Happy Thanksgiving to all $TORVF Longs!!!
Z
Just a reminder US $TORF longs that the markets are still open in Canada on Thursday and that $VCT can still be traded.
I found that Stat holiday buying can yield positive results.
Everyone should be looking at Both daily as there can be better Exchange Rate Arbitrage Opp in one on one day and better Opp in the other ticker the next day
Happy Thanksgiving to al the longs in the USA
Don't eat toouck and stay away from the eggnog! Happy turkey day everyone!
I like that they are aggressive yet with an eye for saving expenses by designing a lab adequate enough for the R&D.
That is for the classifier prototype Surf. The larger facility they have in Guelph is for the batteries. No worries here my friend! You are good!
As the facility has a small footprint of only 2200 sq ft, it is considered a “microfactory”. The company views this facility as a small factory for producing small batch runs of graphite flakes intended to test out and optimize the Company’s proprietary techniques. The microfactory's main advantage is to save a substantial amount of space, energy, materials, time, and upfront capital to further develop its product.
The new TGA capability will enable Volt to attempt to further scale and develop its proprietary air classifier technology expediently.
Self explanatory
When will they be in production?
This is great ...
But how does it relate to making lithium doable and or replacing it.
The present lithium energy storage technology has a short shelf life.
Short answer IT sucks other than the consumer electrics field.
Great listen below. This will still take some time. Need to be patient!
I would say that it is rather quiet here today.
These scientists suck at the business side, but they want our money. Geezz. Hope they get their shit together or I'm out.
Sunny, don't give up just yet! It is still early in the game! Have some patience my friend! Happy Thanksgiving!
Give me one good reason why you would discredit this man's life work and the good he is trying to bring forward.
Actually what retail thinks of a stock has no bearing on the company itself, but if it makes you feel good you must have a concrete reason other than who likes or dislikes a stock on the retail level,, which by the way is the lowest level in the public markets.
With all that going for it, it’s a shame that it’s such an obvious scam, with the usual crowd of losers trying - and failing- to promote it in social media.
If ever a stock screamed Caveat emptor!! this is it.
$TORVF Graphite Air Quailifier........Huge market for that......
Z
Thank you for the heads up on this!
+++ $TORVF has 2 main positives/products:
1. Latest Lithium Battery Tech......currently going through cycle testing.
2. Their patented (Sept 2022) Graphite Air Classifier, which allows pre-processing of Graphite AT the mining site. This saves a lot of costs and time in the process.
Every Graphite miner on the planet will be using this.
I think this will be the first revenue stream that gets implemented.....and that should happen pretty soon.
Also, they have Zero conv debt, or dilution .....which makes it a pretty unusual company.

Volt Carbon Technologies Inc.
Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Nov. 17, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Volt Carbon Technologies Inc. (“Volt Carbon” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: VCT) (OTCQB: TORVF) a carbon science company engaged in the design and build of green energy storage products, and green energy mineral separation processes is pleased to announce that it has opened a 2200 sq ft Product Development Facility which will be located at 2691 Markham Road, Unit 4 in Scarborough, Ontario. The company has signed a one-year lease for this unit with an option to continue the lease on a yearly basis. The facility will be commissioned with Volt Carbon’s equipment vacated from its prior location at 768 Westgate which was announced from a news release dated Dec 14, 2020.
The purpose of this new facility will be to continue development and commercialization of Volt Carbon’s patent pending air classifier which will be utilized for graphite separation from ore. The facility will house machinery to crush ore into feedstock for air classifier trials. Initially the main equipment will include primary and secondary crushing and 2 air classifiers dedicated for testing of various ore bodies. At the time of this press release all lease holds improvements have been completed, and 50% of the equipment has been moved to this location for commissioning.
Volt Carbon’s air classification system is designed to increase the head grade of graphite prior to downstream processing in wet circuits. This process has the potential to substantially save on Equipment CAPEX and recurring costs. Volt Carbon believes that air classification is an environmentally responsible approach to liberating graphite flakes from ore in a manner that reduces water usage and reagents.
Bill Pfaffenberger, CEO, commented: “We are very excited that the commissioning of this facility is well underway and will be ready for small batch sample runs of graphite ore in Q1 2023. The new, low cost, facility will enable Volt Carbon to begin to optimize the air classifiers for graphite extraction of various mineral deposits from potential customers. Graphite is recognized as a critical mineral by governments in North America and Europe and it use is essential to many industries including renewable energy.”

You and me both brother!
It’s like a curse!!
I could invest in a company that has a cure for cancer and watch it head south??
Well i have to say it kinda sucks they hold a shareholder meeting and the stock tanks. That’d figure. Whenever i buy a stock it goes dddoooowwnnn. Lololo. Gltua peace stok
$TORVF - Volt Carbon Technologies is not anything but a great up-and-coming company that is top-heavy with PhDs and professional engineers building superior solutions in energy storage and graphite processing.
Whenever I see the term SCAM being used, it makes me think:
Scare
Chase
Accumulate
MoMo
Volt Carbon's Investor Relations web page is packed with excellent info for all to study and review:
https://voltcarbontech.com/contact/investor
Plus, Canadian regulations are more stringent and tightly enforced than companies watched by the SEC here in the USA.
I'm confident in Volt Carbon and have no problem with all the shares I've accumulated since 2020.
GLTA
Wm.
This TORVF Canadian SCAM is headed south fast.
Starting to stink? I believe I was here a few years ago with the Sri Lanka play.
should be rock bottom—reversal
Well
I have always been looking for TORQ ?
Always told it had to do with NANO technology and was a foreign company...
Nice price ...I wonder

