If I am reading the market right, low floats going to be King again and real soon. The bloated pigs that have been running, aren't going to be able to now with the low volumes because the liquidity has been removed from the market now. Once more traders figure this out they will be rushing into the low floats. Can't compare last year and a half or two under the stimulus.

Emails worked, great update and they are in process of getting CE removed which is separate from the case: "The CE was not removed coincident with the Pink Current designation because the process requires the Company’s initiation to remove. That action is underway."

Sent my emails going to put this back to sleep until I see the real high volume (meaning CE was dropped) and price movement than Ill be back. Orders sitting at $1.00.

Quiet periods are during report preparations, that is all.

They don't have an Attorney letter, so honestly if it is out of the SEC hands, it might come down to just needing to get the Attorney letter and posting it. I am sure the company knows, probably going through it now.

Wouldn't that mean the case would just be closed on initial ruling in favor of DBMM? No more waisting SECs time right? It hasn't been though.

I don't buy the excuse the company can't respond to email questions because of case. They can still reply they can't answer certain questions if they actually could not. Instead everyone gets no reply at all.

Read what I posted, I asked why the CE is there if the company is Pink Current. I asked after they were listed as Pink Current which happened on the 28th and is why the answer. I am bothered that we haven't had any communication from the company. Everyone should reach out to the company and maybe they will finally respond to it's investors.

Ok, I ask OTCMarket why the CE was there if they are Pink Current. They said, they leave it up to the company to disclose that information. So there might be another reason and we just don't know yet. I haven't heard anything from the company either.
