Based on the continued illusion that this is "delivered" to you by little green VWs with pot on their roof. Analysts even continue to say they are a delivery service, but they are NOT. CEO can't figure out why people don't get that they are not a delivery service like UBER or DOOR DASH. Hmm wonder how people could get THAT impression.
I'm not here to tell you I told you so for years. I am here to tell you there are MANY other penny stocks that the Dhillons are involved in. Any stock that have a Dhillon sitting on their board in any capacity is a SCAM. They have perfected the process of pumping a stock and bleeding it dry. The stocks they are involved in NEVER produce a product. These stocks, usually very trendy, have one purpose. To take as much investor money as possible. Also be wary of modertors on these boards that want to censor people giving any sort of dissenting opinion. GLTA
Good for ya'all. Starting to realize the SCAM. CE approval, FDA approval. Trump approval lol and still at .20. Dhillon factor. If you see any Dhillon on the board of any penny stock you are thinking of investing in, stop, think, and go buy yourself a beer. GLTA. Sorry for your loss.
Yea, Ho hum, weed delivery has been around in Cali for like forever so what? Just another hyped up penny SCAM.
I cna't believe how many people are still here and openly admitting they are buying more of this SCAM stock. I wish I knew ya'll in person because I would sell you this new invention that I have. It's Dihydrogen Monoxide only in SOLID form. Everyone in America and throughout the world uses it on a daily basis. More than 50000000 tons used every day. For more information visit AvtarDhillon.com.
No moneymaker. It is not. This stock is a complete scam. I am shocked to see that they have been able to play this as long as they have. The people running this scam mostly have OTC stocks that run for two to three years at best and then they get caught or investors recognize they have been scammed and volumes and price drop so low no one can get out. I thought this would be sub-penny by now, but there are some real die hards hanging on. Stay away.
Well, quite frankly, they have been milking this one for a long time. They have already moved on to two other OTC SCAMs, but they have some die hard support here. Currently this is pennies in their coffer, but they are milking every cent out of it. They usually don't quit until it goes below a penny. Their current focus is on the two (that I know of) "latest, greatest - name your product here" SCAMs.
I think due to some early influences by a biotech guru with many followers, who later pulled all of his support because he realized it was a scam, this one had people really believing.
Unfortunately, I think they get stronger with each scam, because they know what words to use and their script gets better and better.
The stock did not move with FDA approval and so they know EU approval will not fool anyone either. They are not invested in this stock and no one else should be either. They are just picking up the scraps from die hard hopefuls.
So in answer to your question, 3 months if no EU approval and if they do get EU approval on their glorified bandaid, they might be able to milk it a bit longer. The investors here are quite hopeful and resilient.
BTW, to all investors still in this stock. All of this is my reaserched based humble opinion and I genuinely wish you luck and hope that I am wrong because I hate seeing anyone lose money.
This stock is a gosh darn SCAM. When will you people realize it. Everything I have posted for the past two years has come true. I told you the product would never come to market and the volume would get so low you could not give your shares away. If nothing else, look at the opportunity costs you have missed out on by having your money here. Dhillon left the board and guess who replaced him........his nephew for goodness sakes. The only reason I check in here every once in a while is to see who is still here and to make sure any potential new investors stay clear of this POS SCAM.
Just visiting this board to see who is still here believing in this SCAM POS. No partnership, no product, and still the same ole.........They are not even giving carrots anymore and you are still here. Opportunity costs alone should have made you leave months if not years ago. I am here to learn if people are really that "hopeful" and I wish I could put together a SCAM like this and take your money. Please just send me your money. AND, your welcome to those that thanked me over and over to putting out the information that overwhelmingly showed this stock was and is a SCAM.
Poly,
How long have you been on this board? This is nothing but a total SCAM company. They have no product. They have said themselves that there is no plans nor resources to market their (non-existent) product. Over and over in filings, they say they have no money, nor plans, nor partnerships to take the product to market. They are trying to squeeze one more dollop out of this stock, but have moved on to the next hyped market. The same board of directors and the same group of "experts" take open stock symbols and do a reverse split and then hype the technology or product and then disappear. Just a little bit of DD will tell you I am telling the truth. Happy Thanksgiving.
