Marco...
Just checking in here its been ZIVO quiet since the last newzy PR
Makes you wonder if ZIVO is sitting and waiting if the phone is going to ring or is someone reaching out to BIG PHARMA and setting up meetings to share the news about their product
I don’t see where these results showed anything different than past results that were positive . How many nutriquest tests were done? Zivo has no money, no sense of urgency and complete inability to execute deals.
And of course sellers stacking today as well.
1000 shares at 9 and today's number of choice is 2900 at 9.35.
There's been a standing bidder at $6.80 for a long time. He's up to 5000 shares bid.
Of course with a $2+ spread sometimes ..... wouldn't shock me for someone to bid sit .... and if get hit .... immediately switch to best offer. No sense in MM whores making that bank.
Amigo Mike
Hell,
I still don't know why the clownshow Dahl never did side by side study against glucosamine. ZIVO should be the replacement for that as well. Shouldda been done years ago. Human, pets .... no brainer. Big market as well.
Some say glucosamine works .... other say it's hard to say. Prolly why Dahl didn't do it. But ZIVO knows what impact the ingredient has on inflammation markers. Proven time and again.
https://www.forbes.com/health/supplements/best-vitamins-and-supplements-for-joint-pain/
Of course Dahl was smarter than everyone else.
Amigo Mike
Hey weasel,
Yup .... easily done with no volume activity.
There have been sellers lined up at various times during the week ..... the other day it was 1500 share at 9, 2500 shares at 9.50, 3500 at 9.95.
Stupid for anyone to actually show that .... but making it obvious not wanting it past $10.
That said ..... agree .... 200dma I have at 8.63 presently ..... the widely followed 20 and 50 dmas are rapidly approaching from below in a strong uptrend ...... certainly setting up for golden crosses coming soon. Other indicators have flattened and are primed to move.
Regular scale has nice C&H (but not volume on the H thus far to support breakout) ..... log scale shows bull flag that is coming to the point of action.
News on license now would be absolutely perfect !!!! But of course ... this is ZIVO.
I maintain the opinion that major animal pharma prior involved in these tests is still there. If I'm Payne .... they screwed the pooch the first time and while I'm sure this time they need some time to look over the results and validate and ask their questions ..... it's time to shit or get off the pot IMO. You had the inside track and inside view .... you screwed the pooch .... we went and proved without you ..... now pay up or ........
Personally were I Payne I'd be talking to every organization that is on board with non antibiotic push in animal feedstock ..... and putting pressure on the entire industry. And make the calls ..... up for auction. Of course he needs to have the expected market values in hand to know what the right deal is ..... but public pressure and industry competition yields best results.
This is a .... novel treatment ... that could change the industry on multiple fronts. Some seem to think pharma industry changes on a dime. It don't happen. But I think something happens sooner rather than later ... when that is ..... in terms of time .... hard to say. Weeks .... months ... I dunno .... but I think the iron is hot .... time for ZIVO to strike.
Amigo Mike
Little selling and little buying lately so nothing exciting here yet.
The good news is deals seem to be happening and froathyness is back.
The results of the tests are probably getting reviewed by some and it should be only a matter of time until some company has the HOLY SHIT !! moment and says BUY THAT SUM BITCH BEFORE SOMEONE ELSE GRABS IT!!!
Seems like someone is trying to paint the chart and keep it from establishing over the 200ma. Almost every day this week a random sell just before close to print a 'bearish' looking candle and put price below 200ma.
Overall, nice consolidation in this area...but typical ZIVO snoozefest post 'expected' news. Back to the abyss of guessing we've gone...
Post on Zivo Life on instagram about treating long Covid. About time! Imagine the money that could have been made if Zivo had a product in 2020 and effectively marketed it.
Fun item pointed out to me by fellow ZIVO long.
Curb Your Enthusiasm ...... Larry David just this past week. Brings his own eggs to his club .... because the clubs eggs are full of antibiotics .... LOL.
Of course ZIVO tests were on broiler chickens which are slaughtered long before the point of laying eggs .... but the point is .... there are any number of concerns farmers and citizens that have concerns about antibiotics in feed animals.
ZIVO has an answer .... the question is who gonna pony up for it ?
LOL,
666 share sell 5 minutes before close. Dumb.
Oh well ... not just yet.
Hello ZIVO ... anyone home ? Silence doesn't work.
Amigo Mike
Do we know the reason? Zivo has spent years on production with multiple companies. Have they ever explained why production is an issue? Others like AG1 seemed to figure out how to produce at scale.
