I did not have to tell them. Once I said SFOR they both knew of the company as we have discussed it many times before.

I had them read the latest Kay P/R and they did a quick review.

They just loved the new website with the new name. OOOOPS (Great planning.)

They also got a chuckle out of the following as we went over the financials and other items.

For over 20 years, StrikeForce Technologies has been developing proactive cyber security solutions for Consumers, Small to Mid-Size Businesses (SMBs) and Enterprise Companies.

With all their products revenues for the year ended December 31, 2021 were a paltry$193,000

There is much more we discussed.

But the bottom line is what could they provide to the BOD as to why they should switch.
