Crooks look like
Pathetic that Lovello et al are so quiet here! OTC heating up and we got nothing but crickets…..QB ticker with about a 10 mil float…….This could easily be an uplist contender
And maybe another one coming at this rate…. Total scammers here….
Lmao… probably another one coming once it’s below .01 in a few days. Scammers here fleecing over and over
Yep. $$$$$$ wiped out good here… Lovello probably keeps selling bringing it down to nothing and then RS again so he still gets paid
Yep 1:25 went through now it’s about 12 mil float. Needs massive lithium News and run to $50 LOL
Break out that turd polish on this one too! lol ... I just noticed my shares got r/s split to about nothing
Could be. Makes sense.
Thinking that’s more clerical than anything for partial shares or something along those lines.
This is wierd. 14 Shares have been added to Outstanding shares/ Unrestricted shares since 3/16/2023.
LOL death crush back to .01
There's nothing here to promote -
It’s a smaller ratio. CEO owns big chunk of the shares. Might be a good thing for funding and getting things moving here.
Did you see the filing on Friday in regards to an upcoming r/s?
$ATAO “Stonewall Lithium and Kingsman Rare Earths Projects
Altair has recently amended its original agreement with American Lithium Minerals, Inc., to modify the required work commitments for the ’22, ’23, and ’24 calendar years. Further, we have fully satisfied our obligations to maintain the claims in good order with the US Bureau of Land Management. We continue to pursue this project and intend to work towards an initial NI 43-101 reserve estimate as soon as feasible.”

I think we still have a very good chance at a grant. ABML was awarded 57 million today. They are still OTCQB listed with a Share Structure very similar to ours. A little over 644 million Oustanding shares. They will be announcing FOA- 0002680 soon. We also have the chance that St George's filed and named us primary award recipient. I believe this is why this company was formed. Lots of similarities and connected people. The only thing that makes sense. If they didn't file for one of these grants. Then what the hell are they doing.
I was reading through the Application Submission/Requirements for Grant FOA 0002680. One of the grants expected to announce award notifications this month. It stated that a Foreign Entity can submit an application through a subsidiary in the U.S.. And can name the U.S. company as prime recipient of the grant and work together on it. Could St Georges have filed for this grant on ATAO behalf? Maybe that is why the CEO has been so silent? Just waiting? Minimum $4 million award. Maximum $6 million. When ABML recieved a grant for $4.5 million in February of 2021 the stock price spiked to $4 to $5. St. Georges had also recieved a grant from the Canadian government back in July of 2021. Way to many similarities and connected people to dismiss it.
They usually award Grants 3 to 6 months after closing date. Which brings the awards for these two grants somewhere around the 1st of the year. You can google and verify all of this. Check out the links in my last post. If you have done your DD on ATAO then you know that this company is the most setup company to potentially be awarded something from one or both of these two grants. 70% of all the shares are owned by insiders. Paul Pelosi Jr. owns more than 6 million shares. If they announce a grant award this stock spikes and all the insiders get rich. And if you own shares now you will too. Just sayin.
What is very intruiging to me is the fact that the company is so incredibly silent, Yet they keep everthing up to date with OTCQB and SEC filings. They have to be waiting for something. That's the only logical answer. Maybe a grant award around the 1st of the year? https://www.grants.gov/web/grants/view-opportunity.html?oppId=339950 Or this one. https://www.grants.gov/web/grants/view-opportunity.html?oppId=339948
Looks like shit
Nice trading. Then wait for the turd to settle back down, scale back in, wait for the next pop. This is not an investment quality security.
sold on fake pop to 04

EV Lithium Solutions
Altair’s wholly-owned subsidiary, EV Lithium Solutions, Inc., owns a novel, graphene superconductor-based battery technology. Development remains ongoing and the Company has a patent application on file with the USPTO.
Would love to see update on their patented batteries they are working on…
“…. Further development and testing will be required before it is able to be considered for implementation in publicly available applications.
A typical, current EV battery can take well over 6 hours to charge as most EVs have a limitation on the maximum current that their battery can safely accept. The majority of EVs use AC charging Mode 1, Mode 2 or Mode 3, utilizing an onboard system which converts the AC to DC for charging the battery. The fastest EV charging mode is 4 which goes up to 350KW, which is not yet widely available.
A well-known EV company’s superchargers provide power at a max of 150KW, and depending on certain variables, can charge an 85kWh battery to 100% in roughly 75 minutes. Our ESU, at EV scale, can accept the level of the current from a 150KW charger to charge the ESU from 0% to 100% in roughly 20 minutes or less. At 250KW, which will be provided in the “V3” supercharger network, the ESU can be fully charged (0% – 100%) in roughly 14 minutes. As in typical circumstances an EV battery level is rarely found at 0%, the real world charging time to 100% would be significantly reduced from these times, and require no new charging infrastructure.
A Tesla Model 3 has an EPA estimated range of 353 miles/charge (1). Our ESU, with all variables set as equal, would provide a minimal range of 430 miles, representing a significant increase and reduced cost/mile/charge. As ‘range anxiety’ is a central complaint of current and prospective EV owners, such a significant increase would almost certainly push more consumers into the EV space, with obvious benefit to OEM manufacturers utilizing our technology.
Total Battery Life.
Conventional batteries, such as those used in existing EVs today and those being produced and put into new EVs coming off of the production line, have an average lifespan of roughly 10,000 cycles (charges and discharges). Our ESU, at EV scale, has a lifespan of 60,000 cycles, or roughly 30 years – meaning a single unit will likely outlast the automobile it is powering. We consider this a stunning data point…..”
