New in the OTC Market.
I have been offered to buy restricted UMLS stock at a pretty good price. I can not sell for a year. Should I?.
Had the opportunity to see the project and everything looks real.
No access to financials yet..
The CEO is a well known real state developer down in Mexico.
Thank you for your advice!
HE COULD HAVE DONALD TRUMP SELLING CONDOS...AND I STILL WOULD NOT PAY $10, $5 OR $1 FOR THIS STOCK.
IT WILL COME BACK DOWN...THEY ALWAYS DO
I told him that he made a mistake by doing the reverse split because he had a good thing going. He could have just increased the authorized shares to say 500 million and diluted from there. But now the investor confidence has beenn devistated and no one would consider buying a $10 stock without any financials or credibility. At least in penny land, people are used to buying stocks that have limited information.
I advised him to do a forward split of 1000/1 and to release as much information about the company as possible. We'll see if he listens.
Because it's foolish!!! There should have been revenues listed somewhere! Nothing comes up...probably just a property management company with no assets!
1000/1 reverse split to dump $100M and no financials Who does this clown think he is.
Why would they release any info at all until the name change was finalized? They just happened to do a reverse at the same time
ROFL!!!!!!!!! He's executed a 1000/1 reverse and NOW HE'S "hinting at financials"
Whaaaaaaaaaaaa! ROFFFFFFFFFL!!!!!!
He hinted at financials
,,,,,,,What another reverse split?? HAHA
Chuck toops has responded to my email and he's told me that we are to expect some announcements from the company very shortly
There's been 500 shares bought and 600 shares sold today
It is a bid sad, isn't it?
I came across him on some of the other big runs, always too late, buying on the way down and then screaming and yelling it was the company screwing him. Harsh language most of the time too.
He must be quite wealthy though, all those $5,000 losses pile up you know, lol.
on sideline right now
Sorry, meant to say : before the merger.
Berge
Did you buy back in yet or on the side line?
The MM trade pattern is identical to before the RS.
Whoever is selling is feeding the shorters here!
People, they are NOT showing the true bid and ask. My guess is $2 on both sides.
Lock in all your shares you do not want to trade in a very high ask (sell @ $500), to prevent the MM borrows your shares to shorters. The available shares are getting ever tighter which is probably the intention of the company. The sooner they achieve that, the sooner they will come out of the closet.
Let's hope days instead of weeks.
That carries alot....tomorrow $2 is possible
Is it me...but the ask is now $5?????
HUH??? i had 2.6M sold 2M before the split....How did I loose??
hUH??? DOWN another .50 why are you excited??
Good to see some action but please do not bring the ask down.
The true bid and true ask are higher here. Just put your order in and be patience. The there is no need to bring the ask down. If the MMs wanted to stall this they would simply have not 'accepted' blocks of hundreds at a time. All seems fine for now.
My sell was at the ask @ 15. I put it in yesterday at close and it went through at open today. I now have freed up funds to possibly reenter at a lower price. Just gonna keep an eye on the volume and see how the PPS fluctuates the next few days...

I go through Zecco and have no problem, if you had a problem the last time it was because of the transfer agent the company had.
By the way there is quite the spread here, it looks like you could just about name your price to buy or sell, keeping it in the range and just wait.
I thought my shares were frozen after the R/S. Last time I went through a R/S with Zecco it took 2 weeks to free up the shares. I also got out without a loss so that's a plus
I was lucky to get out this morning!
What say yea to that MM nice open?
That is why we are not frustrated and could make our own decisions.
In order to make people aware I have warned 3 times on this board that a few brokers have a lock ups during the transition. That's what builds up stream and produces the frustrated sell off as soon as the lock ends. Our friend is thus not an exception, he just screams a lot harder than most.
THIS COMPANY SCREWED OVER IT'S INVESTORS...WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD INVEST IN A COMPANY WITH ZERO FINANCIALS OVER $.50!!
That’s funny, mine changed that night
MM you seem to be in a position to know best .... ?
But soon is not always the final answer in investing. Good luck with your investments (I mean that), you have a lot good things going I see on your board. Thanks for the good advise going up.. and eh down.
Fairview,,,it's headed under $1 we'll see who's right soon
No symbol change in our accts!! I thought you knew.
Got to put them up if you want to sell them. Can’t just keep saying you are going to.
Not yet but plan to sell them soon
Yeah and it would not have sold at $110 if there had not bee a NNS position either. Panic selling blew it on this one for sure. By the way have you put your 10 shares up for sub penny yet?
NO one bought jack...or the stock would not have sold off to .0084!!
This will go under $5 faster than you can say scam!
People DON'T let you get talked into a DUMP.
The MM will simply accept 1 or 2 stocks of any sell order and then lower the bid. So by trying to sell, you only decrease the value of the rest of your stock. I have been here for years (and I am still holding a significant position) and have seen how this stock is handled.
A lot of people are understandably frustrated and posting 'analyses' of what happened. But nobody knows as this does not add up for a regular RS/scam and we will have to wait and see what the share structure of the new company is. The reduction in the AS and the OS (someone bought the 14 million stock in the sell off) must have reason. Let's hope it is a good one for us too.
I'm making that announcement...you can see them go through LIVE come Monday or whenever we get UMLS.
DUMP before you get DUMPED.
If you had to dump, you wouldn't announce that because you'd then have to sell at a lower price
I NEED TO DUMP....when do we get our UMLS shares?

