Again. It’s announced commons are canceled. Period. It’s not a difficult read. Windstream went private to shaft common share holders and many vendors. Simply stated they screwed everyone they could allowable by law. Sadly many uninformed folks kept promising everything would be ok and actually encouraged others to buy even when it’s been in writing for months that their shares would be canceled.

Everything I write is my opinion based on what I read from the companies I post about. Decide for yourself because it's your money.
