GOING DARK

Windstream Holdings II, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“New Windstream Holdings”), became the new parent company.

Windstream Holdings Inc has to process unsecured claims for both Obligor-Debtor and Non-Obligor debtors unsecured creditors from the reserves of disputed ownership fund.

Left overs should be distributed to original share holders after liquidating original company Windstream Holdings Inc and dissolve.

Now what is "Going Dark" ?

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1282266/000114036120021108/brhc10015278_1512b.htm

Rule 12g-4(a)(1)
Form 15-12g
securities is held of record by:

(1) Fewer than 300 persons

---------
Company is Going Dark because there is fewer than 300 security holders on record, even though there could be 1000s of beneficial holders like holders on the street name.

All just in my opinion.