Actually, there is not one thing I don't understand. I see where these shiesteres have moved on to their next suckers. Keep on hopin" and watching that filing period. In the meantime back at the ranch, they have moved their SCAM to the next "hot ticker". They have played this one out. It is dead. I have enough money in my back pocket to buy and sell all the shares traded each day. There is no volume and no chatter and no hype left so they are GONE FROM HERE AND "into" precious minerals and cannibus and of course the alternative to botox crap. Same names, same hype, same story, same "credentials". The only thing these guys are good at is penny stock SCAM. Hey, but good luck Laking. I thought I had scared everyone off this board, FOR ALL THE RIGHT REASONS! These guys have their PHD in stock scams. That's it. I told everyone about this one and now am trying to tell you about other pennies that are hyped on this site. They are BS too. Just do your DD and don't get involved with any of the names associated with ARTH (or if you do your DD, the many SCAM companies that have the exact same BOD and "corporate investors", etc.). I always enjoy a good play on the penny board, just stay away from the Dhillon factor.
Beware my friends, this "stock expert" is at it again. Pumping and pushing 10 stocks with the same MO as ARTH. They sure can write up a good story...afterall it has worked so many times. Don't be gullible. I cannot list other ticker symbols here, but do your DD. This stock is a good example. Take heed. This board sure went silent fast. No one is tracking the dates for "FDA approval", nobody gives a shimmdingger. Watch who runs these companies and the names of the BOD.
I actually wish they would have one more card to play so people that are heavily invested and still believe people are good and would not have the capability to pull such a SCAM could get out. I also know that if that happened, they would NOT get out. Anyone that is still here is not an investor, simply a gambler.
The stock speaks for itself at this point. They announce submission for FDA approval and the price goes down. They say they are going for CE approval before the end of the year, the stock goes down. It's unfortunate, but Dillon probably hurt alot of people again.
Be concerned. Been out of the country for awhile. Cannot believe Avatar replaced himself with his nephew. Classic and ballsey as hell. Will submit and will be approves have been promised since 2014. There is no product and this is a total SCAM.
Sorry, just one more thing. My point was a 17 year old was able to develop and bring his product to market, yet this team of experts at ARTH cannot. See you in a month to spew my same ole stuff again.
Good luck to you, I hope you make a million. , but you are not the only one on this board MR. EGO. You can find the ignore me button and others who are not inclined to lose their money can benefit from research I have done. They too can choose to press the ignore button or have a discussion, or pump the stock or whatever they choose. AS CAN I. I truly wish you would make a million in this stock and prove me wrong and we could have a drink together and laugh it off.....On YOUR dime of course.
LaddyMan,
Thank you for doing your own reasearch. I did not intend to be disingenuous in any way. I said VetiGel is approved and in use. I don't think investors care if the product is being used on animals or humans, the point is there are SALES of the product, but you are right the TraumaGel is to be FDA approved this fiscal quarter. ALSO, the makers of VetiGel (Suneris) are partnered with Vet Plus and have resources for manufacturing and marketing and SELLING their product unlike ARTH that has not even a plan for manufacturing, marketing or selling their product. TRAUMAGEL is partnered with Cresilon for manufacturing, marketing and SELLING of a product even before FDA approval.
ALSO, Look up VitaGEL which IS a surgical hemostat with FDA approved class III medical device. www.orthovita.com. My point was that there are other products out there that will or have approval and ARTH is not the leader in this technology.
Also, Traumagel Is already being used in combat situations and what better customer to have than the Federal government with deep pockets.
I apologize if anyone thought I was being disingenuous. I have no agenda on this board except to give information as I know it and let the investors make their own decisions.
Full disclosure, I was "spurned" by Avtar Dhillon once with another stock before I did my research and I am only letting others know so the can do their own DD.
No, Took half out when I learned Avtar Dhillon was involved and took the rest out when DR. KSS bailed. Check out the product Veti-Gel developed by 17 year old Joe Landolina. This product is already approved and in use. A 17 year old can invent the same thing as ARTH and get it manufactured and approved and on the market but this team of boneheads at ARTH cannot even get their glorified bandaid through the process. They should have done their research to know what was necessary to get FDA approval before applying and failing. They have not followed through on a single goal and have never met a projected timeline. There are more products in the pipeline by other medical inventors that are far better than ARTHs that will be approved before ARTHs thus making their product worthless if they ever do manufacture it (which they have stated they have no plan for). There technology is no longer state of the art. They missed the boat to be the go to hemotological gurus, but I seriously doubt they care because it was the stock scam that is their real gig anyhow.
