Why the decline today?

Before sell, watch video. I do not believe these people knowingly participated in an illegal pump and dump. Below are my crude notes from my viewing of the presentation. Judge for yourself. The quality of the video gets very good after the first couple of minutes.

To summarize Ron’s compensation: Bonus appears to be $25,000 for signing each customer and 50,000 shares (50,000 presplit = 500 shares after, times $5 future price = $2,500) for some customers. So total compensation per new customer of $25,000 to $27,500 ($25,000 + $2,500 in stock).

How get presentation from conference today?

Since Yahoo has the end of the year at May 31, therefore the end of Q1 would be 8/31 (not 9/30 like most stocks), shouldn't the earnings be at the end of October, not November? or does Toronto have different reporting requirements than US stock exchanges?

Why the 5% decline on a day that the market is flat?

Nothing. It should have meant nothing, but obviously some weak holders sold to beat the decline they fear will come with the large holders’ selling. Their selling triggered more selling when the price went below $8.50, triggering stop loss selling. But these large sellers will only sell in pre-arranged large blocks that may be at a price that is lower, higher, or at the current price. They will not sell a few shares at a time. This is a buying opportunity.

From the press release: GTIM today “filed a shelf registration statement on Form S-3 with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") that replaces a prior S-1 registration statement originally filed on September 5, 2014” Therefore this is old news.

“We are not aware of any present intention of the selling shareholders covered by the S-3 registration statement to sell their stock in the Company,” said Boyd Hoback, President & CEO. “This is simply a housekeeping issue for us so that a registration statement remains effective by incorporating all future SEC filings by reference. All of these shares had already been registered under the prior S-1 registration statement.”
