Not surprising because “birds of a feather….”?
Or not surprising because Nunes is apparently incompetent?
Your sources are most likely not just incorrect…but highly incorrect.
And we all note that nothing has been reported from the court docket.
I expect those new execs are happy to have salaries and bennies for what appears to be a baby-sitting job. Ditto the perks for the new BoD.
Maybe DJT’s complaints would be more believable if they didn’t have such a crooked auditor.
A distinction without a difference in this case.
BTW, show us where SHMP sold the millions of shrimp they allegedly grew from the millions of PLs they bought.
Maybe Billy Mumy can write a catchy tune about shrimp heads.
What a surprise! So now SHMP is processing shrimp. Hope they have a HACCP.
Funny that someone placing an order on line gets 5 pounds of shrimp…of unknown count.
Oh…and there’s no mention oh heads-on or -off. Sure…there’s a photo of heads-off shrimp…but in SHMP’s How It Works description, there’s a photo of packaged heads-on shrimp.
SHMP…still not ready for prime time.
SHMPoo. Rinse. Repeat.
PS. Who is Nicole?
Just to be clear, the Hamilton County (Iowa) tax assessor's web site still shows that SHMP hasn't paid its real estate taxed of $129K for the first half of 2024. The payment was due in March.
https://beacon.schneidercorp.com/Application.aspx?AppID=1186&LayerID=35358&PageTypeID=4&PageID=13451&Q=461035258&KeyValue=40892532452005
So...SHMP's 2024 tax bill for the year will be ~$258K. That's almost 26,000 pounds of shrimp to be sold (at $10 a pound) just to pay the tax bill. Forget payroll, utilities, PLs....
So Homegrown's processing costs are covered by the retail price. SHMP does minimal pricing and sells HEADS ON. Almost, but not quite, apples and oranges. Oh...and then there's that COUNT thing.
First, SHMP has to spend the capital to be able to process (though they might consider paying their property taxes first).
The question needs to be shifted to how Homegrown's total sales are these retail sales? And what does Homegrown get on the "wholesale" market.
Looking at half the picture is not looking at the picture.
Perhaps annual real estate taxes in excess of $232K...for starters?
MAGAts will say anything to support the CEO of DJT…while the CEO plans to take them for everything they’ve “invested”.
SHMP’s $10M “tech” worked so well…they had to go out and LICENSE more “tech”. SHMP has reported zero revenue from licensing EC or leasing out Hydrenesis’ “tech”.
A distinction without a difference. WY has still nailed down SHMP to a T.
Oooh….covid. You forget shorts, market manipulators…
Oh…and fires. Can’t forget fires. Two of them.
Funny how Covid has selectively destroyed SHMP.
“…market conditions….”
BWAHAHAHA!!!
Hardly any shrimp grown to bring to market. There’s your “market condition”!
SHMP paid $10M for EC. What has it gotten them?
BWAHAHAHA!!!!
Has SHMP paid its latest real estate tax bill for Webster City?
Way too many costs for SHMP to be cash flow positive. One needs sales to be cash flow positive.
BWAHAHAHA!!!!
Typical SHMP.
SHMPoo. Rinse. Repeat.
All designed to pave the way for Trump and his cronies to dump at the highest price possible while DJT “investors” hold kid on to near-worthless paper.
Yep. F L U F F. Nothing quantitative. Nothing verifiable.
The “shareholder base” is “invested”…unfortunately for them because it also means they’re underwater.
No, those fluffy PRs aren’t for educating future shareholders. They’re for giving GHS a chance at making some more money…at the expense of the “shareholder base”.
Like I posted yesterday….SHMP needed a very fluffy PR for GHS’s benefit.
And the PR released today is one of the fluffier ones. All future tense. Asian markets? Really? Like that Asian market in San Antonio? Distributors? Like that crab shack in Florida?
Looks like SHMP IS running out of ideas.
It needs to be done in concert with a very fluffy PR. Maybe SHMP is running out of PR ideas?
Harumph…harumph…harumph.
Someone is mad that they’re irrelevant.
Hmmmm….
Why would the CFO agree to appoint an auditor that failed to deliver the goods on his other “venture”?
No other auditor wanted the job? There’s a benefit to SHMP from a delayed 10-K that SHMP can blame on the new auditor? Something else?
Correct. The only money in is interest on cash and stock sales. Then there’s the wages and fringes other G&A going out, including lawyers, accountants, and consultants
Saying it twice doesn’t make it any more relevant to NoRide’s future.
Nothing to do with NoRide…as usual.
Or not.
And Steve Burns owns everything else.
NoRide owns no IP or manufacturing capacity for a skateboarder, let alone a vehicle. Stop lying.
The fate of Fisker has nothing to do with NoRide. NoRide is no longer an EV manufacturer. In reality, it is a set of books with significant NOLs recorded in them. Those NOLs are NoRide’s main asset.
The BoD is looking to parlay those NOLs into something that will return value to NoRide shareholders and assuage their losses due to the bankruptcy.
NoRide clearly rejected almost all their leases, including the Lordstown plant itself, per NoRide’s bankruptcy filings. NoRide doesn’t own any property…or IP.
I know YOU know that, but our demented friend doesn’t seem to get it.
You lie like a rug on other boards. You have no credibility on the SHMP board or any other board.
The trick is to under-promise and over-deliver, not over-promise and under-deliver.
It’s too easy to blame it on someone else. But know what would have been easy, too?
Saying it was going to be a joint PR in the first place.
Amateur hour here.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
Please ignore the ravings of this obsessed and ill-informed poster.
NuRide (NoRide as I prefer to call it) is a bust. What SG hopes to accomplish here on the SHMP board only he or she knows.
But know them by their fruits.
I’ve had my GTC sell orders in just to catch the next successful pump…however brief it may be.
If I were on ignore, you wouldn’t be responding to me. See? You lied again.
No. You claim NoRide has an interest in property, in fee or leased. You claim that NoRide retained IP for EVs. These are both lies. NoRide's bankruptcy filings and financial filings clearly show what assets NoRide has. And NOLs are the assets that are most valuable...to a third party looking for tax breaks.
So SHMP had to pay to have the "Hydrogras" equipment returned from Japan? More expenses for SHMP to incur? Good to know.
It deserves a rigid evaluation, buy my gut suggests that many if not all of SHMP's PRs have been coincident with brief rises in pps and puts sold to GHS.
Great post. While images in the rearview mirror may be closer than they appear, the past is prologue. SHMP touted success with EC alone...but never provided details. In fact, EC was so "successful" that SHMP had to acquire different "tech", after paying $10M for EC. And what does SHMP have to show for it? Certainly nothing quantitative that they've provided to the public.
Oh...and the Hamilton County tax assessor web site still shows SHMP's RE tax due last March for Webster City is still unpaid...all $180K of it.
