They have a float of 21 Million with zero covetable notes or any issued free trading for a long time and their restricted or preferred shares per disclosure are non-convertible. I’ll sit on it for awhile as I believe management is serious about becoming a reporting company. GLTA!

There are 200 otc companies out there where peeps argue about the business being real or not. UPIN already said they wanna get their numbers audited, so we will see then I guess. I have no reason to think the deals they announce are not real. Not more or less reason than I would have to have on 500 other otc companies. This company is the opposite of pumpy, rarely seen a more conservative company on the otc when it comes to PR and IR out there. Fact is once they reduce their A/S again to 25 million this is one of the absolute best situations in the entie otc market right now. There is hardly anything better out there in terms of a setup period. The otc market is very tough right now but make no mistake, if the right group takes this one on again, it will fly. Nothing is a sure thing down here though, so there is always risk, in any single one of these. Play accordingly.

Ivy So (person whose 35M shares are being cancelled) is Tony Chiu's wife. Her full name Ivy So Chiu.

I am very keyed in on Nassau County, NY. Know it like the back of my hand. Ivy So, owner of 35M shares, is listed as having an address of 12 Liberty Lane, Plainview, New York (Nassau County) in UPIN documents. There is no physical address of 12 Liberty Lane in Plainview. However, there is a 12 Library Lane, Plainview. The owner of record of that property is Calvin Chiu, the son of Tony and Ivy So Chiu.

Ivy So probably lives there despite being the owner of record at 259 Frank Avenue, Mineola. She is listed as "a married woman" on the deed. Listed in this manner because Tony probably has bad credit. Tony Chiu lives at 259 Frank Avenue, Mineola. I suspect Tony and Ivy are at least separated.

Any investment here should be a very short-term horizon and the share structure. Place zero weight on the business fundamentals. They aren't real.

It's not legit. It's the second share cancellation. First time it went bonkers (during Covid) only to be summarily sold down with extreme ferocity. I doubt the 2nd share cancellation will have much impact given the state of the OTC.

With the new deal of a minimum $2.5M in order flow plus the 2022 $5.6M this company may gross over $8M in 2023, but will have a MC of around 500k following 35M share cancellation?

22M x .024 = $528k market cap.

Why is this so cheap? Looks to be legit and makes no sense.
