Reverse split? No date or time in July? I get the potential dilution but at what number? This makes absolutely “no sense” the ownership date is clear on June 25th? This gives time for someone to buy into a dilution? They would need to do a reverse split first to quash the naked and short. Red flag it!
Unusual filing as the shareholders ownership date of record for voting purposes is June 25th. Something is wrong with the filing. In my opinion!
SFOR settled for 10 million from MSFT( yea the Big Gorrilla just paid them to go away) How about their Patents have value!
We go green!
4-8 Billion What? How many times you pst Peg!
In my opinion our legal team would want to expose a settlement from a third party to cause the others to collapse asap. That being said it all depends on the settlement number that is being presented.( Continued revenue sources) If all the infringes know they are going to be shot you would want to make an example out of an infringer now to show ultimate damage as it puts pressure on the other infringers that the longer it takes to settle the steeper the the penalties! Duo has a huge problem if they wait till mid 2018. Faulk will push them to mediate.. So I go against the grain in that we should show the victory of Entrust as just an example of things to come. All of this is in my opinion!
[/bIn my opinion its worth more than 100's of millions The market say less but once cases are settled the reoccurring revenue will be the telling story. Or I guess Singtel might have to buy them anyway they can! Just my humble opinion!
Blast off is max 8 days! I will take the under and by Friday this goes north in my opinion Current 52 week high is a joke based solely on my opinion
We want to see reoccurring revenue by the settlements. The penalties and and infringement damages are important, but reoccurring revenue gets the stock to new places. In my opinion. We should see some serious action on the stock in my opinion. Ropes and Gray are not in this for 10 million! Word to the people who have no idea what they own!
PCI now says thats not good enough. It needs to be a different DEVICE or have additional methods of authentication.
WBC I have been saying this as the answer! A secondary password on the same device should work!
[i know I know it’s a patent play
Or maybe it’s not!
WBC I am not reading it that way. I am looking at the wording. OTP is one time password. For authentication it seems like a secondary password would need to be required to circumvent the process. I read the PCI as well.
I get if a cellular user is using one password on one device, but as we keep evolving in the technology a secondary password and authentication seems to be the answer and would seem to solve the problem as I do not see it referencing a solution.
Answer Problem
Facts
Out-of-Band Authentication
Out-of-band (OOB) refers to authentication processes where authentication methods are conveyed through different networks or channels.
Where authentication factors are conveyed through a single device/channel—for example, entering credentials via a device that also receives, stores, or generates a software token—a malicious user who has established control of the device has the ability to capture both authentication factors.
Transmission of a one-time password (OTP) to a smartphone has traditionally been considered an effective out-of-band method. However, if the same phone is then used to submit the OTP—for example, via a web browser—the effectiveness of the OTP as a secondary factor is effectively nullified.
Out-of-band conveyance of authentication mechanisms is an additional control that can enhance the level of assurance for multi-factor authentication. In lieu of the ability to use out-of-band communication, the authentication process should establish controls to guarantee that the individual attempting to use the authentication is, in fact, the legitimate user in possession of the authentication factor.
So logic sates you would need two passwords to be in compliance with PTC
More like superman
Your question? Quote:

I think the answer is?
Once the user has been verified, the security computer establishes an “out- of-band” communication channel with the user via a different authentication channel (e.g., by calling the user’s mobile phone over a cellular network). Id. Using that second authentication channel, the user provides additional information that is used to authenticate the user for access."
In reality the problem in your assessment is that you are only looking at one source being used as a smart phone and not a computer! The concept being two different types of sources must be used and not one as you suggested being a phone only as you surmised !
I can't play in your Tech arena as you work for a software based company WBC, but it looks to me that the answer is nullified by the above.
But lets remember its a patent play!
Yes, Get it this week as two pending settlements are going to take place by the 10th and IN MY OPINON the most important part of the settlement will be the reoccurring revenue! That will start an uptrend in my opinion on the stock. I know WBC its a patent play! My position is clear and the information has been proven by ZP!
Microsoft settled I guess we all should look at that as well as the FINS and in this case we have 2 more settling as you feel it’s a patent play? What about the potential for reoccurring royalties? By November 10th we will all know the value. Not pumping as this is factual. In my opinion!
Read the Fins like you, but as you have been here on a patent play the Fins mean nothing! You have one settlement already done by the biggest Gorilla who lost MS
You have two pending settlements which are pending and will be explosive to the stock. So playing on negativity to get more share is not going to happen and its OLD NEWS
"Toxic Financing at shareholders expense" To be in this business and be giving non-factual information is just wrong. You been in it for a patent play so act like it!
We don't need a GPS when Z gives an easy map to follow!!
Here we go!
It will close green as someone is sitting on the sideline to buy a ton! In my opinion!
Marketmakers are bringing this down as someone wants to double on news that hits by the 26th. Absolutely insane if people understood the true value of what I see. Yes, this is in my opinion!
Whoever is selling really has no idea what they have. By the way it will be our third settlement if Entrust is in negotiations. Huge upside here and I mean huge! Good luck longs as we are talking a lottery ticket in my opinion!
Our infringers will pay dearly and continually! This is my Opinion but MSFT was penny stock at one point If people don't get the upside with just the current news then please just sell your shares. This will have a parabolic effect once the big boys no what SFOR has! IMO.
Very simple SFOR has a patent and is going to win every case! The numbers will be enormous in my opinion. This settlement puts creedance into the validity of the company having a real GEM! All of the people on this board have been reading negative posts. Some positive speculation with Z doing significant positive DD! The company is the real deal and it's sitting at less than 1 cent! Who will be selling tomorrow'? As of right now I have no idea what the company is worth, but smart heads prevail that SFOR will be bought for big money in my opinion or we are sitting on a rocket going into Billions not millions in value! Yes it's my opinion but all please take notice not sell a share until the numbers are worth your lottery ticket. ( we all have a number that would make us sell)the numbers will be staggering in my opinion and it's just starting! Big boys will be buying now after this news is released! Have fun and be careful!
Boom! I told you all they would settle before the date! Congrats all longs it's going to get crazy!
