Another insider protecting his buddies.
I hope you are being sarcastic
HIPPA Compliant alone makes this undervalued.
I will check the ":new" office soon.
Recently the lot was basically empty.
Oh I know, the computer company is busy on the road doing sales.
The Q2 report will also include expenses related to changing the company name to Zerify.
New sign on the office door.
New display/kiosk for the many conventions that Zerify attends.
New logo design.
None of that comes cheap.
Can't wait to see all the new revenues in Q2! As always, we already know the report will be late.
Yes. For someone in his 70s, this is quite a healthy workout for Mark.
What hard work? Cashing in stocks, warrants and screwing investors?
All the hard work that Mark has done for the last 20 years to make StrikeForce Technologies a well known and respected name in the IT world and they go and pull this Zerify chit. Now it will be another 20 years before those revenues start to appear.
Oh well, Mark will just sit back collecting that fat paycheck until then.
100% is way off. More like 10,000%
Average CEO compensation for publicly traded companies in America is about 4% of revenues. Kay's is over 100%.
It should have bothered any intelligent investor for years!
That discrepancy in this case has bothered me for a long time.
I hope the SEC moves forward on the following.
3. Consideration of input from reopened pay-versus-performance rule proposal:
In January 2022, the SEC voted to reopen the comment period for a 2015 Dodd-Frank Act mandate known as “pay versus performance,” which would require companies to disclose the relationship between executive compensation and the company’s financial performance.
https://www.ey.com/en_us/public-policy/six-key-sec-priorities-in-2022
The Tea Leaves say, they’ll want to get this back to .05, if only to help their “special” investors.
Yep. That is the Kay way.
And the 8K four days prior to any announcement.
Apparently they have their own set of rules.
When is the record date of the name change?
On June 14, 2022, by unanimous consent of the Board of Directors and major shareholders of the corporation, have voted in favor to change the Company’s corporate name from StrikeForce Technologies, Inc.to Zerify, Inc. Current certificates or book entries will be exchanged for new certificates or book entries by contacting the Company’s transfer agent, Worldwide Stock Transfer, LLC following the procedure required pursuant to Rule 14c-2 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, in addition to timely notification to FINRA and FINRA’s formal acknowledgment.
So they still did not file the name update with the Wyoming SOS.
FINRA was supposed to be 10 days prior.
There are so many video conferencing solutions out there with what is called E2EE... End 2 End Encryption. SFOR is not doing anything special and as always, years behind the others.
Microsoft teams is their choice.
Thanks for the info. What products do both of them use that they feel is better than Zerify Meet/SafeVchat? Thanks!
Obviously they are not trying to compete with the big established players.
[With feature solutions like keystroke protection, anti-screen capture, and push & biometric authentication, you can be sure your small business is secure./i]

Silly me... thought the 8K might have been announcing new revenues.
I want to see the shareholders taking back all their possession
All
Houses
Bank accounts
And prison time
Long time
20 years
SFOR trying to compete against established players in the video conferencing space reminds me of this 1980s FedEx TV commercial.
I did not have to tell them. Once I said SFOR they both knew of the company as we have discussed it many times before.
I had them read the latest Kay P/R and they did a quick review.
They just loved the new website with the new name. OOOOPS (Great planning.)
They also got a chuckle out of the following as we went over the financials and other items.
For over 20 years, StrikeForce Technologies has been developing proactive cyber security solutions for Consumers, Small to Mid-Size Businesses (SMBs) and Enterprise Companies.
With all their products revenues for the year ended December 31, 2021 were a paltry$193,000
There is much more we discussed.
But the bottom line is what could they provide to the BOD as to why they should switch.
PS They really got a final chuckle out of the following on the Strike Force website:
With feature solutions like keystroke protection, anti-screen capture, and push & biometric authentication, you can be sure your small business is secure.

One of the VP's is from a smaller NYC company with about $10 billion in assets while the other's company has over $300 billion!
Hang in their Maronti1!!!!
I don’t lie!
Have you read my posts breaking down their securities fraud?
They will see the light VERY soon.
All the optimists and buyers are inside guys knowing StrikeForce is a fraud. They are trying to manipulate the stock!
If you read all my posts of their of their filings you see CLEAR AS DAY securities fraud.
The SEC is gonna have fun with these folks and their broker firm.
So did they find out on their own that the "company has had 20 years of failures" or did you kind of let them know yourself? How well did they dig into the product? How much time did they spend on the product vs the company?
I've been saying all along... No CTO/CIO or CFO is going to contract with a company that could be out of business before the ink dries.
Had lunch with two IT VP's yesterday. I asked them to analyze the new products.
They believe there could be a small market, but major corporations would be hard to convince to change.
They believe that large corporations would not be comfortable with a company, even with a good product, who has a track record of 20 years of failures and revenus that don't even come close to their salaries!
Sure Wish we all could...
Sounds about Right.
Several others (myself included) will have buy orders in premarket... looking for a profitable Tuesday and thereon. Let's make some dough!!!