And just like the Avtar Dhillon playbook, they make a benign (pump) announcement after months of no communication on June 26 sending the stock to .65 and then announce dilution on June 29 sending the stock back to .40. I only come to this board while I'm on this site to see just how many times they can milk this pig. Avtar Dhillon is an expert in stock scams and he has perfected the game. It seems he can draw investors in for longer and longer periods until he moves on to the next one, but be careful because he recently got on another penny stock board so this isn't his only ride so when this crashes he won't care. He'll still be laughing all the way to the bank and will have learned another lesson. The question is will the gamblers (I mean investors) of ARTH learn?
This stock is a SCAM. They will never produce a product that goes to market. Don't walk away RUN!
Jeez, nobody could have predicted this.............I would put LOL, but it is not even funny. Kinda tried to tell ya, but that doesn't do any good either. I know some on here think I have an issue with Dhillon and I do......MAYBE it is for this reason. Watch out tom.
Watch the volumes on this folks. Today = $146,000 TOTAL. No announcements, no news, no FDA submission etc. etc. This is a common play with Avtar Dihllon stocks. If you are ahead in this stock get out and thank your lucky stars. They are playing their last hand and when it tanks, it will TANK. It may go up over the next few days, but watch volumes and watch your charts. IMHO
Thanks GrosPied, I never posted here for malice or gain. I simply put out information as I garnered it and the more information that was given by the company, the more it looked like the Dhillon Scam. I always love to research new tips if you receive any.
I suggest anyone who is still here Google LADbible/traumagel - 17 yo Australian develops plant based gel that stops bleeding in 12 seconds. BTW already submitted for approval in 12 countries and actively being used in 5. Crickets on this board lately..........damn Dhillon did it again.
Volume 39,000 hmmmmm whoduthought? But I don't know shisky about this company.
Now there is a thinking man! New technology daily. This pig is dead.
You are right D the G. My primary axe is with Dhillon. Although, I started to recognize verbiage in announcements ARTH was making that was not only similar to verbiage in Stevia announcements, but exactly the same. I then went to other companies Dhillon was involved with and found the same exact verbiage. The timelines from reverse split, to hype, to excuses, to low volume to death match exactly. Let me ask you, why is Dhillon involved with this company? What does he have to offer? Give me one of his successes. Why has there been no communication from this company about the new clinical trials necessary for the resubmission? Check out Dhillon's newest venture......same MO. GLTY
I have explained this many times on this board. The board members and officers are GIVEN lots of shares to make it look like they are heavily invested in the company, but the gold is not in the exchange of the shares, but rather the leases, benefits, salaries etc. of being a board member or officer of the company. They lease buildings from each other (paid by shareholders), they have free housing, transportation and they collect salaries (all paid for by you-the investor). The number of shares each board member or officer of the company holds is an illusion. What is going on behind the scenes is much more profitable and is the proverbial rabbit in the hat. If you don't understand this, hang on to ARTH until the volume goes so low you will not be able to sell your shares to anyone.
HA! Sour taste, funny you should say that. STEVIA, a "pure sugar substitute" which actually exists BTW, but is imported and they were going to grow it in California and had contracts with Coca Cola and they were going to make it hybrid so that 10 plants would produce what a 10000 plants produce in China and.......well you know the schpeel. It's the same schpeel they used with this one and now they are into marijuana OTC. I got caught up in the hype to the tune of 10 grand. I did my research too late to know Avtar Dhillon is an expert in scamming OTC stocks. He sits on the board for many OTC companies, none of which has produced a mother fing thing. His expertise is in writing the script to get people invested and then let it run its course as this one did. You can easily do your own DD on this and find I am telling you the truth. If you can find one of the MANY, MANY boards that he sits on for a company that has actually produced a product or has made a profit or that has a chart that does not look exactly like ARTH, I would like to know about it. I invested in ARTH because of KSS, but I bailed the minute I saw Dhillon was a board member. Luckily, I didn't lose money on this one. If you follow Dhillon, you can make a ton. Get in early, get out early, never be long. Risk factor 99.9%. JMIO I being informed.
"Reluctance of surgeons towards new products may hinder the growth of this market."
Didn't I say this months ago and someone called BS. This pig will never fly. First of all it is a scam. Secondly if not a scam it will be years and years and years before any product can even begin to be produced. By then new technology will have surpassed this technology.
