One can only hope!!
$560.05 in sales today, yup, pretty crazy. LOL!
Thank you CanadaPetro, do you have any new information on this?
This was not a small claims court case, it was a default judgement against Somatic Systems Institute in Northhampton District Court, a wholly owned subsidiary of SMAS. The total judgement against the company was $9463.63. It is all a matter of public record, and it was not a personal loan, it was a loan to the company. Again, it is all a matter of public record and can be checked by anyone wishing to do so.
Stevie Wonder was in court last Thursday. Before I get asked for links, there are none - however, matters of the court in the town of North Hampton, MA are available to the public if someone wants to travel there, or perhaps they are available by corresponding. The following is an email from my attorney, SMAS owes me a lot of money based on a loan I made and a default judgement in court years ago against them. SMAS is a dead company according to the CEO's own testimony in court.
Although I can't remember the percentage, I believe that Pacific Gold Corp is the largest if not the majority stockholder of PMET. So what PMET earns does have an impact on PCFG.
Total dollar volume today of $1,951 - I wouldn't exactly call that dumping......
The two stickies give you all of the links you'll need to report them.
Never has, but that would be a blatant disregard for the SEC and sure to be punished. My guess is that FINRA has yet to approve their "vote" as a legal one since they used awarded preferred shares to control it.
Not possible, that would be giving inside information. Plus, they couldn't force anyone to sign an NDA.
About 2 weeks ago. The guy is a total loser, and the company/stock is apparently a total bust!
Stevie wonder told the Judge in court that he intents SMAS to file for bankruptcy!!
That hardly signals a "breakout". I was simply stating a PCFG fact, rather than speculating.
Do you consider someone throwing $400 away on a PCFG flier a "monster buy"?? Cause 2 million shares at .0002 is all of $400.
That's an invalid proxy because they still have blanks, and I'm sure they realize that. The SEC, FBI, and FINRA will be very interested in the dates of these changes.
This pig is not going ANYWHERE! Plus, they screwed up on their revised PRE-14A and forgot to change the date on the Proxy, so it is invalid. Can't wait to see what happens if they try to use the Pre as the 14A. Their lack of attention to detail is the reason this company will NEVER succeed. Inexcusable and they will likely be behind bars for defrauding investors IMO.

The total A/S right now is 3 Billion shares. He's got some serious explaining to do to the SEC, FINRA, and the FBI if he votes those shares at the upcoming meeting!!
Because they contacted me with a bunch of questions on PCFG.
I know for a fact that the FBI has an ongoing PCFG investigation. Let's turn up the heat on these two!!
The name and number were from Chase. I think it was a contact at the Nevada office of the SEC. Did you talk with Mike?
The number is in my post that is stickied.
No bearing at all, it is a US based Security.
The FBI is VERY willing to listen as they have an ongoing investigation!!
He may read the board, but it also could have been this email he was sent yesterday.
I would suggest that anyone with relevant PCFG information contact the FBI Securities Fraud Division.
Whole solutions has been around a long time. Here is a post of mine from 2009 questioning the legality of operating his hobby business out of the SMAS offices.

Dennis,
When did you receive that reply?
A point of note is that he states that Whole Solutions Consulting is a company he helped start over a decade ago. Then says "they" underwent a reincorporation. How can he say "they" from that point on if HE is the President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Director of that corporation. It is HIS company!! (see cut and paste below)
Also of note is that he never indicates that they have their own SEPARATE office at 32 Masonic Street, only that there are other offices there. If they are sharing office space under SMAS's lease then there had better be a lease agreement on file with a true market value rental rate paid to SMAS or it would be fraudulent of SMAS toward its' investors.