To report securities fraud by StrikeForce.
The SEC should look into the management of StrikeForce. They have a history of diluting shareholders and leaving them with worthless shares and continue to take millions of dollars in stock and compensation with only $193,000 in revenue. This is a pattern that is continuing based on the first quarter of 2022 of SG&A of $2,636,000 and revenue of $32,000
The last10-K stated mgt. took 122,000,000 options and recorded compensation of more than $5,000,000 between dec. 2020 and Dec.2021 but the sales for the year were only $193,000
The recent proxy filed 6/17/22 in 2021 there was an additional $7,098,000 in SG&A as compared to 2020 and sales for the year were only $193,000
The recent proxy filed 6/17/22 for the first 3 months of 2022 StrikeForce revenue was only $32,000 but with only 10 employees the SG&A was $2,636,000
Mgt. continues to take millions in compensation and a shareholder who held 100,000 shared pre 1:500 reverse split now only has 200 shares with a value of $4.
Agree 1,000,000%
Kay still is a liar.
Thanks...it will be interesting to see how this relationship develops over the next couple of years. A lot of business is done by those who are decision makers and they pass recommended companies/products on to others they know. Zerify needs to handle this first deal with utmost care and if they do, who knows where this can go. Of course, we await more deals in other sectors as well. Have a prosperous Tuesday and maybe multiple days!
They seem to have covered l bases.
SFOR/Zerify dealing with PushForce, PushForce dealing with Snap-on Business Services, Snap-on Business Services dealing with Ford, Nissan, John Deere, and many other well known names. Also smaller names too.
Google "Most secure video conferencing" and "End to End Encrypted Video Conferencing."
There are several... several offerings out there. As usual, SFOR is late to the game.

This information found below is from different Mods. It can not be removed without their permission. Any additions must go below the last entry.
WARNING: PLEASE USE THE SYMBOL SFOR OR COMPANY NAME WHEN POSTING-USE OF ABBREVIATIONS SUCH AS "SF" WILL BE DELETED!
This board is to be used to discuss SFOR(D) the company, its officers and its stock. Messages about other posters or intentions, the mods, name calling, profanity, deletions etc. are off topic at the very least.
To answer some of your questions regarding posts, please read the following, that you should have known already, taken from the Ihub FAQ section of the Ihub handbook. So you can stop with the moronic conspiracy theories about the Mods and Admins on this board!
Regarding libel and slander suspected posts:
"Libel can only become a fact if a judge says it is. Nobody else, including Moderators or Site Admins, can nor will determine that Member posted content is libelous. Members are often of the opinion that a post is libelous, but no Moderator should act based on that opinion. Libel is decided by a judge in a court of law after conducting proper evidentiary hearings. If such a judgment is issued by a court of competent jurisdiction, iHub will abide by that ruling. Otherwise, it is not a matter that Site Admin or Mods can decide. Our only role here is to ensure adherence to the Terms of Use. Anecdotally, quite often the information that some Members allege to be libelous ends up being accurate, which is why neither Site Admins nor Moderators remove posts on the basis of being allegedly false or libelous."
Regarding posting lies (or what some posters feel are lies):
"Mods or Admin do not make decisions about the veracity of information posted. "Truth" is a very subjective term and neither Site Admin nor Mods remove posts based on judgments of this type. Each reader has both the right and obligation to decide for themselves if they feel a post is accurate and its author credible. As a participant on the board, the Moderators' recourse is the same as any other Member; to debate the information contained in the post without attacking the Member, or to ignore it. Attack the message, not the messenger."
Regarding a good DD post with a personal attack lumped in:
If a post is 99% on topic and 1% personal attack it still needs to be removed. Personal attacks in any form are disrespectful of others and are unwelcome on the site. These types of gratuitous comments also create noise and dilute the quality of the board. When a Member attacks another poster, other participants inevitably feel the need to respond, either agreeing or defending. Then others feel the need to respond to these…and so on and so on ad nauseam. Pretty soon the board has devolved into personal attacks and discussion about other Members, i.e., noise and no signal. There are plenty of other sites that allow these types of posts and it is difficult to find any meaningful content on such sites. The goal at iHub is to have all information, whether positive, neutral or negative, discussed in a civil manner, free of personal attacks.
Regarding proof of member post content:
Members do not have to provide "proof" when offering their opinions. There is no requirement for Members to substantiate their posts. Veracity of posts and credibility of the author is determined by the reader.

OTCQB (as if that means anything)
SFOR now on OTCQB Benefits of uplisting to OTCQB per OTCMarkets website as follows:
"The OTCQB is considered by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as an "established public market" for the purpose of determining the public market price when registering securities for resale with the SEC. The OTC Pink is not considered as such and most broker dealers will not trade or recommend OTC Pink stocks. Because the OTCQB dramatically increases transparency, reporting standards, management certification and compliance requirements, the majority of broker dealers trade stocks on the OTCQB. Historically this has resulted in greater liquidity and awareness for companies that reach the OTCQB tier.
Key elements and benefits of uplisting to the OTCQB include:
?Companies must remain current and compliant in their reporting to the SEC
?Minimum bid price test of $0.01 removes companies that are most likely to be the subject of dilutive stock fraud schemes and promotion
?Improved investor confidence through verified information, confirming that the Company Profile displayed on www.otcmarkets.com is current and complete
?Annual management certification process to verify officers, directors, controlling shareholders, and shares outstanding
?Greater information availability for investors through the OTC Disclosure & News Service
?Transparent prices for investors through full-depth of book with Real Time Level 2 quotes"
