Years of watching and playing stocks have taught me that 61% is 61%, regardless of whether it's a penny stock, or a blue chip.
Charts/stocks like this are especially excellent to play because of the marginability that you don't get with penny stocks.
Plus, unexpected dilution is multiples less likely, as well as halts/suspensions.
China stocks are running again (for 1-3 more days, atleast), and the A/D in this chart strongly suggests VISN is getting accumulated heavily (maybe by Chinese investors who are loaded with investment capital right now?).
At any rate, indicators have all bottomed and showing nice reversals.
Watch this one. Target $12-$13 low end.
Odds are 88/12, at least 40%-50% more gain to come.
