Who can show me another worthless stock that got ran like this one for 2013. These guys are clearly the champs. No shares anywhere. No telling how far they will take it. Im guessing as high as they can afford. This will bounce hard as VISN shorted all the shares. Question is. Will they bounce it off the 50 again? or will it become to exspensive? More like $40. On 12/10/2012 Visn opened up @.22. The only thing that has changed since then and now is a "allegedly" 20:1 reverse split and a $100 million settlement against them. Man I waish there was shares to short. but VISN shorted them all. Look for a huge bounce of $1. That's the minimum bid to stay on the NASDAQ. If they let it fall below that then hello subbies.

Good post. But you know VISN ran up 880% on this news. From $2.45 to $18. On 27 million shares traded. When OS is 5 million. That news was the catalyst that sparked the buying frenzy in VISN. Hell, it traded it's OS 5 1/2 times over(between 10/4 and 10/16) on this news. And with an EPS of - (that's right, negative) $10.41, VISN is a screaming buy. Watch and learn rookie. Its all about the charts. VISN will be $20 soon. Mark this post!!!

VISN owes Gobi Partners and Oak Grove Partners $100 million. VISN said F Gobi and Oak Grove, we ain't paying $H!T. Then in January, New York Supreme court found VISN in contempt for saying F u 2 Gobi and Oakwood. Ordering assets freezed and the immediate deposit of $60 milly. One problem... VISN ain't got no $60 milly. Now this in January 2013. 1 month after the 20:1 split right. OS goes to 5 milly. Didn't see that coming in Dec. '12. How we gonna pay this $60 milly, which is a actually $100 milly. Activate pump and dump.Yahoo got a 1 year target of $3.60 on VISN. What are those guys missing? I covered my shawt on this about 2 weeks ago. I wouldn't advise shawting this because the president of VISN is the daughter of a senior member in the China Communist Party. Big money here. U will get ran over.

VISN just regained NASDAQ compliance with the minimum $1 bid. Something tells me they won't be listed very soon

Seriously, I can't believe anyone thought that there were 100M shares and a billion dollar MC. If there were that many shares out, the stock wouldn't be trading as high as it is.

That said, they should list OS and AS respectively in their FINS separately to avoid confusion.
