He may read the board, but it also could have been this email he was sent yesterday.

From your Pre-14A, "The record date for the Annual Meeting is May 31, 2013. Only stockholders of record at the close of business on that date may vote at the meeting or any adjournment thereof."

If you try to vote the 3 billion shares just issued to yourself, I will really enjoy watching what happens next!
