Had a similar trade that I'm still holding that someone had 6m shares for 3 years and they are working on going current and he went from being down 1800 to making 18k. I see a ton of similarities here. I mean it's always gamble but I feel pretty good here.

Nah it's going higher. This is very thin. 1m at 0019 is nothing. This is how these trade. It will drop back down most likely but it has nothing to do with the previous high.

Janice, yep, I too remember all of that even when it was Crown Mining. I think MM's started to buy in here yesterday to push up the share price to be able to unload MILLION's of shares they're stuck with but hey, I could be wrong.

lol, it was a TOTAL scam. The Zoyes contingent was running it with the help of John Jarvis, a well known shell peddler and more. While developing this ridiculous scheme, each side lied to the other, and eventually there was a falling out.

Naturally they lied about other things as well, like the financing they'd supposedly received, and the "cooperation" they'd supposedly received from FINRA.

So we have filings and literal trading that supports my statements but nothing that supports yours. Not to mention that if those same filings supported your theory you would be beating the table with them. Just wow.

Once again: they may have been unrestricted by now. There is no point relying on two year old "filings".

In addition, the Zoyes Boyz are not known for their truthfulness. The last iteration of this company was just howlingly funny, and utterly implausible.

It can be. That's obvious or there would be no point in having restricted shares because no one would accept them.

But these shares here have not been unrestricted sooooo there is that. Per your own words they would have to take specific steps that have not happened so this is low float of around 201m because per the latest filing 2.15b shares are restricted.

I'm sorry but you just can't argue this one. Anyone with common sense can look at the L2 and see there are no shares available. No trip stock moves from 0003 to 0005 to 0008 etc... there are limited shares period. First sign of news and this will be a penny before you can even blink period.

I have no idea. But if there's restricted stock that's properly aged, and not owned by affiliates or officers/directors, it can be freed up.

We don't have any filings at all since 2015. And stock doesn't automatically become unrestricted. The owner has to get an opinion letter from an attorney and send it to the company and the TA in order to get it freed up.