“ The dried ingredient should be a hot commodity but they can't produce it in quantities”
Are we closing in on more action in ZIVO soon ???
https://schrts.co/bjmcsWKk
This is weekly 5 yr chart. Last couple years historically oscillating between $15 and $25 with no commercial ops ..... and no final anything tests in hand. IMO should already be at those levels but that's just my opinion.
ZivoLife ... producing. Albeit laughable at this point. Pending more updates on increasing commercial production. "Gut health" ..... today's big buzz words. But we know ZivoLife isn't BS and actually delivers. Over a decade of validations. Inflammation ..... inflammation ..... inflammation. ZIVO has natural answer in numerous verticals.
Coccidiosis completes final phase validation tests. Has USDA oversight and approval process determined. Has global animal health company involvement.
Tic toc tic toc ...... IMO ... if ZIVO doesnt move the product candidates to an AI style research process that can get it all done a zillion times faster ..... i'm still of the opinion ZIVO should be sold to highest bidder given it is final stage for first product candidate. There is no vision and timeline into the other possible verticals given the focus presently. Definitely ZIVO has dairy cow and porcine options in animals .... not to mention human GRAS and need to get production up to land nutraceutical ingredient business. The dried ingredient should be a hot commodity but they can't produce it in quantities.
So split it. Sell it ... split it into the biomass / ingredient .... and sell the IP and animal molecules to big pharma unless going to make major changes to the go forward process.
Amigo Mike
Looked to me like someone was putting in 4K to 5K orders at 9.90 and $10 before they were covered up this morning.
Silly to show all that and the orders should be for $99.90 and $100.00 offers instead of around $10.
Or course not going to hold my breath for those numbers but that's where my GTCs are.
Tic Toc .........
I suppose folks loving the $2.50-$3 spreads too. LOL. Were one inclined to put faith in chart formations .... sure looks like ZIVO tryin' to put in a handle on sizeable cup'n handle formation. Of course this is OTC and literally almost no trading so anything can happen. But that C'n H would point towards the $11.50ish area for resistance / breakout area ..... and then it would be anyone's guess how far it could extend but longer term resistance in the $20 range .... which is basically where I think the stock should be today in the first place with the positive coccidiosis final test result in hand and shopping a license/co development agreement.
Amigo Mike
When are we going to start seeing results from the “golden Rolodex “ ?
Gwinner,
I am saying the loss of Nasdaq listing had a very large impact on stock price last year. Virtually all the institutions that owned it solely because it was on Nasdaq ..... sold ..... and with no buyers and news ...... into the toilet it went.
Insider buying was and has been mainly because the company was also out of money. They obviously had a raise planned to stay on Nasdaq by their own admission .... and they back out of it ...... I'm sure the terms were pure shit. Instead insiders bought new cheap stock with no added candy. Six of one .... half dozen of the other ... shit financing or insiders buying at even worst prices ........ stock buys at bottom of barrel prices that frankly shouldn't have happened. Mismanagement again of the capital structure of the company. Par for the course here.
Anyway, the insider buys are unregistered .... so they can't sell and doesn't hurt current stock price. And not in the hands of scumbags. So some positives at least ...... but we also know that past insider buys .... while typically positive in the short term .... longer term ..... well you know the story. Here we are ... still waiting on the next step.
Amigo Mike
LOL,
Yes .... you were no fan of Armistice. I don't know if they have a mandate in their investment governance standards against OTC or not ..... but they did surely contribute to pushing ZIVO into the toilet. Among others of course .... I believe Vanguard had to unload the largest position last I recall during last 2 qtrs.
But anyway ..... i don't see institutions buying back in to this thing any time soon and without vision into the future so .... it's us retailers at this point. Hoping at least they all stand together and hold on til we get some additional info from Payne on the next step which I'm sure that we all anticipate is a license or co development agreement. At this point ZIVO looks to be leveled out in the $7-8 range. Not high enough in my book but it is what it is.
Frankly I'm still in the camp to sell this thing. But have a hard time thinking big animal pharma is going to fork up a couple hundred million for ZIVO at this point. Payne unfortunately is far up there in age and surely isn't gonna be around too long. No apparent succession plan. As currently packaged ..... probably as best it can be for a sale .... plus loss carry forwards would have added value depending ....... hell I think they could even sell the algae strain as well ..... much better than spirulina.
Amigo Mike
So what you are saying is the institutions bailed but the insiders bought and actually drove the stock much higher from our 4th qtr lows...hmmmmm its always stated that we like companies that the insiders are buying...
WAIT...WUT!!!???!!!!
Armistice exited their entire position??? **SHOCKING!**
GOODNESS!!!! I wish SOMEONE would've come to that conclusion sooner....
