Hey weasel,

Just was doing some basic tooling around ZIVO .... took a peek at institutional holdings to see wassup given February reporting over last week .... and Armistice vacated the building during the 4th qtr. That placement I'm pretty sure was done with those scumbags at Maxim. Hopefully ZIVO has learned they are bottom of the barrel and don't do business with them again.

And obviously all those funds that held while the company was on Nasdaq have for the most part vacated the stock as well. No surprise. And big reason for late year decline. Starting from scratch again.

So Armistice appears to be out the picture excepting for the presumed warrants that they hold that are not listed on their 13HF.

So the institutional overhang appears to be totally out of the picture at this point. All retail and insiders. Happy to have scooped those 60 cents shares and looking at what's next for ZIVO. Sadly mgmt has again left .... the next step .... open ended .....
