Excellent - XCRT just finished up with ESN 21 / 22 audits and are consolidating it and AfiyaSasa into XCRT for the 23 audit. This audit is very comprehensive and required for the S-1 to become effective and for the uplist to Nasdaq.

Sounds like everything is progressing very nicely and I would imagine once the audits are complete we will be getting a ton of news and updates.

Actually, there hasn’t been any dilution in months. Since the closing of the ESN, Group deal I believe.

It’s been very quiet, but I do imagine some game changing progress/funding is being worked out as we wait. Patience will pay off handsomely here with Xcelerate.

May be a great price point to enter here. Holding up pretty darn good around this current ~ .05 mark.

Once Mike n company are ready…this will explode. It’s coming!!!!! IMHO