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=173109286
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=173185469
🤣😂🤣😂
Hey weasel,
Just was doing some basic tooling around ZIVO .... took a peek at institutional holdings to see wassup given February reporting over last week .... and Armistice vacated the building during the 4th qtr. That placement I'm pretty sure was done with those scumbags at Maxim. Hopefully ZIVO has learned they are bottom of the barrel and don't do business with them again.
And obviously all those funds that held while the company was on Nasdaq have for the most part vacated the stock as well. No surprise. And big reason for late year decline. Starting from scratch again.
So Armistice appears to be out the picture excepting for the presumed warrants that they hold that are not listed on their 13HF.

So the institutional overhang appears to be totally out of the picture at this point. All retail and insiders. Happy to have scooped those 60 cents shares and looking at what's next for ZIVO. Sadly mgmt has again left .... the next step .... open ended .....
Amigo Mike
Well,
I hope no one was spooked into selling yesterday ..... seems Nasdaq decided to post a delisting notice yesterday ... literally 3 months late .... this stuff already happened late last year and looks like ZIVO filed 8K late to add clarification. A nothingburger.
In the absence of more updates ...... this is typical ZIVO. Not much reason to buy other than to speculate depending on your position ..... not much reason to hold. Enough reason to sell. As you know, ZIVO is typically 15 minutes worth of excitement ..... and 364 days .... of watching paint dry in recent years.
The company as usual is NOT doing itself any favors by remaining silent. And releasing update on the validation study after market at 5PM .... um .... stooooopid. Who looking at 5PM. That's when all the negative news is released and otherwise nobody remembers or even notices by morning. The public markets are driven largely by sentiment which directly impacts stock price. The current price IMO is ridiculous, but that is ZIVO's fault and routinely shoots self ... and investors .... in foot .... repeatedly. Sentiment isn't positive enough on this company.
Someone has been patiently waiting to buy 5000 shares at $6.80 for a couple weeks. And about a 1000 share buyer at $7 this morning. Got a nice sizeable cup with handle potential formation in play presumably if ZIVO were to begin a northward march in the not too distant future.
Amigo Mike
This article is from 8 years ago. Same science experiments except replace poultry with bovine. Still no partner or prospect of revenue.
https://www.feednavigator.com/Article/2016/03/31/ZIVO-seeks-feed-industry-collaboration-to-test-its-cheap-algae-ingredient
If we could get people to stop selling in the sevens.... that'd be great🙄
You did exactly as I said…and I will be glad to re-post it…Matt reported it…twice at least, but nothing was done by Admin…
I originally came here to give you a hard time as you continually do to the longs on the other board you post on…but delving deeper into the ZIVO story, with the share structure here…definitely has my interest. You can think whatever the hell you want.
You see ?
Freely admits axe to grind. "pompous ass" ... need I say more ?
.... And if I did as accused I would have been kicked off Ihub.
"Mr Nice Guy" routine is a charade. Only here to stalk me and no interest in ZIVO.
Don't take my word for it ...... If you have time to waste you merely click profile and read posts. They speak for themselves.
Amigo Mike
Gwinner, I am not a troll…although Amigo is a pompous ass who stalked me and put personal info about me on another board…for which he was never sanctioned…
I am legitimately interested in ZIVO, and am doing the diligence at present…
Fair question and my only response is, it is such a small narrow field that only a few understand (I named the majority company's in my previous note) and it will probably be within that mentioned group that understands the science and will react accordingly which will result in an offer to ZIVO to consider
Gwinner,
LTA is a board troll and only here to stalk me.
Do what you will with that information.
Amigo Mike
Why is the street so slow to react in your opinion? This is still in the range it was before the RS, is it not?
And thanks for the response.
AIR - From Jan 1 2023 to Dec 2023 relentless selling kicked ZIVO's butt last year but so far the selling has stopped and positive news has been forth coming.
We can only surmise people in the know...( Elanco, Merck, Pfizer, Zoetis, Tyson, Banfield and other large animal pharma) have the test results and are mulling how to make a play on ZIVO.
My guess is ZIVO will have an offer/deal in hand within 60 days. I'd love another quick drop to pick up a few more thousand shares (on top of my pile I've been accumulating) Still have not sold a share....
Assuming 4,000,000 shares/warrants
$200,000,000 = $50.00 per share
$300,000,000 = $75.00
I'm a seller within the above range...BOOM lets GO!
Hahaaaaa…so you just put a 10.50 ask up…is that you “playing with the MMs”…
Yeah. Start playing with the MMs…junior MM that you are…lol…there is no street interest in this presently, and the latest news is blahhhhh….200 in volume.
