Nice post, daj. Useful. Imust admit some measure of ignorance on this stock. I have had a difficult time figuring out what's going on here. What exactly has become of the company Mr Doherty ran off with? Also how do the British Virgin islands play into any of it?

So now we have this rumbling of new possibilities under Mr Munoz. This sounds like a thread on which I can do some more investigation. Honestly I must say I had given up this stock pretty much for Dead.

There were a couple of times in the past year when it showed tiny glimmers of hope only to end in wisps of smoke that trail off into nowhere.

Oz corp is main Stock holder after buy out of Michael Doherty, ceo John Munoz Will be leading person for wdbg. Ticker name change coming, News board of Directors and new start with new symbol under John Munoz. Interesting let’s wait...

Nothing is "up," and calling Cyprus will do no good since the CEO left and took his little business with him. All that is happening is somebody made a token buy trying to stir up some liquidity.

That was as of November 19th, 2019, the date of the report. There's no reason to think they wouldn't close the transaction, since it is in their favor (the individuals involved, not the company/shareholders). Pretty neat to have voting control over a company and vote to spin yourself off, right?

Of course, all it did was "spin off" the same stuff he "merged in" and return the compensation for it.