Good Morning, I questioned him about the new company I thought he formed back earlier this year and he replied to me via facebook about it.
Here is what he said:
Dennis,
Thanks for your inquiry about our company. You wrote on Somatic Systems' wall wondering about the company I incorporated earlier this year called Whole Solutions Consulting. Whole Solutions is a completely independent company unrelated to Somatic Systems. Whole Solutions is a very small software development company that I helped start over a decade ago. They underwent a reincorporation earlier this year, and I was involved with that. This took about 30 minutes of my time, and it has no positive or negative effect on SMAS.
Whole Solutions does have the same address, but so do several other businesses -- a law firm, a rental agency, a print design and production firm, a clothing retailer, a book store -- and we have nothing to do with those operations. 32 Masonic Street is an historical old building originating in the late 1800's in the heart of historic downtown Northampton, next to the original brick firestation that has since been famously renovated to house a non-profit agency and a very popular cafe. 32 Masonic used to be a button factory, and our unit is located in the original button manufacturing portion. Our building looks in pictures like a big freestanding unit, but technically it's connected to by about 40 feet of wall to another 3 stories and a basement, containing many other commercial condominiums as well as residential units. All of this is 32 Masonic Street.
Somatic Systems is very much still alive and well and doing all that it has promised shareholders. We've been working on the same projects, with the only change being that the current market conditions has slowed some of schedules -- because everyone -- in finance, consulting, etc. -- is under different pressures and strains due to the struggling economy. So, military efforts are still underway, as are growth plans, uplist plans, etc. In fact, no matter how many slow downs we face outside of our control, what we can control is that everyday we come in and continue to work aggressively on our projects, continuing towards our stated goals. We will be doing some press releases in the coming weeks to update shareholders on our progress.
The only relationship Whole Solutions has to SMAS is that they do good software development work, and we have used and are continuing to use some of their expertise in the software development we do -- our website's increasingly elaborate services, our Somatics electronic medical records software, and some of our network services -- so we can provide even better e-products for our customers and practitioners.
Any other questions about our business (as opposed to our consumer offerings or the fields of Somatics itself), we would appreciate it if you sent them directly to our IR department at investorrelations@somatics.org. If you do want or need to use Facebook to ask business/investor-related questions, I think you will find it's better to send us a direct message to our inbox as I am doing to you now rather than posting on our Wall.
Thanks for your inquiry,
Steven Aronstein, CEO
Somatic Systems, Inc.
Been trying to contact the SMAS CEO Steve Aronstein. Maybe someone else has better contact info?
I've been using -
saronstein@me.com
steven.aronstein@somatics.org
413-586-2555 (work)
even texted cell 413-320-7824
Please let me know if anyone has any luck. There are a lot of questions about the company that we need answers to.
This CEO lies to investors, lenders, and the courts. Beware!!
Compulsive liars who try to evade the court system and the Sheriff's office eventually get found out. SMAS CEO Steve Aronstein, will be found, and brought to justice.
Try sending him a message on Twitter, maybe yours won't be deleted.

Tiles- I spoke with Steve Aronstein yesterday. Although a little "salesman" like, I felt like he was being sincere, plus they pulled him out of a meeting to speak with me. I give them credit for that availability.
I took notes on what he said, he speaks a little quickly, but I will tell you I am going to hang out here for about 3 months or a little longer. By the way he talks, things sound like they are going to be amazing, the truth and trust in that I dont know, I guess we will see how first qtr. goes. Below are the things he had told me yesterday.
1)The fake press release had gotten many people worried and the SEC (or whoever put on the suspension, I cant remember right now) will act many times before they have proof.
2)The suspension has been lifted completely and it takes a few days for it to catch up.
3)Now that the suspension is lifted they are waiting for MM's to come back to the stock then all will be good again.
4)SMAS is in the middle of some plans (wouldnt say what plans) that will definitely come to fruition shortly (in 1st qtr.)
5)Mentioned all that is coming to fruition will definitely have an upside for the shareholders within 3 months.
6)They are working with the military here near me in Denver and I have heard that also from another company here that a family memeber works for (so I now believe it is true that they are working with the military).
7) I didn't tell him which board I had heard the negatives on, but he kept mentioning i-hub and mentioned that I do my best not to be influenced by all of the negative commentary floating around i-hub.
I guess the way I look at it is, to me it sounded sincere, I, at .0001 have no reason not to believe it as we really cant go anywhere but gone. So I will hang in there and see if I can gert something out of my millions of shares!
GLTYA hopefully MM's come back and we can get this to move! Happy New Year to everyone too!
Good work on that. I will be calling my contact at the FBI's securities fraud office on Monday morning. We've already spoken about PCFG, but I am sure that this new information will be very interesting to him.
Thanks for the update BD!
I wasn't questioning TJ at all, I appreciate everything you and he bring to the table in the PCFG discussion. What I was saying was that the statement was heresay.
By definition heresay is:
All a matter of choice I suppose. I prefer to get my PCFG information directly from a government website rather than here say from a poster on a message board.
Right, as I said...
I can prove the MSHA numbers as they are listed on a government website. Someone posting "my contact at NDEP says..." is far from proof to say that the paperwork hasn't been submitted and approved.
I never said that they were mining gold. Clearly they were not in the 1st Quarter as all of the hours were listed under office and not mill operation.
Those are total hours for the quarter, however, we don't know how many weeks they were actually working. If they worked all 13 weeks, which is doubtful, it would be 4 man-hours per day. BUT if they worked 7 weeks, which is much more likely, that's 7.66 man-hours per day.
This is not a startup company, they are restarting the mine which ran last year.