Tony,
You are the one who made silly comment ...... just another expensive science experiment. I was only pointing out the validation study in real and full poultry grow cycle WAS REQUIRED ... for the regulatory pathway and to prove out ...... otherwise .... it is dead. The money has to be spent. No other option. You obviously think deals in pharma space happen quick. They don't ... plain and simple.
And yes fully aware of the $100 million joke in accumulated losses (much attributable to stock options and warrants) ... not really spent ... but won't get into those details ..... but yeah .... laughable fins tend to happen when original CEO was scam artist for about a decade ..... and next CEO a clueless know it all with no industry experience who delivered nothing. Um .... my disdain for both CEOs is well documented here. Dahl and his CFO should have been kicked 9 years ago.
You have been here long enough to know I have repeatedly mentioned this stock not being investable. Hence the reason folks like me and Weasel .... who posts our trades ..... swing trade this thing over and over again when the opportunity presents. Still holding buys at 60 cents after small sale to cover cost and then some as posted here. Looking for the next step from Payne.
Payne .... IS AN INDUSTRY VETERAN AT THE HIGHEST LEVELS .... and has been ZIVO CEO for just over 2 years. To reiterate he is the former CEO of Bayer Animal Health which today is Elanco and former CEO of Banfield (but according to you he don't know anyone).
ZIVOLife is in commercial production. Albeit nothing yet to write home about. Did Dahl make that happen ? Nope. The coccidiosis candidate has been talked about and tested for I'd have to say at least 6 or 7 years. Did Dahl make that happen ? Nope. In 2 years under Payne with Dahl getting the boot finally, algae is in commercial production, updated GRAS, has USDA jurisdiction and approval pathway confirmed instead of ridiculous FDA pathway, has at least 1 global animal health company looking at this and completed the primary and final tests in conjunction with .... which we know that they F&*("ED up. This repeat test took too long but validates the product in real world grow application. Things are going too slow, but the original test screwup isn't his doing.
Today, the company has those results in hand and USDA pathway ..... and can work the market for a license. Current non diluted market cap is just over $20 million. And what's the stock price if ... with 2.7 million shares out and I gather less than 1 million in float .....and a license is signed with Elanco, Merck or Zoetis. BTW ... you do recall ZIVO knows C Suite at Zoetis too right ? Bovine Mastitis ring a bell ?
Anyway .... interesting LII today. Literally no action but 100 shares at $8.50 offered which could be show .... but no offers above that til $10.90. Welcome to world of microcap low floaters. Maybe I should start playing with the MMs.
Amigo Mike
Lol...really it was typical ZIVO banter...
Hopefully we get some share volume follow through soon.
Interesting comments and back-and-forth in the two weeks I was away... 🤣😂🤣😂
Don’t be silly. I know you are fully aware ZIVO has spent $100 million over decades and showed almost no revenue. This is not typical for a biotech stock that has been publicly traded for decades.
And…there is a complete lack of volume…
Wrong. Only reason it’s at 7.50 is a 200 share ask slap…lol…street doesn’t lie.
LOL,
Every biotech on the planet is regulatory required to do expensive science experiments to gain approvals to then be able to produce revenues.
A revelation I'm sure.
Interesting results if you google these terms together ....... ionophore coccidiosis poultry........
First item from NIH .... second an Elanco article explaining someof the process. And several others that are interesting.
$7.50 is too cheap for where this is.
Amigo Mike
Okay Tony we know who your favorite Winnie The Pooh character is ..... Mr Eeyore :) :)
This is positive stuff coming out of ZIVO we just need to believe they are working behind the scenes and trying to get a deal done
All of this is pointless without revenue. Just another expensive science experiment like the dozens of prior studies.
Well Amigo ZIVO must be listening to you!
You got your follow through PR!
Letsssss Goooooooo!
ZIVO Bioscience Reports Additional Findings from Positive 42-Day Coccidiosis Challenge Study
DOWNLOAD AS PDF FEB 07, 2024
Reduction in intestinal damage enables poultry farms to optimize feed utilization
BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Zivo Bioscience, Inc. (OTCQB: ZIVO) (the “Company”), a biotech/agtech R&D company engaged in the development of therapeutic, medicinal and nutritional product candidates derived from proprietary algal cultures, announces additional findings from its 42-day coccidiosis challenge study that demonstrate the product’s positive impact on the cost of broiler production as an alternative to commonly-used antibiotics.
ZIVO’s product candidate for use in poultry feed is designed to boost immune response, allowing birds to effectively combat coccidiosis and reduce the negative effects of the disease without the use of antibiotics. These new results, along with earlier findings, further demonstrate the benefits of ZIVO’s product across the broiler production value chain.
