What I like too is the solid history of non-dilution. Clean shell that can easily be merged with.

Outstanding Shares as of April 21, 2009: 39,436,729

Outstanding Shares as of Dec 31, 2002: 24,163,965

Any company that only adds approx 15M shares in 6 1/2 years is a refreshing site.

Any penny can pop on any given day. Question is can you find the right one at the right time?
