Stevie Wonder was in court last Thursday. Before I get asked for links, there are none - however, matters of the court in the town of North Hampton, MA are available to the public if someone wants to travel there, or perhaps they are available by corresponding. The following is an email from my attorney, SMAS owes me a lot of money based on a loan I made and a default judgement in court years ago against them. SMAS is a dead company according to the CEO's own testimony in court.

Well he did have all his financial documents and showed that the company is all but out of business. He also had a certified letter from the state showing that the company will be dissolved within the next six months due to non payment of the required annual fees. With all that the judge did agree that the company is unable to make payments and as such put it on for a status date in 6 months-which by then the company will be out of business. As such payments are suspended and most likely we will not collect another penny from him as when the company is dissolved then the judgement is null and void under Mass law. There was also two other creditors there that he owes monies to and the judge gave then the same deal as he gave us.
