The company doesn't fear the SEC. They're in China, what's the SEC going to do to them? Send a letter ordering them to follow the law, that's about it. They can't shut them down like they might be able to in America. They may threaten or inform them of permanent delisting if they don't comply. The company will then shrug and still do what it intends to do. And never share anything with us. We'll be the ones punished with no market for our shares.
We and the SEC have no real power.

Please exercise some wisdom and continue to be patient. The situation should improve if the ones here reporting their conversations with the company are correct.

I offer my opinion as I see it. In the end, I may be wrong or I may be right, time will tell. Make your own decisions. Warning: the market often doesn't behave the way we expect it to.
