Last time I saw a Form C was for Alpharidge VNTH stock.

From my understanding a Form C bypasses otc markets to get pink current.

I seem to recall a twitter post saying its expensive to get a Form C (150k???)

Dont have to worry over getting the shell label off or going through the yield sign to get pink current.

Form C is expensive, but it cuts through the otc nonsense
