Don’t be so pathetic. When do you sell your shares? remember you were going to dump them, what happened? Perhaps the company has not put any shares out just to force a cover, who knows. Perhaps the shares are out waiting for a PR, once again who knows at this point. What is obvious is the company has not dumped a load of shares so far, and that is very smart in my opinion. Actually the shares have been sold already and could be on the market at any time but it is best this way, let them start trading on their own and perhaps they will trade higher than what the investor or the MM paid for them.

Think about it this way. If you had bought a shell corporation wit approximately 1/3rd the shares left to be sold and a $93,000 delinquent tax bill, would you think you would get a fair value for all your efforts? I somehow doubt it. I would bet you would do the same thing, now the company does not enjoy the benefits of approximately 50,000 shares of 151 million. It is not like the same company or management is here or is it? If it is then please kindly provide a link that shows the original owners still have an interest.

The 100 million was used as an example as there is no proof of anything until the company puts out a PR or files some financials. What I presented was an explanation of how the company had protected its prior shareholders.