I don’t recall prior to 2008 but in 08 I had 9 R/S on me in 09 I had 7 R/S on me and this is my 2nd this year. I know there are people here that put thousands at a time on these things, but I usually try to keep it around $500. After I get all my money back I’ll do it again and again just collecting a few at a time. If your try to keep it in the trading range usually there is no problem, so long as ever time you get your money back before you get in again. Remember to take enough to cover 2 trading fees and a little profit. I set here in my spare time perfecting calculators I build on excel for the trading range money in money out taxes trading fees and just everything I can think of. That way I just punch in the PPS and the amount I want to put in and I get a good look at what to expect. This seems to works alright on highly volatile stocks that are going in either direction. It does not work at all for stocks that experience panic selling.
Here is the problem with a stop lose on the pinks, if you set one the Market Makers will walk it right down and take it any way and you could wind up losing more than you should have. In most cases on the pink sheet stocks a stop loss I a fools game. If you truly feel the need to use one wait until you must leave your computer again, then see if your stock is still there when you return. Most of the time when you return the stock will be gone and trading where it was when you left or higher. Stop losses are good for the big boards and longer term investments but down here it is dirty pool all the way
maybe something good will happen here
Sadly that sounds about right, and I do doubt we will se anything near that for the near term. We are yet to see any kind of a PR, though and I do pray that for every one it is truly the best PR ever in the history of pinkdom. The prevailing history of Pinksheet R/S’s however do not make it look to promising. In my experience if the financials show the stock should be trading in the $5.00 level they are lucky to open around $0.50 or 1/10th. So if we were close in the previous assumptions, then using my example, or assumption. With the same A/S and far fewer shares in the O/S the market could conceivably value the company at up to $30.00 and open up in the $3.00 to $5.00 range. Then there is the dead cat bounce, I don’t expect a lot simply because of the already seemingly high PPS. Simply put buy as many as you can as low as you can, then put up as many shares as it takes to get all of your money back plus a little. I was selling back over 75% of the shares I bought at around 160% +/- of where I bought. That way for the most part I had nothing into the stock, I have been stuck to many times holding the bag. GLTY
MM
Don’t be so pathetic. When do you sell your shares? remember you were going to dump them, what happened? Perhaps the company has not put any shares out just to force a cover, who knows. Perhaps the shares are out waiting for a PR, once again who knows at this point. What is obvious is the company has not dumped a load of shares so far, and that is very smart in my opinion. Actually the shares have been sold already and could be on the market at any time but it is best this way, let them start trading on their own and perhaps they will trade higher than what the investor or the MM paid for them.
Think about it this way. If you had bought a shell corporation wit approximately 1/3rd the shares left to be sold and a $93,000 delinquent tax bill, would you think you would get a fair value for all your efforts? I somehow doubt it. I would bet you would do the same thing, now the company does not enjoy the benefits of approximately 50,000 shares of 151 million. It is not like the same company or management is here or is it? If it is then please kindly provide a link that shows the original owners still have an interest.
The 100 million was used as an example as there is no proof of anything until the company puts out a PR or files some financials. What I presented was an explanation of how the company had protected its prior shareholders.
When does the huge $100M dump begin....remember Lawrence says they may have a huge finance deal in place.
I still have a bunch at .016....Help me with my math here guys....so I should be in the clear after (if) it goes over $16 right?

Founder & CEO, C.C. “Chuck” Toops Has set our standards on a higher level: to deliver simply the best marriage of comfort, finish and social responsibility. Our commitment to quality and consistency is simple; we strive to create the finest, most appealing homes in our price range that can be built.
C.C. “Chuck” Toops is an industrial engineer by education at the University of Houston and was a welding engineer for many years. As the leader of C and C Development, Chuck has years of experience in real estate buying, developing and building projects ranging from a 200,000 sq. ft. office/warehouse, 5 strip shopping centers, 4 six-story office buildings, 3 office/warehouses and two 20,000 sq. ft. office/manufacturing facilities, as well as numerous homes from Houston to Austin to Ruidoso.
Locally in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico where he now resides, Chuck and his wife, Carol, purchased an ocean front condominium, in pre-construction, which was to be their retirement home. This move in the year 1998 awakened Chuck’s love for the construction business once again and the rest is history. Shortly thereafter he became closely associated with the builder/developer of the Vista Romantica condominiums, a small luxury boutique development in the hills of “Amapas”, a then budding neighborhood just south of town, and eventually bought out the developer to finish the project himself.
Since that time, Chuck has added to his resume the critically acclaimed and monetarily successful Villas de la Colina project – a group of 5 villas and 9 condominiums also located in the now thriving Amapas neighborhood of Puerto Vallarta.
Chuck now has begun the acquisition of many lots with the vision and foresight to design, develop and build a Master Plan, gated community for Puerto Vallarta’s North Amapas hillside neighborhood. This project, known as “Ascension”, will be made up of several environmentally conscious condominium projects along with a boutique hotel with wedding chapel, restaurant, sports bar and tennis club.
The Villas de la Colina “II” project currently under construction is the first development in Ascension having begun in 2006 when he started excavation, flood control and foundational work in preparation for all of it’s 3 Towers, 2 pools and spa/gym area. The other Ascension projects are just around the corner with Chuck eagerly leading his extremely effective administrative and professional team, which he put together to assist him in these, his “retirement” endeavors.
All in all, Chuck is a formidable force in the Puerto Vallarta real estate and construction markets in the Amapas Region, has done business in Mexico for almost 40 years, and continues on in the field where his true passion lies – Residential Development.
As a team, we are vigorous and focused, determined to fulfill every need of our client. We heed our directive guidelines and deadlines in order to deliver to our clients a quality product on time, on budget and as desired.
