That was as of November 19th, 2019, the date of the report. There's no reason to think they wouldn't close the transaction, since it is in their favor (the individuals involved, not the company/shareholders). Pretty neat to have voting control over a company and vote to spin yourself off, right?

Of course, all it did was "spin off" the same stuff he "merged in" and return the compensation for it.
