I have explained this many times on this board. The board members and officers are GIVEN lots of shares to make it look like they are heavily invested in the company, but the gold is not in the exchange of the shares, but rather the leases, benefits, salaries etc. of being a board member or officer of the company. They lease buildings from each other (paid by shareholders), they have free housing, transportation and they collect salaries (all paid for by you-the investor). The number of shares each board member or officer of the company holds is an illusion. What is going on behind the scenes is much more profitable and is the proverbial rabbit in the hat. If you don't understand this, hang on to ARTH until the volume goes so low you will not be able to sell your shares to anyone.
