However, there is a 12 Library Lane, Plainview. The owner of record of that property is Calvin Chiu, the son of Tony and Ivy So Chiu.

Ivy So probably lives there despite being the owner of record at 259 Frank Avenue, Mineola. She is listed as "a married woman" on the deed. Listed in this manner because Tony probably has bad credit. Tony Chiu lives at 259 Frank Avenue, Mineola. I suspect Tony and Ivy are at least separated.
