Bruce Benn took over 45 million in SG&A from this company. It's in his pocket. He scammed investors and has disappeared forever. No one who owns this defunct Grey Market stock will ever see a penny from it.
WOW!!!
Bruce is AMAZING!!!
Somehow he managed to put $45,000,000 into his own pocket in FIVE years using SG&A funds, when ACCORDING to the company's 10Ks from 2001 to 2019 (NINETEEN YEARS) the company only spent $19,892,201 on SG&A. I wonder how he managed to get almost 2 1/2 times that much out of that funds to put into his own pockets. Must be a MIRACLE.
If that man can make money multiply like that so that he can get rich while at the same time meeting all of the legitimate SG&A expenses to keep the company's doors open, he gets my vote for CEO of the Century.
WE ARE IN A MIRACLE COMPANY AND DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IT. WOOOPIE!!! BRUCE IS GOING TO MAKE US RICH USING MAGIC!!!
TPP
Another teeny tiny itzy-bitzy little problem with VLDI is that the CEO received 45 million in SG$A over a 5 year period. That for a company with no employees, no BOD, no officers, no sales force, no production etc. etc. DD shows that the 45 million went straight into Bruce Benns pocket. That's why there has been nothing out of him for the past two years. He banked 45 million from inventors that believed her really had a saleable product. Nice work if you can get it. Bruce is gone, the company is dead, and no one will ever see a cent from this worthless stock.
Wow. Lots of traction on these posts. But once again nothing tangible.
I don’t know why TPP keeps defending Bruce and whatever is left of his company.
I’ve emailed Bruce multiple times and no response. He’s gone dark. The companies gone dark. Why would anyone ignore the investors that stood by him all this time?
Things that make you wanna go Hmmmmm
There is just one teeny tiny itzy-bitzy little problem with the theory that Bruce stole all of our money as we bought our shares of VLDI, After the IPO, none of the money invested by common shareholders like us in shares on the secondary market went to Bruce or VLDI except on those rare occassions when VLDI sold more shares fresh from the treasury. The money most of us put into VLDI stock went to buy shares that had already been bought years ago by investors like us who owned the shares and wanted to sell the stock. There is no way Bruce could have stolen our money since none of it ever went into VLDI's treasury.
TPP
Of course, if the company sells new shares after the IPO, they get that money as well.
TPP
Absolutely correct.
Gee, I wonder why Bruce uses Vista as VLDI's mailing address? Could it be that someone associated with Vista has a direct association with Bruce Benn and VLDI, making them the best logical choice as the company's mailing address if Bruce was determined to keep the location of VLDI's lab secret from prying eyes? NAAAAAH, it couldn't be that simple.
It has to be that VLDI is a scam and Bruce just needed a mailbox in a vain attempt to appear legit so he could steal the shareholders' money.
ROTFL
TPP
Yeah, that is the "dropbox" my PF source went to FOUR YEARS AGO. Hasn't changed much.
Due Diligence at its best.
TPP
I talked with Vista years ago and they confirmed that VLDI's mail was delivered to that address and held there for him. He picked it up about once a week.
WOW, that is the biggest dropbox I have ever seen.

Bruce has on all of his 10Q's the company's address as:
6 Gurdwara Rd., Suite 205, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada K2E 5A3
The company located at that address is Vista Credit.
https://vistacredit.ca/dealer-programs/commercial/
There is no VLDI office at that location however Bruce's official mail is delivered there. He must have some kind of arrangement with them.
Yes, sorry, my mistake.
Since VLDI doesn't have an office, shouldn't that be, Bruce left the drop box a long time ago?
TPP
Bruce left the building long long time ago.
Employees? LOL. Has anyone even seen the CEO in years? Is he still breathing? Dead as this stock is....IMHO.
WHAT!! Bruce has not given you a list of his phantom workers. I can't believe that. I thought he was keeping all his believers updated. LMAO
You are correct. As far as I know, there are no VLDI employees at the office where they receive their mail.
And, as far as I know, you are correct again, people who work on VP from other companies are NOT considered VLDI employees. They are contract laborers. However, that is not a negative, it is a positive because it allows VLDI to only make payroll on a limited group of approximately a dozen actual employees, while at the same time having access to the skills of literally hundreds of qualified workers who are actually employees of VLDI's Channel Partners and other associated companies.
As for providing the names and contact information for VLDI's actual employees...Gee, Bruce forgot to send me the company's employee files, so I am not able to provide that information at this time. I will get back to you with that information just as soon as I can.
ROTFL
Amazing!
TPP
There are no employees at the drop box address in Canada. People who worked on VP from other companies cannot be considered VLDI employees. I have confirmed this with 2 different Canadian companies. If there are employees of VLDI please provide their names and contact info. I have checked and can find none.
The address given for the office in Canada is a drop box. I have verified that. If you think it is a real office please give a link.
When my source went to Ottawa looking for Bruce, he actually thought he was in an office.
