Whole lot of volume going on here.

The gross proceeds to Ocean Power Technologies, Inc. from this offering are expected to be approximately $7,000,000, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other estimated offering expenses. I really think this could run if they would just call off the robotraders.
So, rocket scientists and their polar opposites?
Does this even have anything to do with ENDV?
Smart people sometimes do horrible and stupid things. I don't see him listed anywhere on the website, so I would assume that if he is indeed the same guy, Endonovo has cut ties with him.
I really don't know. Anything that provides some update on their current state of affairs would be helpful.
The insider buys are encouraging.
Some parades and drunken revelry, but I don't know of anything relating to ENDV.
Put in an order at .041 about 10 minutes ago, only got a partial fill.
The bid sat at .038 for most of that time. Odd.
Someone just ate up a lot of stop losses there.
Didn't I order a sandwich to go with that word salad?
Coming back up. I guess we'll find out in a few minutes which way this goes.
Expecting to see earnings and the news is...an S-1.
Weird.
Status: Default
The last update I see is from over a year ago. Why on earth would you think that 750 million is even remotely accurate?
25 million got dumped and this didn't budge.
If the bots would leave it alone, it might just happen.
They fired up the printing press again.
They'd really blow my mind if they had a web page that displayed properly on a mobile device.
It always seemed a bit odd to me that the TAs weren't required to disclose the outstanding and authorized share counts of publicly traded stocks.
Has anyone noticed what is going on with CDXC? It took about a 42% nose dive today.
I believe the whole to-do started with this article:

They filled someone, not me. I would imagine that there are a LOT of shares stuck in limbo.
Nope, mine are still sitting there. Aren't the greys just a grea place to be?
Somehow I figured you'd say that.
If that is true, buy my shares. You think they are worth something, I just want to be rid of them before this board is called "fka REVO".
Low floater? Even assuming they haven't added more shares, this is where they were in December according to OTC Markets:
Authorized Shares 750,000,000 a/o Dec 31, 2015
Outstanding Shares 354,500,010 a/o Dec 31, 2015
If any of you die hards really want more of this, I've had 110,000 shares still sitting around for a while now.
They're on sale for .0008.
What a bargain!
Go ahead and scoop them up, that is if any MM can be bothered to fill the order.
No, they're in the printing business.
I think these guys are moving in the right direction, but it's...odd. I'd love to know who "Customer C" is, and I kind of wonder if that is tied in with the ct order. The recent offering of just over a million shares was done to erase a boatload of debt. More shares out, but less debt, and they did a 1:3 split in April. The prospectus also has a statement that essentially says "we just dumped a million shares on you, we might do it again". Kind of a boilerplate statement, but it's there.
Long story short, I have a LOT of reading to do before I can see all of the bigger picture here.
He should recieve a harsh sentence...
just for trying to sell "pizza cones". Blasphemy!
As far as I understand it, the confidential treatment order under the FOIA means that the SEC agrees to leave it off, but if someone goes through the time and trouble to file a FOIA request, they'll revisit it and decide if they should release the information.
I'm not a lawyer, so feel free to chime in and tell me if I have that about right or back asswards.
I glanced over at the ESPIQ board here. There are some who are posting pie in the sky comparisons to past Q stocks that had insane runs. There are also longtime shareholders who are telling it like it is.
Every Q stock is a HUGE gamble, as you know. What folks don't seem to get is that it's gambling like Walken in "The Deer Hunter". Usually things don't end well.
I noticed someone pumped the bejesus out of ESPIQ. I followed that ticker for a bit about three years ago since it happened to be right nearby where I was at the time in Louisiana. Things seemed rocky then and obviously got no better.
The established oil service companies are getting their asses handed to them, and these guys make a run up from damn near zero?
I haven't even looked into it, but there is no way in hell that there is a company left here.
I can't for the life of me understand why folks believe two things:
1) A company that has been suspended will come off the greys.
2) A bankrupt company's common shares will retain value.
OK, the bankruptcy situation isn't as bad as the suspension. I think someone here found one out of...hundreds?...in the past year or so that actually came off the greys.
Of the dozens of Q stocks that I've paid any attention to over the past few years, only a handful had anything left for the commons besides cancellation. It is usually explicitly stated in the plan of reorganization.
I guess I'm just bashing. Or shorting. Or in on the conspiracy. I'm damn sure not buying! Been there, done that, have the red ink on the records to prove it.
Ah! Wrong ticker...long day yesterday!
Nice looking couple of days. This could get interesting.
Another one getting raped by HFT. That crap really needs to be regulated.
That was one hell of a change in direction for what seems like a not too massive contract. I like these guys and have been watching them for years, but I'm on the sidelines here until the dust settles.
It isn't massive, but I think this is a big deal for OPTT.
Found this post this evening:

The last thing I see that they filed was a 15-15D back in 2013. I mean they've "filed" things since, but even those documents aren't as rosy as folks seem to think they are.
They're on the grey market, death row for stocks.
Go ahead and take a look at how many companies have been sent to the greys.
Now look at how many are subsequently revoked.
Compare that to the number that came back off the greys.
Some strong days here and a heavy short interest. This could be interesting.
