Debt free with cash on hand for 2018 program. 148m shares outstanding. Raised $1.7m in 2017. Mgt takes cash compensation at about 30% of market rate and balance in stock and options. Mgt has 15% of shares. People are among the best in the industry. Still pursuing a 2 path approach with wellness products with no claims and full FDA/RX route. Psoriasis cream: "product fully developed without label."(from slide) phase 1 safety study completed 2Q18, phase 2 results 4Q19. Pain tablet also in development but time frame is even longer. Multiple myeloma (cancer) also in development.