Guess not.
Maybe it was a drop box disguised as an office.
TPP
Somebody needs to tell the dozen VLDI employees that they no longer have a job.
They keep showing up to the lab as usual.
They actually think their paychecks are real.
Boy, are they going to be surprised when they try to cash them?
Suckers!
TPP
Validian has no employees (except for Bruce if he is still around)
The office in Canada is a drop box.
I love everyone showing how smart they are and their knowledge of cybersecurity. As a business person who has No knowledge of what everyone is talking about I shall propose a new way of thinking about this whole thing to eliminate all the speculation.
1. Does Validian still have and office in Canada?
2. Does Validian have any employees?
If the answer to these questions is no, then they are no longer a valid company.
If the answer is yes, then how do they pay the rent and employees. Either someone keeps investing or they have clients who pay them.
WHAT DO YOU BELIEVE????
I do not have faith in VLDI because of Bruce Benn. I never have. VP is the REAL DEAL, not because Bruce Benn has said it, but because some of the most knowledgeable cybersecurity experts in the world have said it.
My confidence comes from a brand-new research concept...Due Diligence.
TPP
Lol - I’m impressed with the amount of activity this board for a company that has been delisted and a scam. What could Bruce possibly be telling you that would make you ever believe him in 1 million years?
The answer to your first question is YES. The buying entity will make a PER SHARE offer. That offer, once accepted, will mean that the money will then be distributed to all of the SHAREHOLDERS who qualify for a SHARE of that buyout offer via our brokers.
All that has happened with Validian Corp is that it is no longer being traded on a public exchange. It is STILL A CORPORATION, and as such it is STILL OWNED by all of the SHAREHOLDERS who own SHARES of that corporation. Those SHARES give all of us LEGAL PROTECTIONS under the laws of NEVADA. And those protections require some level of public disclosure and accountability, though certainly not as much as before.
It is highly unlikely that a PRIVATE company will be able to meet Bruce Benn's price. He has not dragged this thing out for twenty years to take the first lowball price he gets. He has been turning down lowball offers for at least a decade. There is no reason to assume he will suddenly accept one after all this time. And if the offer is from a public company, that buying entity must tell its SHAREHOLDERS of the buyout.
Also, something that has never been discussed on this forum to my knowledge is that fact that in at least three PDF documents the company has used in the past to market the VP product, Bruce has said that the Majors who know about VP have told him they are willing to let him build the company value to $26BILLION before making an offer. That same information was included in the slide presentation Bruce used in every public demonstration of VP in the past decade, even in a Florida trade show several years ago that anyone willing to pay the price of admission could view,
Even after issuing shares to all creditors to pay debts, and issuing shares to Bruce to reimburse him for years of working without salary, a $26BB buyout will give us a per share price of approximately $25 PER SHARE. We may never see that price, but it cannot be denied that it is the price range Bruce has suggested is possible.
People like Alla P. and Memphis, and a few others who are HUGE SHAREHOLDERS, and QUITE WEALTHY in their own right, will want their money when Bruce wraps things up. It is not likely that they would sit by and let him sell VP and pocket all the money without a MAJOR LEGAL BATTLE.
But, you are correct that the company going gray has complicated things for all of us. In that regard, we are at Bruce Benn's mercy, and he has never demonstrated that he has any. I cannot adequately resolve those concerns with 100% certainty. I am taking it by faith that Raphael Gorgal, who as of a year ago was still working with Bruce Benn to get VP to the market, would not be part of some scam to beat us all out of our money. And the last statement I heard attributed to him was that VP is now capable of things that they never dared hope it could do in the past.
And, I assume that if VP or VLDI is bought by a public company, that company would not agree to be part of a scheme to defraud thousands of VLDI shareholders. Such a move would surely open them to lawsuits as co-conspirators.
Some things are just not worth worrying about. In my opinion, worrying about Bruce Benn stealing from us is one of them.
Bruce Benn has taught us all not to trust companies that have no BOD, or that have only one officer, or even any emerging technology company, for that matter.
In my opinion, his business plan is outrageous. We all know that now. But, it is still a workable plan, assuming that the economy and the stock market and the banking sectors don't totally collapse, or someone starts a shooting WW3, before Bruce FINALLY does what he is supposed to do.
My concern is that I am afraid Bruce is arrogant enough to believe his plan can survive and prosper regardless of world events. He thinks his plan is failure-proof. He seems to think that the plan is just too brilliant to fail. The stock market boneyard is FULL of companies that went belly up because their CEOs thought they were smarter than everyone else. From that point of view, Bruce scares me. I have never known anyone in my 76 years who is as arrogant as he is. When I think of Bruce, I think of Proverbs 16:18 - "Pride goes before destruction, a haughty spirit before a fall."
JMHO
TPP
I have asked several people and, to date, no one has an answer.
