God bless you and good work on alternative treatment!
Never give up, never give in.
Down and down, is approval for other cancer expected in June dead?
Well, it depends. My ancestors came to the USA from the Pleiades.
but that was 4 generations ago. So I am a native born American.😜

Why did IBRX tank so badly in mid August?
yes, that's how we think, communicate and travel
I smell 💩
Pete and Plex - "why is "the Street"---with all the brainpower and analysts-with some very smart people in that camp---NOT aware of same ???????? Why no credit to Anavex IF what you say has merit ?????"
1. The Street does not take Missling seriously. Thus there will not be a big move until the filing with the EMA is actually made. Show me stock, no more missling milestones.
2. The Street in general does not take biotechs seriously until approval is granted. AVXL is too small and speculative to even get on the radar now. No big money is paying attention.
Thus, we stay in this range until December /Feb'ish when maybe a filing occurs. An actual filing announcement will cause us to slowly rise from our current hell, to maybe $12-15 as some gamblers play the possibility of approval. Only with approval do we have a chance of hitting $30+
Spot on. The reason interest rate cuts are expected is the market sees a global recession, with the Chinese real estate market worse than America in 2008, continuing war in europe sinking both Europe and Russia, anarchy in the UK, and rising unemployment in the USA. In that scenario, interest rate cuts will not save us from the bear.
yeah the merchants of fear didnt win this morning
So Bourbon, when do you expect the Peer Review to happen?
The answer my friend, is blowing in the wind......
Peer review is a shiny object to divert retail
It doesn't take other companies a year to file.. A lot of the filing should already have been structured 1-2 years ago, it is not like there is a ton of new data. And it is not like AVXL is doing anything else.
When you are doing essentially nothing for over a year, it is not too much to ask that the paperwork get done promptly.
not wrong, just pointing out that the stock is left hanging now until december with nothing to support it. and we have to hope that they actually deliver then, when the track record is terrible. seriously an F-in year to fill out an application with a team of PhD's collecting salaries and the company doing nothing else.
Anyone notice the EMA filing is now 4th quarter instead of 2nd half?
Another missling of a deadline?
We will be lucky if they can get their act together by Feb'ish.
WTF do they do all day, they aren't cranking out new trials for sure.
Agree. This registration should have occurred AFTER the EMA filing.
Prospectus filed for $150m raised
hence the reason for yesterday's pump piece.
how long will it be before we are diluted back down?
well said, really well said
$20 billion is more the evidence based on previous approvals. Which would still be light years away from where we are now.
EMA might also force price lower.
$10 billion would be ok
$1000 a month would be great
$300 month may be likely
At this point there should be a rush to get approval so some of the patent life allows pricing above a generic level.
Fricking years wasted through dawdling.
Any thoughts on how much revenue FDA approval will bring?
Question 9: When will the upcoming "new rare disease" trial begin?
Five years of lies and counting.
Questions: 1. WhyTF can't you get anything done? Why can't you score?
2. WTF is taking so long on that EMA filing?
3. Where is the follow-on test for PD? It's been Fking years since that "amazing data" came out.
4. What is the plan for Rett? By now you could have gotten another test done.
5. Why isn't a test for autism running?
6. Why aren't we running more tests for 371? Why no alz test?
7. WTF do you do with your time, since you only have one active test which is contracted out to a testing service?
8. You have wasted literally half the patent life of 273. What is the timeline to monetize this drug?
If he looks like he is auditioning to play Beethoven in a movie, that's him.
10 years of total management inability to get the job done. Pathetic.
Now, it's up 8.58% for the day. How come?
Random walk of securities prices, a stock with little volume. Brownian motion.
In other words, no news, no reason to buy.
NO reason to touch AVXL until an NDA is filed with the EMA.
Until then this will just melt downward due to total lack of interest.
What we have here is a failure to execute
WGSHIT
"At least I'm not holding $10 and above because, lets hear it, WGT."
Dut to mgt's lack of performance, the market thinks WGSHIT.
Um.... you do know that the MAA can't be filed until 7 months after the LOI, right?
Why?
I dont read this board much anymore, as it is a waste of time. So please direct me to the statute that says you have to wait 7 months before filing.
-we have the ammo--time to make use of it !!!
maybe. right now the lawyers are calling Missling's bluff, only way to win is to get that filing in with the EMA.
the fact that nothing has been filed may indicate that the lawyers have seen Missling's cards
