This might be who he is:

Maybe he is throwing some money at it and see what happens.
It's not a profitable company
The people who run the company pay themselves very large salries dispite doing a very poor job. They don't know how to invest and make deals to exit their investments profitably. They will feature one or two that they have made a modest profit and ignore or downplay the disasters in their reports. The numbers are the proof. There are two many people on the payrole and overall don't do a heck of a lot. But are very impressed with themselves and their schooling degrees. But, they don't know how to run the company but won't admit it to themselves.
They screwed around during the whole bull market.
That about sums it up.
In a death spiral for years.
It only exists to line the pockets of a few people on the board.
Who is Ramad's client that would necessitate him being on this board?
What is your purpose in being here?
Yeah I know
Been a share holder since 2013
A foolish one.
It been my nature to think, okay these last player(s) trying to run things were bad and selfish the next one(s) taking over won't be.
The layers and layers of Unethical people
that is the finger print identity of this company.
No commitment to cooperate among the leading ones.
If they weren't looking out for them selves first, it would have succeded.
The early ones showed their selfishness and drove the company into the ground and followed by the next ones to "save it" also just as selfish and then next ones and so on. A bunch of piranha tearing at the carcass taking/striping rather than healing/helping. How can anything succeed?
It reminds me of a scripture: 2 Timothy 3:13
Re: The Black Death
That was neat; I gave the message board a kick and it came to life!
The Black Death
Where is everybody?
20+ messages a day then suddenly nothing.
Did the Black Death sweep through taking everyone who's been talking here.....gulp! I'm next.
Who exactly are the note holders?
What do you know?
Any clues?
I am convinced the CEO found a way to siphon the money off to benefit himself or family and/or friends. That silly website they purchased for zillions of dollars likely had an under the table deal to benefit him.
It was a rediculous amount of money they paid and look.... it really didn't do any for the company. Stupid.
It's in China, out of reach of US authorities.
Nobody regulates them.
By the way, I don't think the insiders were buying...
They granted themselves stock options at .53 and .55 share prices
They have the right to exercise those options at a later date
They vest over 48 months.
Read those forms carefully
Would you post the link?
Just curious, would like to take a look at it.
If you're in China sitting on millions and millions of dollars in a company account and all you have to do is go withdraw the money and label it as some kind of expense or inventory "write down" and their legal system could care less about looking into it. It would be the easiest thing to do. We here in the USA can do nothing about it.
The Chinese don't care about the shares. Just us Americans and we can do nothing.
There's no need for him to pump the shares. Why bother. Just take the money in the bank and just simply.... fade away.
Dividened - I doubt that will happen again.
My guess is when they issued that dividend last time, the management used that event to clean out the rest of the company bank account. There was no need to issue new shares last year. They had tons of money if the balance sheet was believable. Which I don't think it was. And now they don't file reports .. they don't have to being on the pink sheets or whatever color they are. There is no way of knowing the truth from where we stand.
Maybe you're right.
I wonder if who it is, lurks around this board.
Might be a Market Maker disposing some inventory.
I know it would feel good to punish AIVI
But do you really think they care?
If we pushed for delisting how would that help anyone?
They may still get delisted but why accelerate it?
ZA: Hi surfer
What does this mean? "p/b"
ZA: To Bad the Zuoan CEO didn't know this.
Where does this trade if not on the NYSE?
I despise this CEO's attitude toward his shareholders.
The shareholders made him rich, and he hates us.
Wolfe is leaving per:

They state:
Wow, I wish I sold it all in past weeks...working today...got an email volume alert when it hit 8.6ish
Pretty hefty rug pull today.
You talked to the Geologist?!?
My, true due diligence.
Good job!
I added 23,000 today
I expect It will pay off later.
It did have a good run...and no, I wasn't a participant in it. I abandoned AMCN a long time ago...should have stuck with it. Hind sight is 20/20
Thanks
Welcome noooooo.
I see you've been around iHub for a while.
Nice to have your input
I think of those 250 trades as teaser trades the MMs make to get your attention.
With this mysterious trading going on...
It did occur to me maybe they want to take it private.
Buy up as many cheap shares as they can before announcing a price for what's left.
They might reason if they relist elsewhere, then they don't have to deal with US rules and scrutiny. I know they said they want to uplist in US, but they might change their mind.
I'd rather they comply and become a reporting company and become a respectably valued public company.
Its largely followed/traded by institutions. Not many here are interested.
3bar thanks for your commentary on this stock.
I expect it will do well some day, it just is taking a lot of time. More than I imagined.
Yeah, probably something .
Maybe a fund manager recently played golf with a board member.... Pros nearly always know what's really going to happen before the public.
I know the China part of IDI's business is of little consequence, it might be something to do with it...look at AMCN up several hundred percent within the year. Maybe a little sympathy.
A ton of shorting going on from the start of the day...all day long. They're working to crush it...as usual.
Crusader's right....
The company doesn't fear the SEC. They're in China, what's the SEC going to do to them? Send a letter ordering them to follow the law, that's about it. They can't shut them down like they might be able to in America. They may threaten or inform them of permanent delisting if they don't comply. The company will then shrug and still do what it intends to do. And never share anything with us. We'll be the ones punished with no market for our shares.
We and the SEC have no real power.
Please exercise some wisdom and continue to be patient. The situation should improve if the ones here reporting their conversations with the company are correct.
This stock doesn't have institutional support; it's just a Market Maker play thing.
Looking like $CHOP...
has finally bottomed..and is reversing it's trend.
Let it build a base and away she goes..