So much for all those photoshopped photos of that huge facility that were being touted.
——-
The Company had previously considered integrating the Product Development Facility with the existing Guelph Battery Plant. However, the company had opted to select a separate location for mineral processing due to potential risk of dust contamination from ore processing. The generation of dust had the potential to adversely affect the battery fabrication processes which are clean room processes.
——-
Guess that dust won’t be a problem for the bakery a few doors down.
This is really starting to stink.
Did anyone attend yesterdays AGM meeting and if so please share the highlights TIA
Is this the latest greatest battery technology to help save the planet or is this a share selling scam?
For what product?
to attempt to further scale and develop
VCT-TORVF: I know all those things cuz i bought VCT on TSXV exchange
Sometimes i buy on both exchanges.
Depends what i find in the Sedar filings.
Not many peeps know all the motivations why TSX go OTC too.
More Volume on many exchanges is main rationale, but some shady protection also for Management.
TSX or TSXV managers have their own tricks, just like OTC does.
At least VCT office is in Alberta.Way better than British Columbia.
Bingo......Expediently means Soon .......looking for some kind of deal/licensing that will generate Revs for $TORVF ................
Z
Great Post Will.........$TORVF will generate revenues very soon now with their Graphite Air Tech................
Z
Kind of quiet on the western front this morning.
Sibwire: There is an agreement between Canada and the United States that if a company provides enough verification then they can cross list. If you see and "F" at the end of the ticker that means foreign, you can also see their filings on www.sedar.com in Canada
How about:
The new TGA capability will enable Volt to attempt to further scale and develop its proprietary air classifier technology expediently.
$TORVF - Graphite Processing Without Reagents or Wet Tailings
Graphite Mining Industry Disruptor & Less Dependence on China for Processing
Volt Carbon Technologies, Inc. is developing a proprietary graphite separation technology (+10-yrs R&D) consisting of an air classifier separating ore into high-purity graphite. This aerodynamic method of processing graphite uses no toxic chemicals, can be done at mining sites, and achieves purity levels of +90%.
Sorry Mr Dixon, no time to talk right now, that 222 purchase is telling me that Karen Valentine is coming over tonight !
I'm predicting $10 by this time next year !!!
The biggest RED FLAG is when the CEO says
+++++ Is $TORVF about to go Live with it's Graphite Air Qualifier?
This recent PR about the Graphite Air Qualifier seems to have been overlooked:
The Graphite Air Qualifier wil be used by every Graphite Mine on the Planet.....

Volt Carbon Technologies Inc.
Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Nov. 17, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Volt Carbon Technologies Inc. The facility will be commissioned with Volt Carbon’s equipment vacated from its prior location at 768 Westgate which was announced from a news release dated Dec 14, 2020.
The company had previously attempted to restart the Product Development Facility by signing an offer to lease a property located in Kitchener, Ontario in April 2021. This Kitchener location was intended to be the site of the Product Development Facility as per news release dated May 18, 2021. At the time, the Company was advised by its commercial realtor that the offer to lease was a legally binding document. The terms of the offer to lease were to be reflected in a formal lease agreement, however, after legal review it was determined that the terms of the lease were substantially different than the terms in the offer to lease and deemed not acceptable to the Company. On July 14, 2021, the Company signed an agreement to terminate the offer to lease with no penalties as stated in the company’s 2021 MD&A. As a result, the plant equipment remained in storage and the Company has focused on further engineering and development of the Air Classifier. For the duration, the company has focused its resources on the opening of the Guelph Battery Plant which was completed in Dec 2021.
The Company had previously considered integrating the Product Development Facility with the existing Guelph Battery Plant. $TORVF: We're betting on a winning horse here:
Dr. Zhongwei Chen
https://uwaterloo.ca/chemical-engineering/profile/zhwchen
His name is on 46 patents:
https://patents.google.com/?inventor=Zhongwei+Chen&assignee=Zhongwei+Chen&sort=new
Solid UltraBattery Patent:
https://patents.google.com/patent/WO2021189161A1/en?q=volt+carbon&assignee=volt+carbon+technologies,Solid+Ultrabattery+Inc.
Imagine you are a really smart chemical engineer with a PhD and tired of inventing while the companies you work for own and get all the revenue on the patents you helped them develop.
The corp. exec's hoard all the cash and invent nothing!
So, you start your own solid-state battery company, develop batteries the way "you" want without upper management fucking up the program, file patent applications, and own your ideas.
The "theory" here with Volt Carbon is tested, revised, put into practice, patent(s) filed, mfg. methods developed with "Scale-up" in mind, go after vertical markets, get clients, sell solutions.
That is what is going on with Volt Carbon.
PhD's have their PhD because they do their homework better than everyone else.
No B.S.
No Scammers.
PhD's have a little more integrity than the average person and do what they say they're going to do.
This isn't your average pink.
