lol, it was a TOTAL scam. The Zoyes contingent was running it with the help of John Jarvis, a well known shell peddler and more. While developing this ridiculous scheme, each side lied to the other, and eventually there was a falling out.

Naturally they lied about other things as well, like the financing they'd supposedly received, and the "cooperation" they'd supposedly received from FINRA.
