What about all those people that were in for nothing to .002, I’ll bet they aren’t complaining a lot.
The company went about their business quietly and some poster caught it in the filings and posted about the terrific find, nothing wrong with any of that. It was the hype and not thinking through of the possibilities and probabilities that sunk some here. Once the company makes its PR you can make up your own mind. Fact is the company had not asked any one to buy AZTC, or ever PR’d any such actions as a R/M. the company has a right to enjoy the proceeds from the sale of their stock. The old shell was a technologies company, this is a development company. Lets face it we had the shorts in a position everyone dreams of, because of the panic selling they were allowed to cover. Explain why I saw sale going through at $110 pre market. The answer is simple, the company did not dump shares into the market, the shareholders did. Just think the stock is still not selling, I had a bid in all day no takers. A MM will take a low bid to get things started, not today. If every one had held on this one the only shares for sale would have been at $110 and above with this one. This may yet turn out to be a scam, but it was plain and simple panic selling that brought down the PPS on this one.

A reverse split can be very confusing if you do not understand it. Here is what happened Tuesday in half an hour. AZTC share price hit a high of .11. Before this company pillaged the shareholders your share of AZTC was worth about .10.
So, now each share of UMLS is worth $8.40. Tuesday, before the reverse split, that same share was worth (1,000 X .10) = $100.
Tuesday an Investor had 1,000 shares of AZTC @ .10 at noon, stock valued at $100. At 1pm UMLS raped everybody with a 1 for 1,000 reverse split. Just like that those same shares are valued at $8.50.
Same investor, same broker account:
Tuesday:
1,000 shares X .10 = $100
Today
1 share X 8.50 = $8.50
Who ever still holds shares of UMLS needs for the stock to reach $100 per share, to be equal to what their shares were worth Tuesday (before reverse split).
The sellers did not make the mistake, the holders are totally clueless what happened to them.
UMLS established their credibility Tuesday, it is not pretty.

What real value??? Where are the financials....they were more concerned about DUMPING $100M (according to some) than telling the market who or what the value of the company.

After the stock is consistently trading the "Real" value will be determined by the Market. When a new stock is traded it can be all over the place,up and down, hence the roller coaster!
If you hold on, meaning don't sell, you may be able to make back some of what many of you lost.

I didn't expect the company to do a 1000/1 Reverse Split. I thought maybe 5/1 at the most, but this was rather extreme IMO considering the share structure was already very nice.
Now, I think it's in the best interest in the board to move on because a lot of posts are being deleted for personal attacks and off topic material. I will update the IBOX and make sticky posts that concern new developments of the company once they are forthcoming. I will be fair as the moderator.

In most Reverse Mergers there is a Reverse Split. Do your DD on that.

Most is right, however we don't know the track record of this CEO. As far as I can tell, this is his first publicly owned company and the insiders own a third of the outstanding shares. The value of the company right now is just speculation, when some facts come to light, the pps will adjust accordingly.
Yeah, and most companies that do such a radical Reverse Split start diluting right away. Like I've pointed out before, if they really do have properties that are worth $100-$300 million dollars, this would be a $1500-$5000 stock! That's per share! No offense, but I don't see that happening. They will issue shares to the new officers, most likely, so expect massive dilution IMO!
Take however many shares you had, divided by 1000, and that's what you will have soon as the change is made in your account.
If you had 1000 shares old shares, you'll have one new share.
So whatever number shares you had before, divide that by 1000. The price of the stock is also multiplied by 1000 to correspond with the outstanding shares being divided by 1000

AZTC did a ticker symbol change to UMLS and at the same time did a reverse split of 1000/1

If you want to loose them place you sell well below the ask and well above the bid last price is no indication of what will happen once the company puts out a PR. In all likely hood it could go for less than the last price.
Did anyone hold on to their shares? If so, would it be worthwhile to keep holding on to them? Or, is it futile at this point?

Not true. Every 3 months or so an entire new batch arrive with the belief that they've figure out how to get rich quick. Add the right paid promo and even non-gamblers get sucked in. Endless cycle - until this sleaze market is shut down altogether, anyway.

It blasted up over 500% yesterday and climbed another 60% today to settle at +20% for the day. Rock solid support at .006....today proved that....I think that it will attract many more investors tomorow. It wont be under a penny for long thats for sure.

I'm glad you didn't get hurt too bad SB!..... I hope not too many here got hurt too bad either, but that's probably not the case. I know a couple that flipped out of our 'other stocks' who were involved here..... All I can say is that we never have something like what happened here, but some have ADD and don't like 100-1400 baggers because they take too long......