1) If Bruce sells the company then I assume the share price will reflect in my account. There is no symbol in my account for VLDI but there is a number 91915P107. Etrade believes that that number would be traced to VLDI and if the company was sold the money would show up in that account. Do you concur?
2) But here's the real quandary. Bruce sells VP to a private company. How do we, as investors, know that the product was sold and for how much since the stock is on the Greys and Bruce does no have to report anything??
ACTUALLY, it said that in the opinion of the writer, "Our opinion: in the next decade, we will have quantum computers that are significantly better than super computers today, BUT THEY MOST LIKELY WON'T BE IN MASS USE by governments and companies until the 2030s. Eventually toward the end of the 2030s and early 2040s they'll shrink down to a size and cost viable for consumer use. Quantum computing will be more relevant to certain businesses where highly complex algorithms need to be evaluated which in a normal computer would take days, weeks, months or even years."
Note that he/she does NOT assume that Quantum will be a household device until THE END OF THE 2030s AND EARLY 2040s.
THEREFORE, the point SHOULD BE OBVIOUS to anyone that the world will need WORLDCLASS cybersecurity for BOTH technologies for the next 7--27 YEARS. Therefore, to make the argument that VP is no longer necessary just because the world is SLOWLY moving toward Quantum is TOTAL NONSENSE. It makes as much sense as saying that because there will EVENTUALLY be no need for firewalls, antivirus, and other cyber products, Norton, McAfee, Crowdstrike, and other such companies should all be out of business because no one needs them anymore,
To make the argument that there is now no longer any need for the current approaches to cybersecurity makes as much sense as arguing that there was no longer a need for blacksmiths because the world's first steam-powered vehicle was invented in 1672.
NONSENSE!!!
MAINSTREAM QUANTUM IS COMING, but until it arrives the world will STILL NEED VALIDIAN PROTECT!!!
And, since VP is the cybersecurity product of the FUTURE, I fully expect to learn that part of the current delay in VP news is because it now protects the early generations of Quantum.
JMHO
TPP
The article did not say Quantum computer will not be available until 2050 it said they we be generating nearly a trillion dollars in Rev by them. They will be widely used in the next couple of years. VP is dead.
Test. . . . . . .
Testing your patience.
FYI cybersecurity is changing very rapidly with the addition of AI and Quantum computing. I read a report where someone offered two groups of hackers $.5 Million each to hack a software program that was running on AI and Quantum computing and they were simply unable to.
I will now crawl back under my rock since VLDI is officially dead. just like this board.
There are a few who have bet the farm on this company and believed that Bruce had a saleable cyber security program. Didn't happen and now the company is grey and in MHO completely and utterly dead. Even if Bruce sold VP now I don't know how shareholders would know since he does not have to report anything.
Oh I totally get it. I was just bored and looking for something funny to read
Bruce made over 35 million on this stock and has disappeared completely. Richard aka TPP has not talked with him in years (I think that's what he said, if not years many many months) but did say sometime ago that he does know of some who are still talking with him. I don't know if that is still the case. Guess it really doesn't matter VP is outdated technology that no company wants and VLDI is dead.
Anyone in contact with Bruce? I would like to hear from him on what happened and what he plans on doing. No emails listed on the website work, so just curious if anyone is in contact with him. I am sure many investors would like to discuss with him on what happened with the company.
No company is going to buy and outdated product from a one man company. VP is as dead as VLDI. But, as there is with many dead pinkies, there are those who have visions of becoming wealthy beyond there fondest dreams. It's as bad as buying Mega Million tickets with the dream that you are going to win. Difference is with Mega Millions someone does eventually win, with VLDI the only winner was Bruce who is now laughing at the few gullible gamblers that believed his dog and pony show. I imagine there are one or two that will still be looking for the pot of gold 5 years from now while there are a few of us who have made millions in the past few years from triple zip pennies that went to 4,5,6.. cents.
I did that several years ago as well. The address is a drop box. There is no corporate address. Bruce has made 35 million in SG and A and is not no where to be found. The stock and the company are DEAD
A new year is birthed and VLDI is still dead..!!
Does anyone honestly still think this is going somewhere?
i will jingle here hi dare friend
Site is working just no posters since company is dead.
That's the ways of the OTC. 90% or more tickers are pure scams. Trade the stock...take your profit and get out before the party is over. The way of the OTC.
I bought this stock much later than many of you. Maybe 4 years ago. Like many of you I was hoping something positive would come out of it. Two years ago I told myself I would give it until the end of 2022 before I give up all hope. I’ve given up all Hope but it doesn’t change anything for me because there’s nothing I can do about it. I lost some hard earned money. What’s sad is no one knows what is happening. Nothing tangible or reliable information. If it was a ponzi or pyramid and someone was arrested then fine. Closure would be nice. Some obit article in the paper about the death of the company would be nice to read so I can put this to rest. I’ve stopped dreaming about what I would do with the money
Happy New Year. Is this the year the faithful finally throw in the towel or will the hopes and dreams continue for years to come.
