This shell has so much potential. The market cap is extremely low for a shell which has just had a recent filing with the SEC. I would expect to see new filings in the coming weeks.

yes i would agree.....would like to see a lower price and spread though...........the lady did not deny they do work with them........which is good! she had my hold to direct me to them but the hold was taking forever!!!! i should have stayed on

Hmmmm, the plot thickens LOL. Well, it turn out according to the filings that ASAP has always been registered in NV. Since it's a shell it would surprise me that they would put up a new website with the same name. Interesting though to say the least. It appears that something is cooking, wouldn't you agree?

i called coporate and it took me to some transaction processing company that does do work with ASAP.....but it wasnt ASAP

Nice find. Interesting, could be startingboy. I seem to recall that before Broox Randall took over the shell, California was the principal address listed on the NV SOS. Let me see if I can cross reference some of the numbers.

Because IMHO, this is going to be a fully reporting shell. Just my opinion of course, but I wouldn't be surprised to see new filings in the near future.

The number of authorized shares was actually changed in Nov of 2007 shortly after Broox Randall reactivated the shell.

Yes, but remember as of now, there are still only 50M shares authorized and the real interesting part is that last year it was changed from 30M to 50M. You can only take a stock PPS so low with 50 million authorized. I'm really surprised that the base PPS is not a bit higher given the recent filing.

Same here, Jaycee has some plans for this one. And we've all seen how thinly this one trades. Once any news is released, we're off to the races. I have plenty of time and patience.

I agree dumar. Imho the filing of the recent form 3 by Jaycee James will buy the directors time to update the filings before the SEC gets involved. It will be fun to see what happens here and I'm holding and waiting.