I am surprised Norchi isn't milking this a bit more, that's not Dhillon Avtars style. Guess they're already on to the next scam.
Isn't this kind of a good thing? Isn't it good that the company can afford to take this expense now? I mean from your explanation it was a mistake buying an asset that didn't produce results like they intended, but that they take the hit now shows they have confidence that taking the hit will not hurt them too much in their current fiscal position......I'm asking if you see it that way.
Here is a summary. If you want a full report read the script from his annual report. Read every word.
First he will give a corporate overview......incorporated in Nevada...2009 to pursue business of distributing auto parts online...merge...abandoned business plan...new business plan biotech.
Then he will focus on current business of biotech focused on homeostasis..AC5. He will tout the results of the one and only clinical trial of a 30 day study on 46 patients in Ireland. He will tell how difficult it is to manufacture and formulate self-assembling peptides.
He probably won't mention the NUIG contract or how Dr. Rutledge Ellis-Behnke retains ownership of all intellectual property developed in connection with the project and the grant he received for pre-clinical and clinical projects.
He will talk about commercialization of the product and the need for agreements and/or partnerships (of which none exist as of now). He will tell you of his plans for more studies and clinical trials. His plans for developing relationships for manufacturing and his plan for getting regulatory approval in the EU and US. His plan to seek additional funding. He will say they have no commitments for any future capital. He will reiterate how great the product is and what it has over it's competition and how huge the market is for homeostatic products. He will warn that there is substantial doubt that they will generate revenue or achieve or maintain profitability and the need for additional clinical development, financing and regulatory approval are critical; therefore he and his time are working hard and they will resubmit the necessary paperwork ASAP. Then he will say this-" We EXPECT that we will pursue approvals for use of AC5 as a hemostatic agent and wound care agent in surgical and dermatological settings, and we MAY also seek to obtain approvals for additional potential indications for use of the product, which we MAY pursue either opportunistically or once initial regulatory approval for the product is obtained."
They have already said they will run out of money by end of 2018. My guess is they will milk this until then and say they have resubmitted for FDA approval in June which is about as long as investors will tolerate since he initially said it would only delay things one or two quarters. Then FDA will take there slotted time for approval and ask them questions and they will pull the second application from consideration and this thing will be dead for good. Right about the time they "run out of money"
The script is already written, jeeeeeez what are you hanging around here for when there are opportunities everywhere.
Suckers still waiting around for news. If you go back to my previous posts, I can tell you the exact words that will be spilled on the 12th.
Glad I could help someone especially since so many of my fact filled posts were d....ted for reasons I have yet to understand. Hate to be negative on ANY stock, but I just saw the pattern with this one and if you look back on my old posts you will see I said the drop dead date for FDA approval would not happen a week before the drop dead date. I got a lot of shikes for posting that, but ....well you obviously know the outcome of that and now the volume is down to the point you could not get out of the stock if you wanted to. GLTY
They don't have their sheeetskis together. Weather it is a scam or not, They cannot produce.

Looks like some people are getting that this is a scam. tfris, NickHous, GrosPied. D theG, I have the advantage of knowing Dr KSS or should we now refer to him by his real name. He IS an A..hole and an egomaniac and I am not a fan of the man personally, but like the damning articles point out he does have an obsession with doing DD on biotech stocks. I am bitter that I lost on a stock Dhillon was involved with because I became lazy and didn't realize why I lost money until I did my research AFTER I lost the money. I simply post on this board so that others have the information. If they choose to ignore it, so be it. Dhillon takes a concept that is hot at the time (not hard to find) and plays a playbook. Now he is on the board of a marijuana penny stock (the latest "IT" stock). Watch that stock closely and you will see the playbook being played out. If you want to make money, watch the playbook and play with it, but don't be long in the stock. I made 10 fold back on stock recommendations by Swain so I'm not too bitter, but I wish someone would have told me about him before so that is what I am doing. There are many homeostatic products out there. AC5 has been written up (in selective seductive language to seem so much greater than anything out there) as being special. AND one more thing that I have said before. Getting a physician to use a brand new product is almost impossible. You give it to them for free and pay for many lunches and bribe, because if they use it for the first time and it fails in even the slightest way, they are LIABLE. Not a word doctors like to hear. This fake product would be years (15-20) before being a common treatment IF it were even real.
