Who created Dr Dilan Ellagala webpage?

I'm starting to think it wasn't him?

Did they purposely upload a picture or the wrong Xcelerate?

And the other poster brings up a good point, was this bio set up with the sole purpose of promoting XCRT?

And if so was it created by a promoter and not the Dr?