ZIVO previously reported the effects of its product on the health of broiler chickens exposed to coccidiosis during the course of a 42-day grow out period, which is typical for the poultry industry. These health benefits included a statistically significant reduction in intestinal damage caused by the Eimeria parasite compared with untreated control birds. This improvement in intestinal health following parasite exposure was on par with the market-leading commercial ionophore.
ZIVO now reports that this reduction in intestinal damage enables poultry farms to optimize feed utilization as measured by the Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR), which is the primary driver of profitability. Similar to the outcomes related to intestinal damage, ZIVO’s product resulted in a statistically significant improvement in FCR compared with untreated controls. Further, these results were not statistically different from the market-leading commercial ionophore.
“We are confident that ZIVO’s product will offer poultry producers a novel tool to accelerate the development of the immune system in young birds, thereby mitigating the impact of coccidial infection, reducing intestinal tissue damage and fostering overall animal health and well-being to maximize profitability. As we further analyze the results of our most recent 42-day challenge study, we are finding that our coccidiosis treatment candidate exhibits the potential to revolutionize the industry by achieving significantly improved poultry outcomes at cost parity or better. We believe these findings will facilitate and expand dialogues with potential partners in the agriculture and animal health industries,” said John Payne, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ZIVO Bioscience.
About Coccidiosis
Coccidiosis is a protozoal disease that causes diarrhea, weight loss, decreased performance and increased mortality in poultry. This disease represents a significant economic challenge for the global poultry industry, as indicated by a 2020 study that estimated annual costs ranging from $10 billion to $17 billioni. Products for treating coccidiosis are mostly antibiotic- or ionophore-based, and no significant new commercial technology has been introduced in the past 60 years. The global poultry industry spends more than $1.5 billion annually on coccidiosis control, primarily using decades-old compounds that industry and consumers alike wish to replace due to the risks of developing drug resistance. Coccidiosis is a common disease for chickens, especially among young chicks, and can be fatal or result in compromised digestion.
Size bidder for 5K shares just under the market this morning at $6.80.
Personally don't think this stock should be any less than $10 and should be at least $20 after the coccidiosis test. But goes to show if you don't get the word out ... you get what you get.
5K bidder must be nutz given no one talking about ZIVO and CEO doesn't know what he's doing .... LOL.
Been looking at coccidiosis treatments and animal pharmas ....... were I Payne I'd be looking to target Zoetis, Merck Animal Health and Elanco for this.
Pretty sure Payne is on a first name basis with the C Suite at Zoetis. Payne is former CEO of Bayer Animal Health .... whose parent company happens to be Elanco. I mean far be it from me to assume Payne don't know people at Elanco eh ? Payne is also former CEO of an animal hospital chain and current ZIVO BoD member is CFO of animal hospital chain. I'm sure access to the big boyz isn't a problem.
Now getting big boyz on board for a license or co development agreement is a different story that some people seem to think is a signature ready type thing. I guarantee you is isn't that way. Been there and lived that with numerous small biotechs over the last couple decades.
I still think ZIVO needs to issue more information on the coccidiosis test. Details of the test. compares, value. All that ..... there's also question of what exactly the feed ingredient is ..... whether it is the base dried algae ... and modified version, a synthetic version. Production of it in quantity necessary to support broad distribution .... etc etc etc.
Amigo Mike
Agreed.👌 they're seriously going to be scrambling for cash soon to pay the high salaries for their eight employees who have absolutely nothing new to increase revenue for ZIVO. I've been checking trade Publications and I don't see any good news for investors
Seems this test no different than the dozen nutriquest tests with positive results. This was supposed to be different since a partner was identified initially. Then after the first test failed apparently the partner bailed. Another “show me the money” moment or stock continues to tank and we have more dilution.
My guess we will continue to drift lower (My price prediction is low 5's) but I'm assuming in ZIVO fashion we will get a random update and then we pop again.
100 share lots seem to really push things one way or the other now that we have broken past 5
Based on past practices , insiders will let this go below $5 and buy shares through private placement at these levels since the company will need cash soon. I wouldn’t buy more until then.
I am not new to zivo. I was around long before there was a hype train. I got overly excited once the 42-day test was initiated. I assumed incorrectly that management would be shaking hands and creating the buzz. Anyway, moving on, over 2,000 shares sold today. I'm still holding. Hard to get over $10 when people are selling out
Good for insiders who want to lower their cost basis. Seems like they are the only investors who get the privilege of buying outside the public market.
