I think it is a completely relevant question. IMHO, if the overseas shipment of product that was supposed to occur in March did actually occur, a microcap the likes of VDRM would want to scream that from the rooftops. Why would they sit on that information only to be buried in a 10Q? I think we all know the answer to that...there's no announcement because it didn't happen; and such failure to follow through on announcements is typical. I'd like to give the DOC a pass by stating that it hasn't happened yet, but his poor track record persuades me otherwise. I wish I could state that this stock owes me nothing but I haven't been smart trading this thing...so still holding and waiting for the DOC to produce.

Agree on all points. Otiko's compensation package is obscene. The only way I can make piece with it is that he must believe that he will be significantly growing the revenues. If he grows the revenues, the PPS rises. If the PPS gets anything close to Rainmaker's calculations, we will all be happy and retired and the next generation of shareholders can worry about Otiko.

Stop the R/S nonsense. People are getting desperate to buy cheap shares. First the Expert market threats now this. IMHO, increasing the A/S is the only way to go at this point. Later once lucrative contracts are in place and recurring revenues are established and the pps is much higher, then an R/S might work to uplist.

Slops I appreciate your optimism however, IMHO a buy-back scenario with this company seems next to impossible and completely unrealistic at this point. Per the statement of Cash Flows, cash from operations increased by a whopping $175!!! With over a billion shares outstanding, the company doesn't just need a few good contracts, the company needs some huge contracts of material dollar amounts billed AND COLLECTED over a sustained period of time to even consider such a scenario. I suppose it could happen...kind of like the odds of winning the Powerball or getting struck by lightening. Still holding.

I assume an existing CPA at the same firm will be assigned but who knows. Getting another firm involved will undoubted cause delays (more delays) and increase the fees.

Stock price - 0.008675. Congrats Doc, the stock price can't even hold .009. Way to provide value for the shareholders. All the bullsh*t about price speculation is just that...bullsh*t. There are only so many buying opportunity "gifts" that we can receive before we all go broke. Isn't the price supposed to go up at some point so that we can brag that we took advantage of such buying opportunity? Somebody want to call the time of death on this stock? Doc?? Anybody home?

It is becoming gut check time ladies and gentlemen. We are all teetering on a tight rope waiting on news. With the right news, this stock could go ballistic and break new highs and never look back. Of course with the wrong news, the stock could get delisted and deregistered and we essentially lose everything. This is not investing, this is called gambling. If we win, we'll look like great pronogsticators making a brilliant call as our account balances reach heights never seen. If we're wrong, well ... it won't be pretty.

VDRM has a good product. It has a production facility in place and the product is being produced and sold. It has licensing revenues (to be confirmed). It has sales revenues (to be confirmed). Company debt is being reduced. It has a CEO, although sporting many warts, who has a substantial amount to gain should the company become successful.

Sometimes you just have to say "What the f***." (Risky Business circa 1983). Still holding.

Thanks GC. Not sure what to make of the arrangement (whether it's good deal for VDRM). Sounds like Biogenx will fund the costs of production, distribution and marketing of VitaStem. Then split the gross profit from sales 50/50 with VDRM. Sounds like Biogenx will be taking all of the risk. We'll see. At this point we are at the Doc's mercy. Over simplifying here, but if they produce and the stock price goes up, I'll be happy. As we have seen, its a big IF. Still holding.

Slops, not doubting that you were told that (Parent Co.), but being a Parent company suggests that Biogenx now owns a controlling interest in VDRM. I think that if another company bought a controlling interest in VDRM, it would have been announced that way and we may have even had to vote on that; being that such a transaction would be a fundamental corporate transaction usually requiring the vote of the shareholders.

If I had to guess, BIOGENX is probably owned by Adams and the Doc as a privately held entity. There's probably an agreement between VDRM and Biogenx whereby VDRM has engaged Biogenx to distribute the product; naturally for a hefty percentage of the gross revenues that solely benefits the Doc and Adam.

Slops, at this stage of the game, in my opinion .03 is not a "run"; at least not something that I would be overly enthralled about. Yes, its green and of course it's positive. However, if substantive news comes out and financial statements confirm revenues, I hope that any kind of a real run would take us to new highs and beyond. .03? Meh. Breaking .07, then a run to .12 cents, then a pull back to .075, then a march to .22, now that's a run I think we would all be happy with. I know the likelihood of that is slim, but I guess that's why we're all here. Still holding.

I believe they have 16 months to submit financial statements before the last annual report becomes "stale"...so April 30th.

Slops, as you know, the Doc has to get 2 quarterly reports and an annual report completed and filed along with an attorney letter. I can only hope that those items are already in process. Although preparing financial statements for a company like VDRM can't possibly be too technically difficult since there is hardly any activity to account for. I wish I knew what the hell he is waiting for. If the Doc truly received $1.2 million recently from licensing fees, it would seem like there should be some cash left to pay the accounting firm and the attorney. GET IT DONE ALREADY!!

My guess, for what it's worth, these minor spikes we've seen over the past month or so are people loading up. IMHO, people have been watching and waiting for their moment to load up before the next spike. I've thought about it myself but I am already overloaded. Monday we may go back to ultra light volume and the price will go back down. Who knows?

I had a dream last night that when I went on here for my ritualistic (almost cult-like) daily check-in, the stock was trading at .037 and climbing. Like a kid on Christmas morning, I frantically started looking for an announcement...then I woke up.

Our leader thinks that we should all be ecstatic because he files a long overdue report or because he sends out a tweet every now and then.
