This is the exact reason they took us to the pink sheets. As far as I know, the SEC does not regulate the activities of pink sheet companies. If shareholders ever decide to pursue action against management, it would have to be by way of a class action suit. The actions of management are well-documented and corruption could probably be proven, but the SEC wouldn't waste their time with something like this, unless I'm mistaken? I'm sure others know much more about this than me.

I'm glad to hear that you would be willing to take action against management.

However, waiting for this mismanagement team to send up a puff of white smoke to signal that all is okay back at the ranch ain't gonna happen.

The funny thing about this stock is we've had the same shareholders for all these years watching every move management makes (or doesn't make) so I'm sure there are plenty of individuals who could offer testimony. I would like to wait for management's next move to see if they are still operating this company for their own personal profit or if they will begin making decisions that will be beneficial to shareholders. If it turns out to be business as usual, I think something should be done at some point in the future.

Who would be willing to offer affidavit testament as to the pain and suffering you've incurred and had to endure as a result of this seemingly predatory and unscrupulous management that most of us are in agreement on has totally abused and neglected its shareholders and may be criminally liable in their non-performance of fiduciary responsibilities to shareholders and running this company to increase shareholder value?

This is a management that has behaved badly and may merit being punished by law.

Are there any among you who feel something should be done?

Rena, I feel pretty much the same way. I tend to believe in goodness and honesty, and this has been a great disappointment. I guess I finally have to accept that this investment is a "goner".

I and quite a few others put up our cash to try to do something. Those who were leading weren't doing out of arrogance,just a firm belief that our company was being taken away for the personal gain of those whe had been handed the reins. Unfortunately personal attacks took precedence. I don't know and won't speculate what the outcome would have been if the stockholders had banded together and taken over. It might not have come out much better,but at least we could have gotten answers,info and had the satisfaction of having tried to save our investments.

I am also amazed that this kind of thing is allowed to happen while the SEC looks the other way. A group with a pattern of moving from shell to shell, victimizing shareholders along the way, should be investigated for fraud. It is clear that management deliberately took us to the pink sheets where there are no rules and no accountability.

A bit of unfinished business:
For years I and a few others who were shareholders at the time of Keith's betrayal have tried to give the owners (?) a chance to succeed with this stock. We sided with them when some of our shareholders wanted to take over the company. For years we have waited, waited, waited...for some glimmer of hope. We were not only disappointed by poor business decisions, but we were totally ignored by management. I'm no longer naive enough to think citizens are protected from blatant fraud and theft by charlatans who have not conscience, but I confess I still find it hard to believe that this kind of thing continues year after year with seemingly no consequences.
My futile wish: That the old shareholders who wanted to take over had shown more sincere concern and less arrogance. I for one would have preferred old shareholders working to make a silk purse out of this sow's ear.
Perhaps things would have worked out differently.
Oh well...guess this anti-climactic baring of the soul at least gives me a little closure.

IMO, there is no doubt that management's non-performance is intentional.

You can not expect this management team to learn from their mistakes because IMO, from their point of view, they do not consider their actions mistakes, rather they are deliberate as this is how they make their money and hide income.

You've called the company and have gotten very little information; does that really surprise you?

What needs to be done is for a group of 20 people to go to their office and confront these thieves.

Remember, this is not the first shell they've run into the ground. Does this pattern of behavior, this kind of management style really betoken a management team that's interested in running a real business that is an ongoing concern?

The answer is obviously NO!

The sooner the SEC puts these people out of business the better off all shareholders will be...whether they own WTCH stock or not.

I think it is now a proven fact that management has not acted in the best interest of shareholders. It's difficult to say whether it has been intentional, incompetence, or just bad luck. The question remains if they can redeem themselves and learn from their mistakes and move this company forward. I've called the company and have gotten very little information. They say things are moving forward but I'm sure management is not giving any consideration to the average shareholder and is only looking out for their own profit. I would recommend everyone else who owns stock in this company to call and try to get answers. If we don't see results soon, I hope we can all come together and see what kind of action we could take to make sure this management group isn't allowed to do this again.

By the way, isn't Jack's deadline coming soon? I am interested to hear his thoughts? Or did he ban himself? LOL

What I noticed was that Eugene attacked anyone and everyone who posted an opinion that disagreed with him, and then he continued to attack them. He didn't allow logical discussion.

If he was attacked in return its because it was the only way to deal with him. He didn't try to compromise with anyone unless they conformed 100% to his opinion.

Jack asked for no negative posts for 60 days, after which if shareholder value had not increased he would join with the negative posters. Maybe the others feel the same! I guess another month won't make a difference after waiting years for anything positive. Maybe they have an incentive to wait and then it may be another mythical load of crap we're waiting on.
