Good post. But you know VISN ran up 880% on this news. From $2.45 to $18. On 27 million shares traded. When OS is 5 million. That news was the catalyst that sparked the buying frenzy in VISN. Hell, it traded it's OS 5 1/2 times over(between 10/4 and 10/16) on this news. And with an EPS of - (that's right, negative) $10.41, VISN is a screaming buy. Watch and learn rookie.
