Annual list with NV SOS puts William Barber as pres, sec, and treasurer. William Barber was the old owner of the shell before Broox Randall took over a couple of years back. The most interesting name on the list however is Michelle Riddell. She is listed as the director. Could be something in the works IMO after many years of hibernation.

True with one caveat. On the 10KSB from 4/15/2005 they raised the A/S from 25,000,000 to 50,000,000.
There is a fair amount of debt here too, but nothing I see is recent enough to see if any more of that has been dealt with. All in all it's still an interesting shell.

What I like too is the solid history of non-dilution. Clean shell that can easily be merged with.

Any company that only adds approx 15M shares in 6 1/2 years is a refreshing site.

This one now sitting at its 52 week low. Seems that any volume would push this one north. No reason to be down here other than simply being dry.

06/11/09 Annual list: Broox Randall still listed for all directors per the NV SOS. The positive side to this is that the shell is being kept active unlike some other Jaycee James shells.
