Did any one receive a proof of claim to submit?.I was told by my broker that i need to contact KCC and they might send a proof of claim to submit.

I appreciate your diligence in trying to warn holders that stock was worthless over the last few months. I gave up weeks ago, some people refuse to accept the evidence of their own accounts. Remember the old saying that a man convinced against his will is of the same opinion still.

Somewhere sometime, there is a court day 10/14/2020 I recalled was set for plan confirmation.

I’d be angry at the repeated claims that those shares would be just fine. Over and over and over I was treated poorly by telling the truth that the Commons would be canceled on the exit of bankruptcy. Now those who told you that will likely tell the next group on another stock and they’ll be wrong there too. Will there still be light behind the current total darkness?

I still do not buy the zero outcome.

Totally illogical:
1. Over 2M held by insiders; over 600K each by officer and CEO who remians in new Windstream.
2. Zero for hundred of thousands of employees with their retirement accounts.
3. So many institutional owners seeing their investment sour.

Though being deleted or expired with winmq and 97382A309,
there should be record somewhere (DTC, stock issuing agents..)
that such beneficiary interest will be reinstated and paid.

What do you think?

Windstream common share escrow marker 97382A309 just got deleted last night (9-28-2020) from my two broker accounts.

I have much worries.

It was actually Windstream that told us a year ago that an exit from BK would likely end common shares...believing the lies posted was insanity. WINMQ....wait, there is no WINMQ...it's delisted and shares are worthless

If you sold your shares, there won't be any recourse. If you kept the shares and if you still see those shares in your account, there is a probability at the liquidation and dissolution of the Debtors.

I am no expert at stock training. I do it simply as a hobby I enjoy. It’s companies like these that take the enjoyment away. I feel as if WINMQ has really screwed over its loyal stockholders. It’s almost a case of theft by deception. After reading all the wonderful news for the last several months you would think this company is fixing to come out of bankruptcy and hit the big time. Obviously they are, except without us! If you go back and read over the last couple months, you will see excellent quarterly earnings, uni and windstream making progress, rural internet expansion and the list goes on and on. This would make a stockholder very interested in purchasing more stock. Very deceiving!!

I’m not sure Windstream is out of the woods just yet. I’m sure there will be a class action lawsuit or multiple lawsuits. Can someone tell me if stockholders have any recourse in a situation like this?

Its a non negotiable security, it can't be deleted by the broker.Non negotiable security works like a contract between the issuer and receiver.These could be replaced or redeemed with a new ticker or cash as applicable.
